NICE PRODUCTS, WELL MADE.
MY ONLY FAULT WITH THEM IS THE ARBITRARY PRACTICE OF
"REVIEW" COINS. IT HAS CAUSED ME A FEW PROBLEMS. OVER
A MONTH AGO I RETURNED 2 COINS AND HAVE NOT YET SEEN
ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR CREDIT.

Take too long to process and ship orders. Then ship using a really slow method and with no tracking info unless you call and get it. The shipping really has to be improved. And then I never received one of my coins. Called and told them about it and they have never refunded me. Oh well.

I was looking for some President Trump coins on the internet and came across American Mint. I had never bought from American Mint but they had some nice Trump coins available. I decided to invest in one Trump Presidential coin just to get a handle on the quality of their product. It was quickly shipped and when it was delivered, I opened it and was very impressed with the quality of the coin. It was a beautiful coin and went very well with my collection of other President Trump coins. I ended up buying another 7 or 8 coins from American Mint and was very satisfied and impressed with each coin I bought. If American Mint has future issues of any Trump Presidential coins, I鈥檓 sure I will again make several new purchases from American Mint.

The products are of excellent quality and delivery is typically done in a timely manner. It is noted that once on their mailing list as a preferred customer, a large number of unsolicited offers are mailed to the customer and phone calls are received to try to get the customer to make more purchases. Prices are reasonable and the free gifts that come with some purchases is a positive addition.

Ordered a knife and a watch and wrote them a check as per the ad. They sent me two knives and charged me another 64.15 for the second knife I did not want. No return address sticker to send it back. Very disappointed in American Mint.

The coin arrived in excellent condition, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I ordered 3 items online and received the emailed confirmation receipt. I was expecting these items for a birthday present which is now late. I have yet to receive any emails regarding status. I called last week and was told the item was on back order and no eta as to when it would be available. It would be nice to receive some sort of an update on order status.

Ordered an item a few weeks before Christmas as a Christmas gift for my boss. Never got an email informing me it was on back order. Come to find out, AmericanMint.com doesn't bother to let customers know these things until after 30 days has lapsed. Needless to say, I had to find something else at the last minute for my boss. So disappointed in their lack of communication and customer service.

Late delivery.

I love the Trump knives I bought for my nephews for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful and affordable. Arrived quickly.

Still have not received the coins, nor did I receive any email with confirmation or tracking #. Website does not give any information about orders. Not happy with American Mint.

The knives were more beautiful than I even expected. I bought enough to give to the men in my family as a Southern heirloom. I am sure they will be pleased as I was. Thanks so much for such beautiful

I called you immediately after ordering when I saw the coins were silver clad instead of silver to cancel the order because I wanted .999 silver. I was told I couldn't cancel for 48 hrs. I asked to speak to the person in charge and he was not available, but you took my number and said he would call back sometime that day. He did not call back. Two days later my husband entered heaven. No one ever called me back. No one left a message that they tried to call me back. Then a few days ago you sent the order I did not want. I am so disappointed in your company. I would have bought the ones you have that are real silver, instead I got an order for 15 coins that are not the real thing, and I will not give as gifts.

Package arriived ripped and beat up. The 14kt gold coin was dime size and suppose to be a gift for a non coin collector who loves President Trump. You need a magnifying glass to see the President! Will be returning!

No information even till now whether my order has been shipped . In fact didn鈥檛 even receive an order confirmation mail , I don鈥檛 think I would ever order from this site again . Hope it isn鈥檛 a scam
