From start to finish very happy with our new windows and doors. Darryl and Phil who installed our windows and doors were lovely. Very professional, friendly, efficient, very tidy no mess. Nothing too much trouble, absolutely brilliant. Would definately recommend Anglian Windows to others and would definately recommend that they ask that Darryl and Phil install them.

John came in for a repair on our back door,he was very quick, efficient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very poor sub standard workmanship by Anglian installer. Inferior installation, poor quality of door and ineffective customer services. Waiting on replacement door. Overall just dreadful experience

Do not bother buying sound proofing windows – it does not help.

Absolutely appalling service, just had all my windows and door finally remade and refitted more than a year after original installation and there are still problems with it, emails are ignored, managers are rude, evasive and dismissive, appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, installers left mess and damage, chemicals and tools were left in child's bedrooms – it goes on and on. The installers are paid around 拢50 per window irrespective of size so work it out and you will see why the fitting is so fast and shabby. I regret using this company every day. They will have a sales guy round in 24 hours and take your money even quicker but you try getting them to clear their mess up and you won't see them for months. If you do decide to use them, check your installation really thoroughly, put a spirit level on every window, check every joint. I guarantee you will find a problem.

Dreadful,now 2years since initial work,still not correct,French doors changed 3 times(one still has distorted glass)&hooks with rusty screws. Bedroom windows wouldn't open as hit fascia, missed appointments…..the list is endless, loan company brilliant and sent compensation as an apology NOTHING from Anglian. Stay clear.

Recently I had installed by Anglian Windows, 5 secondary glazing units in my drawing room to reinforce the existing primary double glazing. After detecting undue stiffness in the movement of one unit, I called complained, and a Quality Assessor came to inspect. He found not one, but 4 out of 5 units were incorrectly fitted. There is now a delay while a 'Tensioner' is located and made available to the fitters

Bad experience from day one. They just could not get it right. Changed faulty lock X3. Bulge in door frame . Unable to open door from inside . On return home key would not open door locked out. After 7 FITTERS calling to rectify faults number 8 is due to come out on 12/7/18 to fit a Part . After numerous phone calls, missed appointments etc. Hoping to get a front Door, originally fitted 1/5/18, that we can use,!

Dealt with requests quickly and the salesman always replied to texts and the surveyor was very professional and knowledgeable. Even during holidays and evenings they replied to all queries. They were very helpful. The only thing is their pricing is very mysterious and not transparent!

I ordered a set of new front and back doors from this company, which they have installed a few days ago.

They provided me with a very professional service and the installation of the new doors was very well done and the doors themselves very well built. I have no hesitation recommending Anglian to anyone wanting to do some home improvement work.
