They are very good in several points but those don't include customer support. Christopher York is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I've been using ASPnix since 2011. Maybe he helped me just once or twice since then.

Really nice Windows web host! Their billing is reliable, their price great and their service and attention to detail commendable. In ASPnix all features are useful for customers like publishing of web deployment. It is configured well and works good without any problems.

We do commend your incredibly good web hosting support and attention, quite refreshing after 2 weeks dealing with auto responders from other web hosting companies we have tried. But WOW! Aspnix windows hosting and support services are very fast, real fast. Great hosting site and friendly too…. will pass the info to others here in Europe… thanks…

Your team has not only been full of ideas and help but they have been wonderfully courteous and incredibly patient. I thought you should know that you have a phenomenal team.

Aspnix.com really have been exceptional. They have a great infrastructure with very fast web server (an amazing value!) and fast bandwidth providers. Support is always fast and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for more. I call for support frequently and never wait for more than 2 minutes until i talk with someone.
I have 100% uptime so far and couldn't be happier. My sites are in good hands!

Finally I am happy. I was searching for reliable windows web host for running my asp.net sites and Aspnix hosting deals impressed me a lot with the features and prices for accounts. I don't know the future, who knows, but one does need to worry about future if its going ok at present. They gave me a good deal of affordable hosting service and top of the shelf tools, all the way. Their representative whom I contacted via live Chat offered me a concrete guidance through the sales process.
I highly recommend Aspnix asp.net web hosting service to everyone.

I bought two whmcs modules from them. They work good, but their support is terrible. I believe his name was Christopher. Such an unfriendly Guy.

I am new to whmcs, so I had a few problems. I contacted the support to get help. Other companies respond like "Thanks for buying our module, …". Christopher was very unfriendly. He helped me but he always talked to me with a meaning of "Oh, you are so stupid" "Oh my God how stupid can someone be". Can't recommend this company.

Everything works fine – I am happy more than ever!

When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me. Their support works 24/7/365.
My sites are always online and I am happy that my visitors are satisfied with the speed connectivity.

Top web host to deal with. highly recommended.

I would not recommend @ASPnix, they basically rob you. I purchased software which wouldn't wouldn't work. Poor customer support. No refunds.

Been pretty happy with my hosting package thus far. I figured after reading some negative stuff about ASPnix, I would share my side.

Order hosting back in April of 2015, received some great help from a staff member who pointed me in the right direction on how to get my site moved from the old host. Was not as hard as I thought.

Been a few ups and downs, but that is anywhere. Overall I have no complaints!

The prices and packages are awesome! however this all you get. The support and the downtime is far away from good.. Just do not use Aspnix thats my future advise!

You can never use online chat except with sales department, when server/your site is down they don't respond to your ticket and after it comes back live you get a reply service is up and there was no problem.
And a lot of more bad experiences with them. After 4 years Im moving to new provider.The prices might be cheap but so is the company service

They are providing some services which at this moment you will not find anywhere else easily such as some modules and this is the only reason i bought something from then and even i paid for a year but still in the middle i had to leave them because of their suck a bad attitude and poor support, i will never stick or do business with such a freak

ASPnix has good prices, average packages, and good support. They do not have the ability to help you customize packages aside from basic add-on's. They will not bend or go out of their way to help you in innovative needs. The support most often answers tickets with yes or no answers if you don't keep pressing for more information. For me, they only meet my needs as a stop gap service. It's too bad that I will have to invest in VPS but they will probably not be here because they aren't competitive enough in that genre.

I'd like to express the point that aspnix is worth to try – its hosting service is based on quality.
It has fantastic customer support who will help you with all aspects of getting your site up-and-running and the connections are *always* reliable. In a whole year, there was only one hour of service outage total. And the price is unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

Aspnix has excellent pricing, a useable panel, fine customer service (I'm sure there are exceptions).
I would recommend them to anyone looking for their own bit of space on the internet. For those wanting to run a business from a aspnix account just remember you are only paying a $29/month for VPS and if you need super high performance and 100% uptimes then you need to spend some money and do it properly. Too many times I see people expecting enterprise level servers and support for web hosting cost. I've gotten amazing service from them.

I've hosted my portfolio on Aspnix service for about 6 months and I haven't had any problems yet. Intuitive design for their online control panel which is appreciated. Customer support rocks. I had an issue setting up SSL for one of my clients and called them. They not only knew what the issue is, but they fixed it and sent me an email letting me know it was up and running.

Rock on guys. Rock on.

Aspnix was extremely helpful during the transition. I don't really know how their pricing compares with other providers (which is why I gave them a 4 out 5 in that category), but I haven't had any major problems, and every minor problem (which weren't problems with the system, just my ignorance of how to use the system) have always been taken care of promptly thanks to Aspnix's unbelievably quick response time. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 24 hours for a response, even on weekends.

I now use Aspnix to host every website that I build. I have used other hosts, but I have to say that Aspnix offers the same level of performance and features for much less money. Their asp.net lite package lets me start a new project as I iterate over my early development sprints and scale it up as the project nears completion and gains popularity.
Very reasonably priced, reliable, and feature rich. I went through a number of hosts in search of a good host.

It took me over 2 weeks to find and choose Aspnix.com Windows hosting service. While I was doing google search on 'cheap windows hosts', I've found over 10 web hosts offering windows/asp.net hosting plans. It was hard to make final decision as I should say that the hosting market is so competitive. But finally I made final decision and chose Aspnix. Must say I've made a good choice.
When I contact their support and ask for help I know that I will talk with real people who will think and act in order to understand and resolve the problem, not simply inform me that this is not possible or that is not allowed like some other providers do. On top of this, the cost of hosting is relatively cheap and their work is based on quality.

My wife and I each have a website for our home based businesses. And, after our previous host disappeared, Aspnix.com rose to the top of the list very quickly as I compared a dozen or so potential hosting services. Besides great prices, and controls their customer service is first rate. Getting a site up and running is the most likely time that problems arise and they answered my questions quickly and we were back online within a few days of losing our host.

I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to be worried free about their website.

I've been with Aspnix.com for almost a year. Customer support is excellent. Every support request I have submitted has been resolved quickly (most within an hour) even at 2 am. The patience of their staff with people like me who need lots of guidance is much appreciated.
Lots of features, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable. The prices are excellent considering the outstanding uptime and customer service. My site loads fast. I'm very happy with Aspnix and highly recommend them.
