I returned 2 out of 5 items ordered – on 25/5 via Hermes barcode P9884290 but have not received the expected refund of 拢38.77. When trying to phone Customer Service over 5 weeks later I have been kept waiting several minutes each time and then been cut off. Tried to message them on their site but the send button kept revolving and not sending.

I have found the items of clothing that i have purchased have been very good, if only they would stop giving out free gifts that dont work, i had a pedometer, it didnt work, they sent me another that didnt work, another family member had a pedometer, his didnt work either, it makes the Company look very cheap. it would be better not to give out FREE gifts, that dont work.
I will hesitate before i order again.

Bought this item:
Men's Grey Expedition Knit Jacket with Fleece Lining, supposedly reduced from 拢66 to 拢24.95.
Very thin, not thick and warm as implied by the presence of a fleece lining.
Typical of poor quality on-line clothing sale unfortunately. Very disappointed.
Checkout process is also a bit odd and confusing – maybe as they are French. Can't face returning as they make you pay the postage. In my opinion steer clear of the seller as you will probably not be satisfied.

I have been waiting f or my gilet, but i have not received this i have been waiting,for 2 weeks,now,and now gilet, i agree with you lot it should be better for a catalaogue, company, so i shall give it, 0/0 for customer service, and none, out of none, for delivery service,, so please could you send me my gilet, at 拢13.95., as i am waiting for it, if it is not here in the next week, then cancel, my order and i shall c ancel, my account, completly, Thanks,,,

I ordered a coat on the 01/12/19 with no mention that it was not in stock and by the 17th December i grew impatient and cancelled the order and still waiting for repayment on the 13/01/2020

just recieved a parcel with a 36.95 coat missing and a 5.99 hat glove set substituted
contacted firm no real help cost me a fortune as it's a premier no
have e mailed but told 48hrs to answeeme

My dad ordered a coat and it's gone on his account 10 times, including paypal payments.

Can't get anyone to answer a phone to try and resolve the issue.

At this rate, he's going to end up all the items and down 拢500

Absolute joke of a company

[Edit]: Eventually got a rep on the phone and they admitted a computer issue and how it needed to handled by a manager to resolve. Needless to say, nothing has been done as orders have now progressed as ready to ship.

Emailed the company and no response as of yet….not happy and would advise not to use them based on this.

[Edit 2] As stated by the reply, all refunds where made eventually, albeit orders could not be stopped (strange as they hadn't been shipped at this point), so order had to be refused on delivery. That being said, all resolved now, albeit I doubt my dad will use them again after this.

Terrible service. My order was not delivered so I contacted them three times & each time an automated reply said they would contact me within 48 hours but didn鈥檛!!! They have both my money & goods!
Don鈥檛 buy from this company m!!!

Sizing awful, need to order 2 sizes bigger, returns have to be paid for, and waited more than a month for my refund! Customer Service useless too, didn't even bother to let me know they had got my returns & must have e-mailed half a dozen times until I finally got my refund, would not recommend or order from this company again.

This company does not wish to communicate with its customers
ordered garments by phone on 11th September paid by card was told order had gone through, We then received a letter to say that the card number was given incorrectly so I sent them a cheque on the 28th September.
Received letter to 29 November with a 拢10 penalty as the invoice had not been paid,however in between time have tried phoning three times but calls were terminated after six minuets taking their premium rate fee,wrote to them no reply cheque not cashed can only think it has been mislaid all that was required was a request a new cheque as the original was mislaid this company needs to learn about customer care also their contact form "attach file" does not work so HOW CON YOU HOLD A DIALOGUE to solve a problem will not recommend

truly dreadful, ordered a jacket 10 days ago, Hermes still waiting for it, do not use this company., should be expected, a French company, rubbish, in contrast, Amazon same day delivery or next day..ooh and 14 days later Hermes are still waiting delivery to their collection point, awful company, useless

Was told on the 15th April 2019 by Gill my parcel was with Hermes well don鈥檛 believe this as our Hermes courier says not, unable to access the website to track parcel and unable to speak to anyone on the telephone (no reply from them) and they have the audacity to terminate the call my first order placed was nothing but trouble due to the call handlers error won鈥檛 be ordering again

Most dishonest company I've ever dealt with !
Placed my order on the 16/02. No sign of delivery so rang them on the 2nd of March.
Was told items were in stock and they didn't know why I hadn't been sent them. Was told a supervisor would ring me straight back after investigating. Total lie. Heard nothing so emailed for refund. They then email that the order was dispatched on the 26/02. Lie no.2. Contacted PayPal for refund. 08/03 they then emailed me that my order has now been dispatched. Lie no.3.
Nearly a month later I have neither items or over 拢45 I paid them. Luckily PayPal will refund me but that's going to take time.
I've dealt with incompetent companies before but they rectify their errors on them being highlighted.
This company however has gone out of the way to descieve and lie throughout. I would advise anyone who hasn't been refunded to contact Trading Standards. The sooner companies like this are out of business the better it will be for consumers.
You can see by their sarcastic "who are you" responses to complaints that they don't care. Why should they as they've got your money.

I ordered from Atlas for men a pair of Patagonia waterproof walking boots on the 31st of October. These took over a week to arrive and one of the lace eyelet loops pulled out whilst trying on for the first time these where returned and 2 weeks later a replacement pair arrived. Now 6 weeks later they are worn out, both soles and heels, also the innersole have stectched, the uppers are splitting in over 8 places. I have tried to contact Atlas for Men,sent photos and received an email telling me my answer would be found in their FAQ. These walking boots were not fit for purpose being neither waterproof or sturdy. My number is 07716495117

My husband ordered 3 items for his first order, 1 of the items was the wrong size on the invoice, not his mistake, so he contacted them, they said it was too late to change the order, and advised to reorder the same item again, in the correct size and pay again and return the first one of the wrong size at my exspence i might add.

That done, he did get a refund for the first item wrongly sized, 1 day then found the next day they had taken the refund back. He has emailed them twice but as yet have had no response from them. This does not bode well with him having to pay twice for the same item. It's a shame as I do think the items he received are quite good, more than I can say for there customer service. And will not be ordering again if they take his money twice for 1 item

I have recently had a bad experience with this company but as a result of my critical review they have responded in a professional and satisfactory manner. I would definitely recommend them for their good value products and if their customer service keeps improving the star rating will go up further.

Goods returned for refund.
It has taken 28 days to get a full refund after emails and recorded letter to AFM that seemed to generate their response . The whole expirience of dealing with this company is poor. Goods ordered were too large even using their size guide didnt help. To return goods you have to pay return postage charges (non refundable) AFM Customer Sevices Website doesn't answer emails although they quote 48 hour response times. AFM UK apparently was recently launched but all contact with this company appeared controlled via AFM France. Not impressed wont ever purchase again.

Ordered size 9 slippers. Noticed that size 11 was on the invoice so e-mailed atlas twice to point out the error, with no reply from them . Order arrived with size 11.5 slippers. Now faced with an extra charge to send them back though it was not my fault.
Still waiting for a reply from this company after giving them their requested information.

I ordered a pair of walking boots from Atlas for men. They were described as 'tough outdoor boots'. They're not. I reckon they'll last a few months with moderate use. Also they took over six working days to arrive. When I rang on day five as to their whereabouts, the company representative said they don't promise delivery in 5-7 days as stated on their website, it's now 7-10 working days. Really? Well change your delivery claim then Nobby. First and only order I'll place with this company.
