Be careful this company is a scam, they overcharged me 4 times and is been two weeks since and no one replys to the emails and no refund until now.

Their website kept on lagging during the loading of the order confirmation and the account kept showing that no order was placed. Finally, after the last attempt, it has sent me a double confirmation with 2 separate order numbers.
No replies to the immediate attempts to contact them via email or website contact form. Hopefully, it will be possible to resolve by refusing to accept one order.
It would be helpful if the company could check that their website store functions properly and provides options to correct any occurring malfunctions, given that the price of the clothing is not the lovest.

Double charge, no product, no communication. i have attempted to contact these fraudsters via email and social media. not a word in response to my pleadings for a refund on the second charge illegally applied to my account or in relation to the issuance of the product i did actually order. i am raising disputes with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a blue Katinkaa skirts from armedangels. For that price I was very dissapointed with the quality. After wearing it once I tried to remove a stain with a napikin and water (!) which removed the color from that spot and destroyed the fabric at that spot. I complained several times at costumer support, however, within 5 months they have not come back to me about it. Taken together I was not able to wear this piece, which in my opinion is not very sustainable, as for me clothing has to last!

One of the best sustainable clothing shops! The Sizes are very accurate, the quality is amazing and the shipping is super fast. I don't know about the returns since I have had to return anything. I already shopped 6 times!

Received a faulty product which leaked colour on several items of clothing in the wash and ruined them. Was promised a refund for the one item I bought from ArmedAngels (not the other ruined clothes) but it never came, despite me emailing several times to chase. Easily the worst ethical clothing company I have bought from.

I normally look for three things when buying new clothing – quality, a minimalistic touch (no big logos or the like), and timelessness. This brand makes it easy to check all three of these boxes and helps you build the foundation for a great wardrobe. Their eco-friendly way of production is also something I find highly appealing.

I recently bought a pair of shorts for my friend as gift. He always has trouble finding the right size as he is very lean. Sometimes the smallest size in pants is too big. However Armedanegls' short fit perfectly for him. After a few times washes, he is still very satisfied with the post-wash quality. I saw most complaints here are about slow responses from customer service team that was due to the high volumes of tickets impacted by COVID. I recently tried their live chat functionality on-site for shipping policy. Their chat agent responded instantly and sounded very friendly and professionally. So my experience with their chat agent was quite positive.

I can tell from the reviews that a number of people have had bad experiences with the customer service and sometimes with the clothes. My experience is the complete opposite. I鈥檝e bought clothes regularly from this brand since 2016 and I only recently had a piece of clothing that didn鈥檛 live up to my expectations. The way the customer service handled my complaint was far more positive than I expected. They provided me with a voucher for the full amount spent as well as free shipping. I will definitely continue buying clothes from Armedangels and I really appreciate the values they stand for.

This brand has the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced — their customer service is NONEXISTENT – they don't respond to any emails. I purchased the Katinka Skirt which was 80 euros. Skirt has a slit – first time I wore it, the skirt ripped near the slit. I went ahead and got it fixed at the local tailer. I wore the skirt again, after paying 拢6 to fix the seam – and the skirt ripped AGAIN. I contacted Armed Angels on 2 different email addresses and on Instagram and they have completely ghosted me! All I wanted was a replacement but apparently my email was not worth a reply. This brand has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced — don't give your money to this "sustainable" brand – they don't give care about their customers. There are so many other, better sustainable brands to support that actually CARE about their customers. ArmedAngels, I would NEVER shop from you again and I hope your business goes bust.

I ordered 4 masks and a T-shirt, but received only T-shirt and 1 mask. I reached out their support, they thankfully were speaking English and asked me to sign affidavit. After I've sent affidavit, there was no response for about 10 days, but just when I gave up waiting, they answered that they've sent a refund.

I bought a 100 Euro Sweater from a shop, which I returned after four days because it had developed multiple loose threads. Because I like Armedangels, and had previously good experiences with them, I bought a the same style of sweater again online. Within two days again multiple threads were showing. This is just from light wear around the house.

I hate to think what would happen if I tried to wash it. There no way these sweaters would last out a single winter. It's very disappointing. Such a poor quality product should never have gone to market. I can't imagine that Armedangels will continue in business much longer if they can't improve the quality of their products.

I am writing this review as I had a very bad experience with customer support. I do not have any issues to complain about the clothes, which seem to be well made and good quality. I ordered online some clothes, which I thought I had paid at point of purchase as payment was acknowledged when I received a confirmation number. However a week later I received an email from Armed angels support team notifying me that payment hadn't been received and they attached an invoice to pay via Bank transfer. I thought this strange as I have a recent history of paying via Paypal for a previous order and its unusual these days to send a bank transfer for items like clothing. It was the only method of payment offered, so I followed their instructions. I noticed on my bank statement that I had paid a bank charge of 拢9.50 and paid a little more than the invoiced amount. So it came as a great surprise to receive another rather cold email notifying me that I had underpaid. It occurred to me that they received less than the invoiced amount due to a bank charge on their end. By then I was annoyed, because they stated that I should pay for both Bank charges when infact there is no mention of this in their Terms of payment or the invoice. So due to a mistake on their part for assigning me a confirmation number and sending me an invoice for a bank transfer as the only form of payment, apparently I was to bear this loss. So began back and forth communication which has rumbled on for weeks. After receiving this email I decided to cancel the order as I had lost all faith in this brand. I asked on several occasions for the email details of the head of the support team as I needed clarification of their policies. They ignored both two email requests and a letter. Eventually when I asked them for a full refund of the exact amount of money that left my account, excluding the bank charge, as I was prepared to accept that as a loss, I received an email from the head of support. This is the response I received:

"we are sorry that you are annoyed.
In your case unfortunately there is a misunderstanding. I would like to explain to you where this misunderstanding lies.
You have incurred bank charges when you transfer the invoice amount. This happened by specifying "share" when paying. See below. This means that both parties bear the respective fees. You can choose the key "our" when you execute the payment, so you can determine the cost of both sides as the customer. We did not recieve the fees of 6.55 鈧? only the sum of 147.20 鈧? More, we can not refund.
In future, please inform yourself before you assign a transfer in foreign countries"

So in other words they stood by their guns and re iterated that in the future I should pay for both charges by specifying "our" instead of "share" in the drop down menu.

This rather patronising and cold tone of email completely ignored the fact that some one along the line made a mistake of confirming my order as payment taken at point of purchase, when payment hadn't gone through for technical reasons probably and then sending me an invoice for a bank transfer, with no mention of the fact that the buyer must pay for both bank charges.

I have calculated that after the refund me I will have made a loss of 拢27.97 as a result of mistakes that they refuse to accept any responsibility for. I placed the order on the 19th of May and over a month later I still haven t received a refund. It is very likely that I will be paying for more bank charges when the payment is eventually refunded, so face a higher loss!

So I wish to warn international buyers that if you receive a confirmation number after an online purchase, it does t necessarily mean payment has been received, so do check to make sure it has and if in the unfortunate event they send you an invoice for bank transfer, unless you requested it, please ignore it and request either a paypal invoice or cancel the order and try again.
