This is one of the worst website to book your tickets. I know that the tickets might be cheap but they are a total scammer. I booked my ticket to Philippines this year, but the COVID-19 hit, so I tried to cancel the ticket, they said they won't be able to do it because they will loose money. I even paid the protection fee, just in case something happens and I can cancel it anytime.At the end they said I will have to pay $280 if I want my money back. THIS IS TOTAL RIDICULOUS.

The absolute worst ticketing agency ever, i got charged twice even tho I purchased just one ticket from and was told that in order to get a refund for the second ticket, even tho they admitted the error was on their end, I would need to pay a $250 airline service fee. Do not trust these people. They are a SCAM! Would not recommend at all unless you want to be given the runaround for months! Agent Cornel G is the worst agent ever. They do not pick calls nor respond to emails. Book with them at your own risk!

This is the worst travel agency company i have ever worked with. They are complete liars, the customer service is so bad. They steal from you, they take your money and dont care, they feed you all sorts of lies. I usually use flighthub and cheapoair but because of the virus i decided to use them because i needed an emergency fligh, it was the worst decision ive made this year of 2020… Stay away from this company if you dont want to lose alot of money, their good reviews(if there are any) are deceiving..

Good service with the agent Diego thank you so much for your help you keyed in touch back and forth to make sure we had out flight changed to satisfied us and make our trip a lot more comfortable to bad we didn't have the same luck coming to turkey we paid over 1000 dollars to get new reservations plus 300 for our suitcases plus our vacation was cut short for 4 day but over all we made it to spend time with our family

Looking for a cheap ticket today I found ASAP Tickets by chance. The travel agent Thalia was very polite, informative and for less than 3 minutes she gave me a price which was about $60 less than any online agencies. I was really impressed with the amazing customer service. I put out my phone number plus email address and they reached out to my asap. Actually Mr. Sylus from Asap tickets helped me out right away with the best deals available towards getting my current plane ticket. As long as everything keeps going on according to plan with the flight schedules then I would definitely recommend them to anyone to use them.

Was supposed to fly on the 15 th of august, got seriously injured on a car accident the 14th of august.
Then ER and hospitalisation.
When I bought my ticket I also bought an expensive insurance, my daughter informed ASAP ticket about my situation ( 24 h before the flight), she sent all the proof from the hospital even if she was worried for me… one month later still no refund… The " so nice " travel agent avoid to answer to us, one month later we have no idea of what's going on.
This is just a shame, I need this money like you can imagine… they just don't care

Hi guys, my story started on the 14 th of august with a serious car accident, was supposed to fly on the 15 th of august. Bought my ticket with ASAPticket, bought an insurance.
Never got my money, never got answer… except with my first post on this site… someone from their customer service contacted me to say that everything will be fixed… we are the 4 th of November still didn't get my refund… I am sure that some of you think that this company is great because you didn't get any problems…
Even United Airlines ( was supposed to fly with UA) sent me an email to say that they were sorry for my accident and that on their side there was no question for the refund…
Asap side… nothing… I am not rich, I need my money but this company clearly does not care…

The Covid period has hit us all. So many people are stuck all around the world. I am one that was caught by only a few days resulting in an extended stay in South Africa under their strict restrictions. My flight was cancelled and rebooked 7 times. ASAP was there all the way. Thank you. As of now I am still in South Africa but am booked out to fly back home to the USA in 3 weeks. I can only hope that this time I will go. Thanks for the patience ASAP

I have used the ASAP Tickets website for my international travel several times and I can honestly say that the agents that I had were Awesome! I told them where and when I wanted to travel and the took it from there. My last agent was Sakura and she was excellent! She searched for the flight that I wanted and found me the fastest and least expensive flight to my destination in no time. My layover would have been out of the country and I didn't really want that, so she took the time to find one in the US for me. I recommend this website to everyone. Please ask for Sakura, she is AWESOME!

In contacted ASAP tickets because earlier this year I purchased tickets for my family. Isay was my agent this time, and although I generally knew my plans, I was not sure about the dates. Isay found me several options, and then I had to change everything. She was very patient and helpful and eventually got me what I needed. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this to anyone.

SCAM! Do not purchase from them!
This is the biggest scam ever! I have been waiting on my refund for 4 months!
I bought a protection plan when purchasing my ticket. They have no decency and culture to reply to my calls and emails.
They are ignoring all forms of communication.
I want my money back!
I even tipped the agent Florence twice!
Don't purchase from them!

Due to covid and traveling with a service dog our original booking was canceled:( Our agent Rox went above and beyond realizing that we had sold our home in the USA and all our belongings were on a ship to the Philippines so we were essentially homeless! He worked for HOURS helping us to get another flight! This agent deserves a raise! It because of agents like him that we have booked with ASAP in the past and will do so in the future!

Stay away from ASAP Ticket service for a couple reasons:
1. The person I dealt with can't be found anymore (Kenshi)
2. They refuse to discuss my refund which was sent in full to them by Delta Airlines.

Terrible customer service now provided by ALBA representing ASAP tickets. She will not even give me a time frame for my refund which was sent to them over a month ago. Very bad customer service with no compassion for the customer during this difficult time.

We ran into trouble with another airline that canceled our flight without notifying us. I had dealt with
ASAPTickets before and there people were very helpful so we went to then.
Omar our sales agent did a great job getting all of our tickets (7) booked through another air line. Great Job Omar.

Never book with this company. Thousands of unsatisfied customer reviews at Better Business Bureau. Charged $300 per ticket to cancel even with $200 paid for flight insurance they did not honor. The claim it will be weeks before my refund will be processed.
