Thug…thug…thug.I repeat, Kyle and AMZ is a thug. They will steal your money like they did with us.

If there is an option to give 0 stars, I would have done it. Kyle and AMZ are thug people. We signed up for 999 guaranteed plan wherein we would get our money back in 2 months if our account is not reinstated within the timeframe. Kyle never paid much effort to write POAs and didn't take any feedback seriously. After 2 months, when I approached them for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails and calls. Lady at the call a every time said that she cant connect me to Kyle and he is going through some challenges. She never connected me to anyone else at the company. I don't think anyone else is working there. We filed a 999 claim with the credit card company and still have not received our money back.

People, I know AMZ seems cheaper than rest of the market rates and that's why I also signed up with them. But, please please please don't work with AMZ. Spend some extra money somewhere else and you will save 2/3 months of time and a lot of frustration.

I usually don鈥檛 write negative reviews but I think this needs to be said because they gave me a huge headache! I signed up for amz insure which is amazon seller protection where you pay a monthly subscription to have your account reviewed and protected if anything happens. After a week I did not receive any email confirmations and no one reached out to me. I called Kyle multiple times, left voice mails and emails and nothing. I had to call my credit card to get my refund. They didn鈥檛 even see I had an account with them even though I had a 60 dollar charge on my credit card! Just bad customer service

I won't lie, I was a bit skeptical if this would work… but I was desperate and didn't know what to do to have my account back up and running. From the beginning when I chatted with someone on the website, I knew they had a great system in place to quickly produce results. I asked for someone to call me so that I can explain my situation before making the payment. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Klye. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and put me at ease. Within 48 hours (this is the plan I opted for) I received the plan of action. Once I followed the instructions, my account was reinstated within 15 minutes! Kyle and his team are lifesavers and I couldn't thank them enough!

We hired AMZ Appeals after an initial consultation with Kyle regarding the reinstatement of an ASIN that was blocked due to a false IP claim. After looking at our case and our evidence (invoices directly from the actual manufacturer & trademark owner of the product, as well as documented test buys) Kyle said he could get the ASIN reinstated no problem! We then paid him $225 for what should have been, according to Kyle, a quick and easy reinstatement.
However, here we are two (2) months later and every appeal has been denied by Amazon. The number of days it would take to get a return email or phone call from Kyle got longer and longer with each denial, until towards the end it would take 5-7 days of emails and phone messages in order to finally get a call back or email reply from him.
Kyle's response to each appeal denial has been surprise, and he stated on many occasions that he didn't understand why they were denying it. It felt as though he were trying to figure it out as he went along. I definitely did not get the impression that this was someone who was an expert in the field.
I suppose the truth is that you get what you pay for. I should have known better than to go for the cheaper service, but Kyle does such a great job on the sales pitch end of things that he really makes you want to trust him.
I wish I hadn't, as two months have slipped by and now I doubt there's much hope of resurrecting our appeal after so many denials.

AMZ Appeals is the best team to approach for getting your Amazon Account Reinstated. They know the whole process in & out and would steer you out of suspension as they did in my case. Kyle is super supportive and quickly responds on emails & phone calls. Highly Recommended.

I got suspended. I tried to fix it myself. I failed. I wrote the first Plan of Action myself after some consultation with Seller Central. It was immediately rejected with a canned response from Amazon. I tried again. The same result. I tried a third time. Same result. I realized that I had no clue what Amazon wanted or how to write a successful Plan of Action. Did some research. Chose AMZ-Appeals and got Kyle to help me. He knows tons about Amazon and wrote a POA for me. Amazon didn't quite like that one, but Kyle stuck with it and changed gears a bit on the second POA. It took Amazon only 22 minutes to accept it and restore my selling privileges. Great feeling! Kyle's an expert. Very knowledgeable. Very accessible and friendly. I recommend him highly.

We were deactivated by Amazon due to what turned out to be a fraudulent claim by a competitor. After 3 weeks of filing our own appeals only to get nowhere, we hire AMZ Appeals. Kyle was amazing to work with. With his assistance, we were able to submit an effective POA and were reinstated within 2 business days. We will not use anyone else if we should need assistance in the future.

My story is long.. So many variables that happened to me along the way of reactivating my account.
Long story short i created an account and it got flagged right away. i went through every ring and jumped through every hoop to get every information i needed, it took Kyle and his team a fraction of the time to help reactivate my account and it wouldve been a lot sooner if all the variables along the way werent there and if amazon was quicker with there response times.
5* hopefully i wont get deactivated, if i do i know exactly who to contact, they're prompt and professional.

The process took two weeks, but Kyle was prompt and had knowledge of what he was talking about. He started working on the case as soon as the payment was made, and helped me with each step of the process. I got my account reactivated and I really appreciate all the help.

I contacted this team because i was recommended by a friend and i'm so glad i did. Quick Listing Reinstatement

A customer saw a LOT number and thought it was an expiration date on one of my most popular items sold online. The customer never sent me proof that the item was expired after I had explained where the actual expiration date was. So I assumed the customer was fine with the explanation and understood. That listing got removed from being sold because that customer complained to Amazon although I was not in the wrong.

I was skeptical at first about AMZ Appeals as I have never used a service to work on my Seller Account in the past and have always resolved everything on my own. However, after many emails back and forth with the Safety Team, I decided to look to 3rd party help. It's impossible to know what they really want without expert help. I decided to go with AMZ Appeals due to the availability to ask questions in a chat on a Saturday. Right away I was able to send documentation and I was told I could be assisted.

I was very reluctant to share my supplier information, but I was reassured that everything about my account would be kept confidential and that my supplier information would not be given to anyone.

After turning in everything I was asked to provide to get my account reinstated it took several more hours before I obtained a reinstatement letter to present to the safety team. I did make minor tweaks to the letter as I wanted to be realistic and honest with my actual timelines and expiration dates.

Once I submitted the letter the item was reinstated within minutes.

I highly recommend this service and will use them again in the future when I need them.
