Scammed on Christmas presents 2019

On December 5th I placed an order for the following products :

2 x 12MP 1080P HD Hunting Trail Camera Video Scouting Infrared Game Trail Waterproof (113015315498) = $41.26
On 12/5/2019 I received a confirmation email (see below)

On 12/5/2019 I requested info regarding my purchase since I noticed $137.57 was debuted out of my
Bank account but hadn鈥檛 received any notification that my package had shipped. I had sent several emails to [email聽protected] by this time with no response. Finally on 12/12/19 I received a response asking what was wrong with my order and describe my problem I needed resolved. So I stated 鈥淭he problem with my order is it hasn鈥檛 shipped out yet and the money was taken from my account. I have sent numerous emails, which is the only way I can contact you since there is no phone number listed.

This was Christmas gifts but will never make it in time for Christmas so please cancel my order and refund the money that was taken from my account ASAP.鈥?br />
I received this message two days later

On 12/16-2019 I responded back with As stated before please cancel my order and REFUND MY $137.57 ASAP…

This is a scam and I now realize I will never receive my products …. 鈥?br />

On 12/17/19 I was told 鈥?br />
After checking the system, your order is speeding up transportation.
We have notified the relevant departments to speed up, please wait patiently.
Orders maybe delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.

On 12/17/2019 I responded with 鈥淧LEASE REFUND MY $137.57 ASAP.
I NO LONGER WANT THIS ORDER AS IT WILL NOT BE HERE FOR CHRISTMAS.
That was the whole point of ordering this merchandise.鈥?br />

At this point I cannot find a phone number to speak to a human so I contact my bank and cancel my debit card.

On 12/24/2019 I received a package that contained a 鈥淐artier – necklace and a Burberry scarf.鈥?Neither item was ordered by me. So I send another email telling them what I received instead of the items I ordered and paid for.

I received this response on 12/24/19 鈥?Dear Customer锛?br />

1.Please provide a picture of the product you received锛?br />

I have responded with the pictures they requested… and waiting on the next response!!!! It has been 20 days since I placed my order. I asked to cancel my order and refund my money on 12/11, received a response saying it had been shipped and given a tracking number. Which when I checked it, said no package found!!! I continued asking for a refund to no avail…. Any help would greatly appreciated….
