Dear: Ms. Brenda.
I send email for cancellation 6/6/2016 (still have email copy) Ms. Janet sale person promised this plan pay 80% for crow and bridge dental work she also said this plan is not a contract I can pay annually or $12 monthly and it can be cancel at any time without any penalty.
However I check with four dental offices only one offer 30% discount with your ADCP mention. I also learn that the other three dental offices also offer 30% discount without your plan.
This type of scam and deceiving to consumer for quick profits is very plain and obvious and I had chose to let it go and take the loss but you insist on pressing for more scam profits I will send a complaint to the FTC, TXOAG, BBB, TXDOI, F&TXHHS.
After I paid $37 then I find out that this is not an insurance plan but a discount plan only this is a misleading promised for profits that your organization make a quick $37 for providing no benefits promise and that is as same as fraud for profits.

Your enrollment date is 5/5/16 and the amount owed is for 6/15/16 thru 6/15/17 . The membership agreement clearly states that this is an annual agreement. We would like to offer you an early termination rate of $70.00 if you would like to settle this. Below is a copy of our contract letter that was sent to you in your membership package:
I wish to enroll with American Dental Care. This is an annual agreement and that all necessary dental services will be provided as described in the members fee schedule. Plan will automatically renew every year unless otherwise notified.

Canceling with American Dental Care, Inc. DOES NOT release you from your obligation to pay accrued amounts due. Cancellations will be accepted only with written notice after completion of the one year agreement. Please note that failure to pay may affect your credit standing.**
