AUCHAN

On 28/7/2020 I placed orders from 3 venders online. Two arrived on time, but the third was supposed to be delivered on 6/8/202O; it has not been delivered as of 9/10/2020. A month ago, I called customer service. They said I should hear from the vendor in 72 hours. No response. I sent 5 emails complaining about delivery. I finally sent an email to cancel the order and get reimbursed. Still no answer. So, I have no choice but to write a horrible review.

terrible site a lot of things and nothing is clear

Website very hard to find email contact for customer services. I only want to change my email contact.

Problem: Rotten Meat

At first I bought 600gm of meat that I discovered that was rotten when I arrived home, even though the expiration date on the package said it's 2 days from the day of purchase (20/04) .

I went back to the store to talk with the manager, and I was told that the manager is not there, and when some of the store's employees saw the meat rotted in my hands, he told me I'm sorry we can replace it for you, I told him I don't want to just replace it but I want you to get rid of all the similar products that someone could be buying it right now, and he told me to wait for a second, I waited and then someone behind me started talking to me telling me what's the problem, the meat is perfectly fine, I told him no it's not, and then I found out that he is the manager that they told me was not there, and I told him again that the meat was rotten while he was smelling it and ignoring the fact that the meat's color turned black. I told him your job shouldn't put customers health in danger. And he kept repeating that nothing is wrong with the meat, then I told him if you say so, then I will take some pictures for the meat with your brand and date, that's when he turned violent and tried to take away the meat from me and grabbing it from my hand, but I was able to take the pictures in any case and then I asked him to replace the product for me with another he wanted me to buy and not refund me my money as he said I touched the meat with my hand, after more discussion he agreed on replacing my meat and made me pay the difference for the other product that in which when I went home I found that it's rotted as well and was expired today. I wasn't able to go back again as the store closed on Saturday at 9 PM.

I was really mad when I found the rotten meat after arriving home and I went running back to the store with anger but on my way I decided to give the store a chance to make it right without fighting and I was expecting that they appreciate that and they try to solve the problem, however what I found was totally the opposite, was illegal and inappropriate and far away from any customer satisfaction values that your company has.

Terrible supermarket. Visited a large Auchan in Gdansk, Poland. Ignored my heavily pregnant partner to serve someone else, despite us already waiting for 5 minutes (at the deli counter)… Then when asked why we weren't served despite being there first an incredible unprofessional worker lashed out. Accusing my partner of feeling superior because she's pregnant. wow. just wow. She wouldn't give us her name (despite wearing an ID tag which she hid from us). The complaint procedure was even more ridiculous. after speaking to the manger we were given a blank sheet of A4 paper. that was it. Is this a real business? Nonetheless we recieved a reply from the "director" within 24hrs just to be told we were in the wrong for not being in the right queue (what queue? there were no signs whatsoever. Apparently people stand in an and this is a literally quote from their manager "people usually just stand over there". I now have photographic evidence showing there are no signs. I will be escalating this as much as possible to expose this awful supermarket

Completely unsatisfied and now boycotting this chain. Nothing but bad experiences here. My partner was left shaking, embarrassed and almost in tears. Thanks for the "professionalism" Auchan.

C'est qund m锚me une des premi猫re cha卯ne de distribution en france, le personnel est toujours sympa, les magasins vaste avec toujours quelques promo a d茅couvrir. Et quel belle d茅co 脿 no毛l!

Don't bother shopping here, if you have any post-purchase issues the CS will not be willing to help you at all..

I bought a pack of milk and it was rotten, atleast they refunded me the money

The worst customer service at the store. Rude people specially at Zo艂ny store. The worst of the worst customer service. I鈥檝e never faced it before in my entire life. I will never forgive them. I will never visit the store again and I will never suggest anyone to go there.

