Anything Display is always a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is that sometimes the tops of my banners are not quite evenly secured in the top bar. I had to figure out how to take it apart and re-seat the vinyl to get the smooth look I want.

No one ever called or emailed me back. I emailed estimates and info.
When I called the person I talked to was very defensive.
The check out process was very difficult.
I have used anything display in the past but this time around its been a nightmare for me.

Usually very dependable but do not ORDER any BIG SKY branded items from them. If you have issues, good luck on Anything Display customer service taking care of them in timely manner… they will make you jump through hoops and leave you helpless!
MISSING PARTS & INSTRUCTIONS on 2 OUT OF 3 ORDERS
We recently placed 3 orders for a very big trade show we were exhibiting in for the first time and to say they dropped the ball is an understatement. Two out of the 3 orders were missing parts and lack of instructions – making it impossible to set up for the show some very costly materials. Additionally the opportunity cost of their mistakes were disastrous. Four huge custom towers requiring complicated assembly were "Big Sky" brand and did not come with instructions. One of the 4 towers had lighting issues. Out of six Big Sky display stands, we were only able to use 3 because parts were missing from 3!
RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS WAS AWFUL
They promised to rush missing instructions before deadline off the show. After staying on hold for hours to wait for their "west coast" production house to open, we finally had to figure out how to assemble without them before the show closed off set-up.
They were very nice and seemingly ashamed of problems and then promised to overnight the missing parts before show start but they did not. They insisted on pictures of missing parts (how do you take a picture of something not there?) that we could not get. They were asking us to take apart the only 3 functioning stands to photograph something that we were early able to explain over phone. Additionally they knew this was urgent after talking to us multiple times throughout the day but id not use any of the cell phone numbers provided to contact us to send us parts on time. Instead they sent an impersonal email at end of day almost hoping we would not see it on time.
We do not need these displays at this point because it is too late. We need a refund without further hassle and disruption to our business. Incredibly disappointed.
They made us jump through hoops after messing up our orders. Let's hope they can make it up to us and at least refund us on the wasted money and rush fees we paid for these items that were incomplete.

Your price is great – turn around time is great. Information on artwork or help with it is spotty.
I sent the artwork to your graphics folks to ask if I had it set up correctly, since the template on your website didn't have any information on bleeds. They wouldn't look at it until I placed the order — and then when I placed the order, I couldn't find a place to upload the file.

I always have a good and fast service with Anything Display. The customer service team is always helpful for any kind of question, they care about our satisfaction. I think the website shopping experience is good and easy to submit quotes. All the information we require (instruction, videos, pictures and specs) is easy to find on the website.

Had an issue with submitting. First time It deleted my card info; second time it locked the screen, third time it acknowledged the order.
