I would of expected the reputation of Audi to be one of the leaders in dealing with this situation. Others driving BMWs, Kia鈥檚 and Peugeot鈥檚 were offered help and support in minutes, worse case was hours. I鈥檓 17 days in with Audi. Customer Service message on phone says they aren鈥檛 taking any more calls and they aren鈥檛 replying to emails either, leaving customers anxious and vulnerable at this very difficult time. AVOID AUDI AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL NOT LOOK AFTER YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

Today, thank you for your awesome customer service
Turned up at 1pm when the service centre had closed but Alan still managed to take the time with me without making me feeling rushed & give a 鈥榝ree鈥?diagnostic test due to difficulties with my car knowing he wouldn鈥檛 win the work as dealer I bought the car from has some serious issues to fix!!
I would recommend them if you have any Audi issues
A lady even checked to see we were being looked after whilst we were waiting
I cannot thank you enough – what a pleasure it was to deal with helpful professional people when I have had such an awful experience recently

They service my A4, which i have had for a year with no issues whatsoever, 3 weeks after service, the car develops an Adblue system error, with no restart in 650 miles. I am in Ireland when this happens
Initially quite helpful, they then tell me my car is 3 days out of Warranty, and it isnt their responsibility
I then cant get an appointment at an Audi dealer for over 2 weeks
So here I am stuck in ireland, with no means to get my car looked at for 2 weeks, and cant drive much in that time, as it wont start once i do more than 650 miles
I will NEVER purchase another Audi from Audi UK, I would go to another dealer. I will make sure my friends and family know how bad the service is

Customer care in Audi Ireland direct me back to my local Audi dealership, they dont want to assist at all in resolving the issue. No concern expressed for my health and safety.
Hefty repair bill 鈧?,000 includes a goodwill gesture. Apparently it should have cost more????
Most customers have a reasonable expectation that a car of this calibre wouldnt suffer a major mechanical fault at six years old. And that if it did you wouldnt be left high and dry with no courtesy car or communication.
Extremely disappointing after sales. Was very loyal to this brand. Definitely not any more. Beware.

first of all i purchased a RSq3 almost brand new, brakes were warped, audi tried to get me to cover the cost, then the alloys (all 4)were corroding which according to audi was cause by a stone chip on a single wheel (impossibility) … its obviously a material defect
this group of thieves did everything to avoid covering the expense and get this i actually seen a brand new car with corrosion on the alloys which i sent them, couldn't give me a answer for it though
would never buy a car from this scum bags again

Previously booked a car in for service – only to be told day before they were short staffed and told me to go to another site!!!! Finchley Road to Watford not the most convenient!
MISSED DETAILS ON SERVICE
The 2nd service I had with Audi I was informed about a couple of issues with the car. A wheel had expired a couple of years before. When I asked why this was not picked up on the prior service it was noted they couldn't find the wheel – seriously this had not been moved!!!! -and NOT been bought to my attention………
DAMAGE TO CAR
Went back to Finchley Road following year and they damaged my glove box – although they deny this. I have bene corresponding with Head office and Finchely Road to sort the issue out. In November the service manager agreed that head office would send a replacement glove box and they would fit it free of charge. It is now nearly the end of March and nothing…. I have left several messages and emailed Finchely Road and Head Office and no ressponse. Surely if you were paying for this would you expect to wait 5-6 months for a replacement?
We have several Audi's in our family and I have to say none of us think their customer service is great.. Shame we like the cars but would I consider buying another from them in the future – Not sure!

Amersham Audi dealer asked me to come to the retailer as need to sign the paperwork told me the car will be delivered on 4/3/19
Later come up with a worst excuse they are
Worst Dealership And very bad customer service
They took all my details and took the deposit told me delivery would be in a week time
In the mid week informed me the finance was approved need to sign the document for. The car registration
On 4 th afternoon called me the car will be delivered and later asking for my bank statements and etc… as they need to check documents for manual processing
I don鈥檛 understand they advised me it was approved and in place later need to process manual order
It鈥檚 another trick by the dealer
Call Audi customer care another waste of time calling them therapy said they don鈥檛 even know any of my information
What a con pls stay out from this dealer
Utterly worst customer service and worst dealer

Only achieve 1 star as 0 does not appear to be an option. To summarise:
I took my car to Southampton Audi for a routine service in June 2018, only to receive it back with the bodywork and driver's side window heavily scratched. The damage was highly visible and obvious for anyone to see, yet I had to highlight this to Southampton Audi. After much back and forth and several attempts to repair the damage over a 6 month period, I am still left with a damaged car.
During this time, my car has been damaged (scratches and chips) on 3 separate occasions whilst in the care of Southampton Audi. Also during this period, I have essentially been called a liar, Southampton Audi have denied any responsibility for vehicles in their care, they have periodically not returned calls (I have also been promised contact by the Southampton Audi Business Manager and Customer Service Manager – which has never happened), they have claimed that the damage is wear and tear but that as a 'gesture of goodwill' they have repaired some of it. On several occasions, having been advised that all repairs had been completed, I have left work early to collect my car only to arrive find it still with obvious damage present.
I have also complained to Audi UK, who appear to be unable or unwilling to meaningfully assist.
2 of the Southampton Audi service team have been helpful during this entire process.
Over 7 months since my car was originally damaged whist in the care of Southampton Audi, it still has some of the original scratches and new scratch damage caused whilst in their care. The customer service I have received form Southampton Audi has been appalling. They have provided curtesy cars whilst they were performing repairs to my car, but later claimed that this was also a 'gesture of goodwill'.
I want no further association with Audi.
