I have 5 ATT phones and have a customer forever. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the past. Just now waited on hold for 57 minutes to be told by a person that didnt speed good English that I needed to talk to a different department. Still sitting on hold at 1 hour 33 minutes. And even worse – I had to listen to their constant COMMERCIALS the whole time! OMG! Boy has ATT gone done hill!

We have used ATT wireless for over 20years. I have been on hold for hours and sent to multiple locations within ATT to resolve the matter. Still not fixed. We will be finding a new carrier. How can a company such as this have such terrible customer service? I've literally been dealing with this issue since June. I'm not under contract so I'm leaving this excuse of a corporation. BTW, I'm on hold again!

I signed up for ATT and by second bill they charged me a late fee. I'm never late. Now I opened up bill and they added 20.00 for whatever reason and another late charge. Mind you, I have credit score of 810. These are the only late fees I've incurred. I believe they are intentionally Mid billing for profit. Next steps: corporation commission, BBB and attorney general

The ATT Store at 7573rd Avenue, Jasper, IN, has some EXCELLENT staff. I've been there twice this week and they were sooo helpful and informative. They helped our family purchase new phones, get the best rate for us, helped me order them, and today set them up for use. It only took 37 minutes today for setting up two phones! I HIGHLY recommend Kyra and Sydney. Great job ladies! THANK YOU!

After 25 minutes on hold for customer service I gave up. Att we pay you for a service and you take advantage of that. Extremely disappointed that a phone company doesn't have anyone answering their phones. Your an embarrassment

Terrible customer service. The overseas rep who sold me my new phone assured me that I would keep the same features with the upgraded new phone. Now I am told that to add back the hotspot, which was on my previous plans for many years, now will cost an additional $10. So I am starting to shop for new companies and open to new cell phone company suggestions.

Bad experience from start to finish. Service charges are uncompetitive compared to other carriers, bogus access charges, international data service is a total rip off (look at google Fi, for example), international roaming – be ware, if you are abroad and receive calls which you don't pick up- still charges appear, $3 per call, spam calls, anything. At the end, they charge you monthly for their services in advance, and if you disconnect them, you still need to pay in advance for the last month even if you don't use it. Otherwise late fees. Cannot dispute or argue anything, cannot contact them by email, must call, must speak to 5 service reps, because no one knows what's going on, must waste hours on the phone, ruin your day. Wish those clowns learn someday how to do business right, its competitive now, and not America of 70s.

AT&T technician and Vice President Of Inglewood Chargers Youth Football Organization, Christopher William Parr, 1-31-1964 -(310-350-1447) retaliated against a mother on FB over a comment she "liked" about somebody named Brinona Taylor. In his own words as shown in the image he told her he searched her FB page and found her address on Google and threatened to shoot her "small child". When I confronted Christopher in FB messenger he went off on me in an angry hate filled, radical racist rant in which he wrongly assumed I was White, I'm not. He also went on to explain that he was avenging the death of Brionna Taylor and his cousin who had been shot by the police 12 times. I have images of the entire documented text exchanged saved. I have also sent this image of the death threat out to numerous media outlets in the Los Angeles area and have alerted all law enforcement, local, state, county, and federal. I will never ever again give another dime to att. They are terrible and don't appreciate loyalty. They lie over charge and do not honor what other representatives have told you. It's so bad I think they are told to lie. And then act like you are lying when you tell them what was told to you. I would literally give them -5 starts if I could by far the worst company I've been dealt with

Lie, cheat and steal is their strongest beliefs. The service is horrible and dead spots all over. I had metro and had far better service which is sad. If you want a reliable and affordable service, you can't beat t-mobile. Trust me made the mistake leaving them to find out I got ripped off by att. Thankfully t-mobile even has an awesome plan to bring you back to them.

My kids couldn't complete their school work because ATT cant get their internet straight. The person down the road has an ATT van outside his house and I have yet to see it move. By far the worst internet service I have ever had, maybe y'all should stick to selling phones. I've had this internet for goin on five years and haven't been satisfied yet. Idiots… Contact me because I think your customers need a couple free months or refunds. I'm ready to cancel my service. Thanks.

