Received my Waterproof Nightrider late in August, the unit has failed (no power despite new batteries as they suggested) 08/09/2020. Logged a support request via email on 10/09/2020 and as of today 15/10/202 I am still no further along.

Their initial replies to emails were constantly asking me to try the same things or send them information that had previously been provided. I am now in a position where they have not replied to my emails for over 2 weeks, their last email said it had been raised with the concerned person and they will respond when they can!

I have honestly never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as these people and would beg that you do not use them!

Do not bother with this company. The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered the waterproof BluCon Nightrider on 31st May and selected priority shipping which stated "USD 26.00 via Priority(7-10 Days)".

I have gone on to the chat on the website twice since, as I work in ecommerce and know what usual processing and shipping times are, and I had not received tracking info. I was told twice that it would be delivered on Wednesday 10th at the latest – which was fine as this is the 10 days advertised.

I have then gone on this evening as I still hadn't received shipping confirmation and knew that this couldn't possibly be delivered by tomorrow. Whilst on the chat the customer service representative 'Amy' processed my order, basically just to try and shut me up. Obviously FedEx have not even picked up the order yet as she has just clicked a button.

She then proceeded to tell me that it's 7-10 business days, not days as advertised. I informed her of my knowledge of consumer rights, and as business days was not what was advertised I would like a refund for the priority shipping I had paid for and not received otherwise I would have to take it further.

I was accused of blackmail by Amy, who said they have strict policies against blackmail and would not be refunding my delivery, instead offering to cancel the order completely.

Please, please don't waste your time. I was told twice that the item was being processed and days after they had not even touched it. And then to react so unprofessionally when I asked for a refund for the delivery that I paid for, lying about their delivery times…. Lucky escape for me and I will be looking into either the miaomiao or the Bubble now. Hopefully they are more professional!

This company is horrible, no customer support whatsoever, some lousy chat application is all they can muster up. I ordered a device and was told I would receive it early the next week …. well I found out it鈥檚 been 2 weeks and item still has not shipped …. I am going to call abbott and tell them that this company is one big scam

I paid for a Nightrider "Waterproof" and it took over 3 weeks to get it delivered. Not that big of a deal, but noteworthy. I got zero responses to my e-mail and facebook messages asking for order updates.
The bigger issue is the product itself. The bluetooth connection is unreliable to the point that the product has to be reset with a small pin at least 10 times a day to get it somewhat to pull data off the Freestyle Libre 14. Unfortunately, pulling that data is as reliable as predicting a coin flip. There is ZERO support and any request to get this POS returned ended unanswered. Not even the "CEO" of this "company" has the courtesy to respond via LinkedIn – they just want to make a few bucks by scamming customers.
Don't take me wrong, the idea is wonderful, it is just the product that is completely JUNK. Oh – and the main reason why I consider these guys scam artists is that they sell you a "waterproof" version for $35 more and all they do is send you 10 stickers that you are supposed to glue on top of the device to make it "waterproof". I understand that smoking some stuff in California is a legal thing – but they should not allow their team to come to work completely doped up. Nobody in a healthy mind would come up with the idea to put a frigging sticker on a device and call it waterproof. And then even charge $35 for this. Nigeria scam is nothing compared to what these guys are off to.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!

Was forced to send back my Blucon Nightrider when, after major failure, it did not work. It was at the end of April. Now it's June 26th. They do not respond to my messages. None of the explanations or any questions about how I want to be replaced have they given me, and have not paid back any of the $ 170 USD I paid for purchase, transportation and customs costs. I feel blown! And if Ambrosia continues to cancel me after they have received a copy of this review, I can only mess them up for one thing: Shoe companies!

Avoid this company like the plague , product was returned to them unopened by Royal Mail over a month ago, they have not refunded and won鈥檛 even reply to me. You have been warned !

Update :

It鈥檚 now 3rd July and they have offered to post it back to me, so they do have they package back. I said I already told them multiple times I want a refund , now we are back to no response again !

Final update :

4th July

They finally fixed this, sent refund and promised to improve the experience for customers . Hopefully this will be the case. At least they eventually sorted this out .
