Took my MacBook Pro in to be fixed which was in prestine condition other than the fact it had water damage. They couldn't fix it and when collected the screen looked like it had been taken out and the rubber trim around the screen savaged. To me it looked like they had switched it with a rubbish one. There was not need to touch the screen as it was the logic board that needed work on. The laptop was semi working as I could fully use it on a external monitor and now its useless. They offered to do an exchange for another which I refused. Also the sleeve I took it in with was misplaced an they had to give me another in its place which wasn't as new. I'm not sure why I can do so I had to get my home insurance to deal with it. I kept ringing and asking for a report to be emailed to me but they haven't dealt with it. Not impressed I would avoid it your laptop is worth some money.