New 1st time customer. Called on Friday to get wifi for new job i started on Wednesday after struggling through covid-19 pandemics. They promise me Saturdays, than Tuesday than Wednesday than Thursday which cost me my new job. All i got was 8 different reps 100 "Im sorry" still No equipment. Worst service ever would never recommend.

I would not recommend AT&T to my worst enemy. The lack of service and incompetency cost my company thousands of dollars when we were trying to establish our office in Houston. I am "stuck" using this poor service at my home too due to no other options. Two tin cans and a string is a better option. I have spent countless number of hours/days trying to get service installed and fighting billing errors. I wish I was being sarcastic regarding the amount of time and loss of productivity this company has caused me, but I'm not.

I can't even watch YouTube, web browse or play online/multiplayer video games without that annoying loading circle spinning around for 10 minutes. We keep on calling and get put on hold. The good thing is I guess is that it works at night. But who want's to wait that long!? I recommend not getting unless u want to deal with bad customer service, holds that last 20 minutes, or a bunch of overcharges.

First of all my service stay going out this is a everyday thing. Then their technicians don't do they job correct. We call them about a wire not being buried because the lawn service keep cutting the cable. They come out and bury the wrong cable. I'm just frustrated with this service if it gets cut again I'm just going to change service.

I was totally deceived by the sales rep at the AT&T store. I was told my bill would be one price, but when the bill came it was significantly higher, like $80 higher. The guy flat out scammed me. These people have morality. In the midst of a pandemic they are out here scamming the public. BEWARE! This company practices deceptive sale tactics, and should be charged criminally.

I have a hard time communicating with the people who answer the phone and are supposed to represent the company I have been charged $100 for them replacing their modem because it was too old I am going to have to find another company because I do not-approve of companies that employ other countries then the US I had that problem also with Bank of America and you never get service from them because their job is to just answer the phone confuse you and not get anything done

Horrible, worse company ever. Do not get AT&T for anthing. I have Direct Tv/WiFi (mind you I have BASIC channels) I have to watch movies on Netflix. My bill will jump from $120 to $400 anytime for no reason. Back in May I had to create a payment plan to get out a $400 bill, June it was back down to $80, now we're in July and it's back to $400 FOR NO REASON! Scammers !!! And to top it off my Contract was renewed for another year without my consent

We were trained to ATT for years, and finally made the move to t-mobile. Their phone reps are terribly trained, the website always seems to have some kind of error, the app is ridiculous to navigate. I can't believe we have them money for so long, especially after finding out people on other carriers were paying half what we were for MORE benefits. My first 24 hours with T Mobile has been a dream. Perfect customer service, great site, AWESOME price.

Randall Stephenson needs to fix AT&T's damn Cell Service! He's worried about police reform? He needs to worry about why Verizon is kicking his rear end. You guys claim to be the best? It's laughable! I have 1 bar in a metropolitan city and get 4 bars in the back woods. Seriously! Worry about giving better service and less about Police Reform. If I didn't have to have AT&T for work, I wouldn't have it at all. Worst cell service in America!

AT&T fabricate pricing. They tell you one thing and then switch it on you! I was told that getting my band width larger would only cost 10 dollars more but they charged me 30 dollars more than that. They have done this to me a couple times. Bait and switch is there game. Then they put you on hold forever to see if they can help you. Make you wait then hang up on you. I'm contacting the Attorney General in Michigan. I've been told by a government agency that they get a lot of complaints.

There internet SLOW DONT WORK HALf THE TIME.customer service people do not want to do there job and help you out.they are either untrained or plain lazy.3 days into pandemic they cut my service my children spent 3 months bored and struggling with there education but soon as pandemic was lifted they wanted to hook me back up.ATT IS JUST AS BAD AS COX CABLE.

I've been A customer of AT&T For over 7 years I tried calling multiple times to try to get my bill lowered from the $200 mark every time I called they never had a promotion they are overpriced and outdated I would think as a loyal customer they will have promotions for me to save on money but in my case I feel as though they didn't care about the consumer,So I finally canceled my service early before my bill was due and I was told they don't prorate your bill that is very sad
