I think this is a scam. I ordered a doll on September 1st. I got an email saying that it was shipped on the 3rd. However, if you click on the tracking information, it shows that the label was created but the doll never actually shipped. I have emailed twice and have gotten no response and tried to call and the number doesn鈥檛 work. My daughter is going to be devastated not to get the doll for her birthday in two days. I鈥檓 so frustrated and so upset.
*** Edited. I didn鈥檛 receive an email and will be happy to update and change my review when I have a doll in hand.
Perhaps you could resend the email? I鈥檝e checked my junk folder and I don鈥檛 have any emails from you. I assume the email is correct since I received the purchase confirmation to that email.

My I purchased 2 dolls and my grand daughters love them!! I also purchased several outfits and the quality is so great you a real baby can wear then!!! Their customer service is great, all of my questions were answered very quick!! Their concern for me as a costumer mad me want to purchase more!!

This doll is WAY better than the other options in this price range! It鈥檚 exactly what my daughter has been wanting, its face is cute, it鈥檚 hair is good, the body isn鈥檛 overstuffed and weird. But overall super cute and a better doll than the others.

I bought two of these dolls. For dolls, they are quite life-like. Very cute.weighted like a real baby, and seems pretty durable.I am in SHOCK that this doll is exactly as pictured.

I was very fearful because I only read the reviews after I had ordered my baby. I ordered her on 6/28/2020 and I received her on 7/14/2020, which I was afraid to open the box. First thing I saw when I opened the box were some unattached legs which heightened my fears, but when I got the rest of my baby out the box, I fell in love with her! She is beautiful!!!锔忥笍锔?I didn鈥檛 like her plain outfit, but I love her. I was able to pierce her ears because they were so soft. Her hair is soft and natural-like. She has a head full of rooted hair.

What can a doll bring me? It is the hope of life. My baby died suddenly the year before last. I was sad for a long time but couldn't calm it down. I saw a doll photo on Google last month that looked like my baby, and I clicked in to place an order immediately. After waiting for half a month, he finally came. The moment I opened the package, I was shocked, as if my baby had returned to me. I regained my hope in life, and my friends said that I became cheerful. Thank you, Angelrebordoll, you brought my angel and hope back to me!

This doll is scary. I opened the box and saw two legs. That should have told me something. Next, I touched hair which came off in my hand. Then I saw the face. That face!!!!! Horror Movies 'R Us is looking for you. It was awful. The limbs were no better than any cheap baby doll. Customer service is the WORSE. After many back and forths, their final offer was $30 store credit. Why would I want store credit on another scary doll??? I want a full refund. That's their policy if you pay return shipping. They will not give me the address to ship back to. Now there is dead silence. I'm over it. Social media will be hearing from me in spades!!

The doll in the photo is not at all what was ordered. The actual doll that was received is not worth more than 5-10 dollars retail value. This website is a total scam. Do not order from these people! This is false advertising plain and simple.

It鈥檚 a scam I never got my order and tracking says the last stop was Jamaica on 6/24/20 which is what they all said this is nothing to do with Covid-19 it just goes to show you take people money and get rich off of it my grand daughter paid for the doll with her birthday gift card and you stole her money from her I hope your closed down and prosecuted

Of course the wait for the baby is part of the excitement! You keep checking for it just like having one for real. If you read the bottom of the screen it gives you realistic time expectations for delivery. Even with COVID 19. She arrived in 6 weeks! I was really excited to receive, Tutu (Nick name for Tiana). She has so much character and when I dress her in different outfits she is adorbs. I'm a grandmother but maternal urges don't go away. Tu is the size of a newborn to 3 months so I find her cute outfits every where. For the price I paid she is a great value.

This store is a scam because I ordered a baby from them on April 26th and she was supposed to be here today and never came. They also took are money so please don鈥檛 buy nothing from this store so that y鈥檃ll don鈥檛 get scammed.

I ordered my daughter a reborn doll May 8, 2020. It's June 9 today and it stopped tracking May 28. It says the doll is in Jamaica. The customer service is also non existent. I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering. This purchase was for my daughter's 11th birthday and she is devastated. I am going to report them to consumer affairs and sue them if they are scamming me, on behalf of my child.

The doll I purchased from this site has facial distortions,uneven arms and hair that was falling out. I took pictures and sent them to the company. They have refused to give a refund or to pay for return shipping. Dont buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company. They use pictures of dolls that are not what they send. My daughter waited for a month for her doll that she paid for and it was a cheap doll that could have been purchased at any toy store.

I have been waiting for me and my cousins reborns to arrive. We ordered them in April and still haven鈥檛 got anything from them. I am a 10 year old girl and this is my first reborn ever. I got everything done for her ( packing clothes, bottles, getting a car seat ordered, etc.) I am so sad that I had to see that this is a scam. PLUS It is for a Birthday present. 馃槬馃槬馃槬 I鈥檓 am crying right now. I can鈥檛 believe this is happening to me.

Do not order from this company they are scamming people. I order a doll from this company cost me $112.00 for a doll that was cheap and had been painted on with paint. When I got my doll it was a doll you can buy at Wal-mart without their paint job for 10 or 20 dollars. Then reach out to customer service because I was very upset with the doll. I had to prove what I order which was nothing like the doll that I got. The customer service stated that it looks a like. They would not take the doll back or give me my money back. I went on Ashton-Drake and order another doll to compare the different the Ashton-Drake is Awesome place to order your dolls. I got what I order and it smells like a baby which is also awesome. This company is fake do not let them take your money it's truly not worth it. It will make you mad at yourself for getting cheated. thank you April Crater

Its a scam ..i order my doll on march and they sent me a tracking number until now we are on may and still have not received it..and there no update on the tracking.when i request a message or email they always responde with the same script.

This site I鈥檓 pretty sure is NOT a scam. Me and my sister ordered off here. They have their own channel with them interacting with the dolls not just pictures. Stuff like charlesen and reborndoll.com and myrebornbabydoll is fake. DO NOT BUY OFF OF THEIR WEBSITES!!!!

This site is a scam and you won't get what you order because they will provide a fake tracking number and a special site that you have to download so you can enter the tracking number. It will pull up nothing. You can email and inquire about the purchase/ order but will only get generic response if you get one at all. The pictures are stolen from actual artists page and this company is apparently based in China somewhere so just do research and buy from a legit reborn artist. I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my dolls which have not arrived and if someday they do it will not be the dolls I ordered. I didn't do my research and now I am screwed.