Il ne faut pas acheter des produits electrique a Auchan.Malgre que le produit qu'on a achete etait sous garantie et malgre que je les a envoye 6 emails avec des copies au bureau de presse, j'ai n'ai pas recu aucun reponse.Ils ont une manque de service hallucinant.Auchan sont interesse a seulement vendre les produits.Mieux d'acheter chez Amazon ou ils ont un apres service

You must not buy any electrical products from Auchan.Even though the product was under guarantee and that I sent them 6 emails,I did not receive any reply.They do not an after sales service.Auchan only wants to sell products.Better to buy from Amazon who have a good after sale service

It does good, in general. But THe staff do not very friendly and professionally.

I've lived in France for 11 years & shop with Auchan, in store & online, regularly. Competitive price wise & products always of a very good quality.

Some excellent offers on electrical goods & the deliver is on time & well packaged.

Inadmissible !

J'ai pr茅-command茅 un article sur le site d'Auchan en juillet 2016, pour une livraison pr茅vue en novembre. Mais entre temps ma carte bancaire est arriv茅e 脿 expiration (certes je n'ai pas du tout pens茅 脿 les pr茅venir). Donc lorsqu'ils ont essay茅 de pr茅lever le montant de ma commande, refus de la banque.

Ce que je trouve compl猫tement inappropri茅 c'est qu'Auchan m'annule ma commande purement et simplement, sans aucune possibilit茅 pour moi de r茅gulariser ma commande !

Bref 4 mois d'attente pour rien !!

Auchan.fr centralise et sert d'interm茅diaire pour les ventes d'autres vendeurs. Les articles sont divers et attractif et le prix souvent raisonnable. Toutefois, les moyens mis en oeuvre dans cette plateforme doivent 锚tre totalement sous-dimensionn茅e pour offrir un r茅sultat aussi d茅plorable. Sur 4 achats, j'ai eu cinq probl猫mes :
– un bug d'adresse qui a cr茅茅 une livraison vers une adresse mixant l'adresse de facturation et celle de livraison. Bref, un cadeau de No毛l jamais arriv茅.
– le remboursement de l'article non livr茅 sur une carte "Wahoo" fant么me et inaccessible.
– un matelas livr茅 faisant deux tailles inf茅rieures 脿 celle command茅e. A cette occasion, j'ai fait trois allers-retours pour prendre, rapporter et retourner r茅cup茅rer ma commande vers le point relais le plus proche qui est 脿… 20 km de chez moi.
– un canap茅 correctement livr茅 mais dont l'accoudoir s'est cass茅 au bout de deux semaines. Deux mois et demi plus tard et un nombre incalculable d'appels, la garantie n'est toujours pas correctement trait茅e.
– une armoire livr茅e en kit mais aussi en morceaux.

Achetant beaucoup sur Internet (moyenne de 12 achats par an), ce site est celui qui offre le moins de fiabilit茅 et de qualit茅 de service, sites chinois compris.

I ordered 鈧?80 worth of wine online with Auchan.fr. – they failed to deliver it – refused to refund my money until the goods had been returned to them (even though I didn't have them!) – then told me I would have to wait a further 15 days for a credit to be posted to my credit card!
"Client Services" were useless — and lied about the delivery.
I sent a recorded delivery letter to the Director of this cowboy outfit, Daniel Malouf. He has never replied. I received a standard e-mail from some dogsbody – a worthless standard apology.
In total it cost me 鈧?0 to get nothing. Have they never heard of customer service? How about a voucher to try to mend the damage of trust? It wouldn't even occur to them!
I shall not be using AUCHAN ever again!

Je ne remets pas en question le site Auchan.fr lui-m锚me, mais attention : lorsque vous validez une commande, tout 脿 l'air de bien se passer, mais vous recevrez un email de l'organisme FIA-NET qui vous demandera copies recto/verso de votre carte d'identit茅 ainsi qu'un RIB ou un ch猫que barr茅, sous pr茅texte de v茅rifier que vous 锚tes bien le d茅tenteur de la carte qui a servi au paiement. Une pratique d'un autre 芒ge, pas s茅cure du tout, qui m'a fait annuler ma commande sur Auchan.fr
