Anderson Business Advisors

I have paid over $20,000 for lifetime membership to Anderson advisor in 07,2019 last year. I have asked the law coordinator to help to change from the landtrust back to the personal name in 07, 2020 due to refinancing the loan and the local title company will use the local settlement attorney to help closing. Unfortunately, they reject to help me at all to change from landtrust to the personal name. They put me into black list in the system and they have end up terminate my lifetime membership forcely without giving me any good reasons. This is very negative experience !!!!!

I have had a relationship with Anderson for at least 2 years now and have been able to rely on them for most of our accounting, legal, and tax needs. Most recently they have come to me in various ways to ensure that I am making the most of my Platinum membership which has completely excelled my relationship with them. Hope and intend to give them 5 stars by the end of 2021!

The advisor I am assigned to are there when I need them any trouble I am having they get on the phone and help out any way they can. It鈥檚 like I have a little team on my side. There are expensive when it comes to price but all that you get it back when you do your taxes and the value they give is for like billionaire鈥檚; but having them will take your business from make thousands to millions over time.

The reminder that Anderson Advisors sent for our entity's California Renewal is very important. It was sent way ahead of payment deadline date. We are, therefore, able to pay for the fees in a timely manner. When we called the office to renew our log in info, the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Payment thru the Platinum Portal is very easy.

Astoundingly poor business practice. Incompetent. After spending nearly $25000 on classes, packaged, tax services, etc with Anderson Advisors, I began to get disillusioned when we were getting no updates from the book-keepers. When we finally asked enough, we were told we had a new book-keeper, and that they were really busy with new clients. The new book-keeper actually seemed pretty good, and communicated, however she uncovered MULTIPLE errors in both the books, taxes, etc. from multiple entities. After much work (that we had to pay a lot for) we thought we had most of this figured out, but still did not get taxes, books, etc., done, updates, or much of anything. We finally forwarded all the tax and book-keeping to a local person, and now we are finding multiple errors in federal and local taxes. The IRS told me today that Anderson filed a 2553 form incorrectly twice for one of our businesses, which the IRS rejected. The IRS also rejected an 1120S form, and likely rejected the 2018 taxes that were obviously filed incorrectly, since the other forms were not accepted by the IRS. We NEVER were notified of any of these issues. My wife's business has state tax errors that were never corrected, in spite of us notifying Anderson of those errors. Now the State is taxing us incorrectly based on the wrong information.

If you are a real estate investor, the best partner you could have by far!
