Discovered this designer a year ago and have shopped at their Greenwich store when in the US. Between my husband and I, we have bought thousands of $$ from them and had formed a relationship with the shop manager who is now gone, via phone and email. Since I'm in Canada, she would send me pieces and I would return for refund or exchange what did not fit. She gave great customer service. The problem starts when I returned 2 pieces to the store for a refund. She was there long enough to send the 2 pieces to their warehouse (I have an email confirmation from the manager), and shortly after she left the store. That was in June 2019. I still don't have a refund though I have been following up regularly and now I'm being told by the new store manager that the warehouse has not received the pieces and the former manager was not following procedures. It seems that I won't get my refund until the warehouse finds the 2 pieces their former store manager sent them. Looks like I am being held responsible for the loss of the package sent from their shop to their warehouse. But yet, I purchased those items from their Greenwich store via their store manager, and not via their web service. It only makes sense that the store would issue me a refund once they got the return (like every other store we deal with). At the very least a credit note???

Bad services and bad quality products. You are more likely to not get value for your money if you buy from them. Do not gamble with this, word of advice, there are better shops elsewhere.

These people don't know how to keep the atmosphere subtle and attractive. Loud music playing through all the time and the salespeople are pushy. They can do anything to make you buy one of their outfits. I don't like that kid of desperation.

I totally had the worst experience after I bought a dress that did not fit, I returned this and was told that they could not accept it because it was damaged. I tried to ask for clarify on which part of the dress was damaged as I had returned it because it wasn't the right fit and the person was rude to me.

Bought a very lovely dress from their store. I did not have to wear this for long as it started tearing from the edges and was shocked at the quality. I wish I had spent my $ somewhere else.

Ordered 1 jacket in 2 sizes. ($3,000) The size I wanted was not available. A week or so after my order they contacted me and said they had my size. I ordered that as well. Sent the 2 original ones back as the size received in 2nd order fit best. They then said that I was a couple of days late past their refund policy. Asked them to refund as very long term customer, large amount, waited for other size to arrive and critically ill dog and needed the refund. I begged, asked, pleaded. Only form response. Called several times and only reached voice mail. LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, AND ONLY WANT YOU MONEY. THIS IS A CURRENT ITEM, NOT ON SALE, STILL ADVERTISED AT FULL VALUE, MINE WERE NOT ONLY NEVER WORN BUT THE PAPER WAS STILL ON THE ZIPPERS AND ONE BAG HAD NOT BEEN OPENED. NO CONCERN OR CARE AT ALL!!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
