I ORDERED A JACKET (PARKA) WAS CHARGED TO MY AM EX AND NEVER RECEIVED THE JACKET I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THE COMPANY IS ARCTICPARKA OR POLAR PARKA BUYER BEWARE

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. Similar to others on here I was duped – real low quality and even though I have returned my items at a huge cost I haven't received a refund.
I'm looking in to some legal advice to move matters to prevent others from this scam company.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, PLEASE!

I bought parka colored winter jacket from Arctic parka for approximately CAD$107 (this is after 70% off as they claim on the website). The jacket arrived in 1 month (obviously coming from China). The color and quality of what i received does not look at all as what was pictured on their website. I called different no but couldn't get through to anybody.Finally the email i sent went through. They agreed for exchange which i paid extra CAD$38 to send the item back to USA from Canada.
My point is that this company's product pictures do not match the quality of what they send out to customers. The quality of US$400+ jacket suppose to very good physically but this is not the case with Arctic Parka. I bought a jacket at Value village for $15 and this jacket looks better than what i got from Arctic Parka after spending CAD$145.
So don't let their pictures on their website deceive you, their products are of low quality.

So, I agree that the quality of the items is most likely not what you鈥檇 hope for. I ordered 2 items and discovered the quality wasn鈥檛 to my liking. Hence I reached out to the support desk asking for return instructions and a full refund. And … if the review was about the support service I would have given a 5 out of 5 stars rating. Totally unexpected they really came through. Quick response and truly a 24 hour response as claimed on their website. I lost money on the postal costs, but other than that, Arctic refunded all the money I paid! That鈥檚 $ 161 paid via credit card. That鈥檚 why I give it 2 out of 5 because of the support desk service. Gotta be worth something.

Bogus. Bought a jacket from this site and never received it. Tried repeatedly to contact the company but received vague responses claiming delays in inventory or distribution. They provided a tracking numbers that provided no information. One led to a Chinese site. Another led to a USPS site that noted the item referenced had not been received. Each time I complained, they came up with another delaying reason. This company and site is clearly a scam and everyone should avoid it.

I ordered a Navy blue parka. I weigh 275lbs, so I ordered an xxl & when it arrived I was shocked! It barely fit a 140 lb. man and the fur collar looked like 2 month old road kill. It鈥檚 Chinese crap. You鈥檙e better off donating to a charity and getting a slip for your taxes?

SCAMMMM!!!! DON'T BUY from them!!! Worst than flea market quality!! i ordered two items and they only sent one crappy quality item, the other item tracking number does not work and now i cant even dispute the payment with my card company! This is also how they scammed you besides the really cheap quality that is worth only less than CAD2.00 which they sold for USD 29.00!!

Pictures look good but the reality it鈥檚 鈥淐HINESE鈥?extra 10 dollars and you buy a real jacket.

Took weeks to arrive from China and when finally did arrive it's poor quality and way too small and I ordered a size larger than what I usually order. Avoid this business!

Worst experience!
The jacket color is different with their description.
It looks like slim cut, but actually no cutting and you will look like a bear if wearing their clothes.
Also, bad quality.

Absolutely a scam my jacket literally just came and its shocking quality the fur is completely cheap and it literally has no padding on the inside might aswell be a summer jacket

It's a scam. They sell cheap knock off crap at double the price. They hide the logos and branding in the pictures and Photoshop in their own.

Scam. Don't buy from them. Fell for an Instagram ad needing a winter coat.

So basically I鈥檓 screwed out of my money is that what this bs is all about

Scam Chinese store that changed its name from polar.parka into arctic-parka
They publish ads on instagram, facebook, and when customers find out that its a scam, and get them banned; they change the name of their company

They just changed name of their website from polar-parka.com
to arctic-parka.com.
This is fraud website.
Don't buy from it.
