Unprofessional and rude and didn't help me even though I gave them a cut and dry case with multiple disabilities and a history of being fired from jobs for my brain disease. There's no excuse to lead me on and $#*! me over like this

I placed an order and paid for it, took 22 days to come, allso no signature required to pick up my order, they sell stuff not in stock so you have to wait, it finally came but if your gonna buy go to mony metal mgmt as they lock in your price the moment you buy, you allso get a certificate of authenticity and must sighn for order, you may save a buck or 2 but not worth the hassle as the company takes your order and after that no real contact till it finally shipped, the bar i ordered was new and undamaged and what i orderd but there customer service is lacking.

silver.com is not a company that you want to deal with! They sold me a product that was first damaged in the mail could have been their fault for not packing it correctly or the post office. second mailing I received the wrong product at a lesser value. they stated that my order was correct. It was not! (Baite and switch) I asked for a refund of the lesser value, to no avail. Stay away from these crooks.

I received a confirmation email that my order had been processed and they would let me know once shipped. I was very excited about the order as this was my first time purchasing silver. It clearly stated that a signature would be required and that I would be notified as soon as my order shipped. I was happy to know this because I did not want my significant other knowing that I made this purchase. Well, surprise surprise. It arrived with no notification that it had shipped. No signature required. And who do you think opened the package?? Total disappointment in the whole experience. Now instead of enjoying my purchase I'm spending the evening having to explain my purchase. If you do not have a locked mailbox I highly recommend checking your mail as soon as it arrives. God forbid it gets lost in the mail…

On 3/16 I placed an order with Silver.com. For 4 weeks I did not heard from their team. I contacted their customer service a couple of times inquiring information about my order. The company responded that they have part of my order and are not sure when they'll receive additional quantity of that same product and be able to ship. Also, it was mentioned that once the product is available, orders would be fulfilled in order of receiving (I am hopping that I'm on top of their list, as they have partially my order). At this point, I am very disappointed and wondering will my order be fulfilled at all and when. Also, why the company is not responding with information to customers with open orders for more than 5 weeks, and is being very vague about information related to deliveries.

These guys "lost" my check after silver went up after my order how convenient right? Check reviews I am not the only one this is happening to. Plus service is terrible and the refused to let me pay by credit card. If you like your money keep it sd far away from these crooks as possible

I should known it would be nothing but trouble since day one when I placed my order there website gave me no confirmation number for my order. After a hour on hold a two emails I found out my order was in fact confirmed. And mailed my check the same day.Silver.com says my check wasnt recieved for 2 kilo bars after silver went up 20% after purchase. I only found this out through my own inquiry, never recieved any notice at all from silver.com. and wouldn't let me pay by credit card. They either oversold there inventory or wouldn't honor the price I had locked in and paid. This is B.S.! They Said I could reorder at new price are they serious? This is also B.S. because the have none in stock! Sent in orders to sd bullion, bold precious metals, monarch, and other no problem what so ever! Through back and forth with the most unhelpful service reps I found out this is a jm bullion company, no wonder I'm getting screwed read there reviews they are just as bad. Idk how this scam artist are still in bussiness. Never do bussiness with these people they are more than willing to take advantage of you and the current situation. SHAME ON YOU SILVER.COM

Horrible!! I ordered some coins from them back on 3/28. The shipped them out but apparently the address was wrong and got shipped back to them, took them about a week to resend my order, but once again the address was messed up and it was sent back. I had talked to two different people who said I would get my refund back and here I am still waiting on the refund. There are waaaay better places to order from! Never again would I ever consider this place, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Protect yourself and do not wire funds to this company. Wired money, 2 days later order was not processed. Called company claimed and they did no receive funds so order was canceled. Called bank to recall wire, 14 days later still waiting from money to be returned. Bank has started an investigation. DO NOT WIRE, use credit card and you will have a quicker response to getting your money back.

Bought 3 10oz. silver bars over the years from them and was pretty satisfied with the time of delivery, condition of the product and the ease of doing business. To be honest, I haven鈥檛 look deeply at their prices compared to other sites. Just surprised at their bad ratings here, so I鈥檓 putting in my 2 cents.

I open 8-10 windows to compare pricing and Silver.com is hard to beat most of the time. The only exception would be if a buyer is looking for a very specific item.

Do not trust Silver.com or there parent company JMBULLION. Unless you like buying precious bullion from a business that operates out of a college dorm. Look at ceo Michael Whittmeyer's Facebook page. Scam to fund alcoholic poker habit.

Silver.com, you have got to be kidding. And all those other associated odd ball companies located in Dallas Texas.
Had an order strung along for THREE DAYS, no action at all. Really poor service, in fact none at all.
I certainly will not do business here.

In August of 2015 I made a purchase from Silver.com using my credit card. Everything went great! I give them 5 star service when I used my credit card. The order went great, the delivery was fast and I picked up the delivery at the UPS shipping center, this was due to the fact that I was working at the time UPS would attempt to deliver.
Things went so well on the purchase that I decided to make a second purchase. I made the mistake of trying to save a few dollars on the following purchase by paying Silver.com up front with a check, that was my mistake! Once Silver.com had my cash in their pocket, delivery became my problem according to their new policy. That was when I received 1 star service.
Im not saying dont purchase from Silver.com, I have researched and they do have the lowest prices. Im just warning you to use the protection of your credit card when making the purchase. You can get all of your money back if the product does not end up in your hands.

Below is the communications I had with Silver.com, read closly.

I dont need to alter the shipping. UPS wont let me pick it up from their local office without you (the shipper) approval. We did this on the last shipment and it worked fine.

We just did this four weeks ago with my last purchase so I know we can do it. I will take the attempted delivery notification to the UPS Customer center on Ave., there I will show my identification and sign for the package there, just like last month.
I will not be at my house for delivery. If I cant pick the package up at the UPS Customer Center, it will then be returned to you after three delivery attempts and I will ask for my money back. I know that we can do this again. Please forward this to a supervisor.

Thank you for your email. We understand that you may have done this in the past, but as of a recent change to our policy (in place after your last order) we will no longer allow any pickups at a UPS location. This notice was listed as "No will call" within the final order page during the order process. This is due to fraud and there is no way around this policy now in place. There would be cancellation fees to cancel your order. Because you paid via check, we are able to change the ship to address to any location (including a work address or po box). If you are interested, please advise. Otherwise, an adult must be physically home to sign, with no exception.

I'm sure the order has not shipped
UPS will try and deliver the package three times before returning the shipment back to you as undeliverable.
With my check, I sent a letter stating that I would have to pick the shipment up at the UPS office, you should have sent the check back immediately.

Most of the people who order are at work when UPS delivers and cant have it delivered at their work.

On Wednesday 2015 07 29 I called Silver.com and spoke with Mxxx, she clearly understood my position and asked me to call back on Friday to speak with a supervisor.

On Friday 2015 07 31 I spoke with Cxxx; Cxxx stated to me that my instructions on product delivery that were received with my payment go to a payment processing center. At the payment processing center any instructions or forms are of no concern to that branch of the company, they are strictly involved in payment processing.

Silver.com was glad to keep $35.00 of my money for canceling an order that they had no ability to put into my hands.

We spoke by phone on Friday 2015 07 13, we discussed the issue going on about getting purchased product from your hands and into my hands. Because of Silver.com not allowing me to pick the item up at UPS, my money was on its way to being refunded.

Anyway, I wrote check # 2873 for $1104.35 on 2015 07 24. The check cleared my account on 2015 07 28. It is August 15th now, can I get my refund please.

It cost me $35.00 to receive no service from Silver.com. This is because I checked a box when making the purchase, so I was told. If you use your MasterCard, Visa or American Express to make the purchase, Silver.com checked there box so if the product is not delivered to you, you get all of your money back. Again I will remind you that I received great service when I used my credit card. Im cautioning you about using you own cash on such a purchase.
