Had to replace one hearing aide that was lost when my husband took mask off and didn't know until later, could not find it, call Audible at Sunset Point and 19 N Clearwater, Robert had him another one in 2 days to replace it and gave him a great deal on it, thank goodness they have insurance to cover some lost on the Aids, they are the best people to deal with don't give you no problems always ready to help, he and Alexa always very professional and customer service is great with them. I would recommend them to anyone they are the best if you need hearing aides. Thank you Robert and Alexa for helping him to hear.

I am waiting for the second time that my right hearing aid to be replaced. I purchased a set of VIA 1600R hearing aids on 6/2/2020. My insurance has been filed incorrectly. I paid in full for my hearing aids, the insurance paperwork was sent requesting payment to Audibel which makes it impossible for me to receive payment until they correct my claim. I contacted Audibel in Port Charlotte today, if this isn't corrected soon I will have to pay interest on $4000.00 that I charged to my Credit Card. I am disappointed in the hearing aids and the service, I wish that I had not made this purchase.

I am using Rober at audible on Sunset in Clearwater, fla and he and Alexa are awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. They sure make you confident and comfortable. Extremely pleased with patience and help they have extended. I鈥檓 a very hard and trying because hearing is very complicated. I have tried other hearing aides and not one company (Robert) had the technology. I鈥檓 thrilled and thankful. Katherine

I do not even want to give the 1 star. We purchased these for my husband and as soon as the warranty was up the service went from just ok, to extremely terrible at the affiliate level. I will admit that the company I have not dealt with but based on my affiliate level lack of service, will not be recommending this product to anyone.

I have been charged after cancelling my subscription, AND I have not been able to access the point I unwillingly paid for, AND when asking support for help, they did not. So all in all, I cannot recommend this really crappy service.

I am happy with my hearing aids, my only thing is one of mine fell and would not work, after paying $4000.00 for them they should be covered for more than 1 year and then it was $400.00 more to fix it. I feel this is outrageous. Thank you

My 86 year old father has been trying to get these hearing aids that he paid six thousand dollars for to work ever since he bought them. They are in the shop being fixed 90% of the time, 8% of the time they are on the counter because they are not working and the other 2% of the time they work as they should. The Audibel technician say they are going to do something to make them work better but after waiting long periods of time while in the shop, they come back in the same condition as when they left. He told us the last time he was going to put stronger longer wires on because my Dad has a large head, but when they came back they had the same wires as before and they only stayed working for a few days. These units are not worth six dollars nevermind six thousand dollars!

Thought it was pretty cool to have an online hearing test. Long time waiting since I've had severe hearing loss pretty much my entire life. I was however dissapointed in the results given after I completed the test. I could care less about statistics on hearing loss worldwide or in my country. All I care about is my own hearing and the hearing aid that I have. I was hoping to see some kind of graph of such so I could compare results for later use or with and without my aid. Similar to what I would get in an office hearing test. This isn't rocket science. You either hear it or you don't. A computer knows exactly what decibels it is putting out. So it is all dependent on the quality of the ear buds or speakers. Still the results will be close to a real test.

Michael Sisskind is just the best. I have two other pair of hearing aids and both experiences were terrible. Michael did the testing and recommended hearing aids for me. They weren't the most expensive, as the other people told me I had to have. Michael explained the benefits of different brands. A few days later I got my hearing aids. What a fantastic experience. I love them. Michael suggested the rechargeable ones. Thank you so much. No more batteries to deal with. Best thing I have ever done. Michael asks questions and listens to what my concerns are. He is the best. Thanks Michael. I will never go anywhere else.

I have mixed feelings about my hearing aid experience. It has now been about a year since I was examined and fitted for my aids. I have no complaints about the initial process, though there was a bit of delay in the delivery of the aids. I suppose they have worked as well as I could have expected, though adjusting is somewhat cumbersome.
When deciding which model to choose, I was persuaded by the Audibel rep. to go with one that requires replacement batteries, rather than a rechargable model. Replacements are not inexpensive and I have found that they don't last that long, regardless of the amount of time I actualy use them.
Most bothersome is the fact that the Thrive feature is problematic. Any time there is an update, my aids no longer connect to Thrive. The process of re-connecting to Blu-tooth is multi-step and sufficiently complicated that I usually end up calling headquarters to walk me through it. And the Blu-tooth/Thrive feature added considerable expense. Until I reconnect, all the neat Thrive features are unavailable to me.

These people need a competent office manager. They have two offices and can't seem to get anything straight between them. One of them can't even give directions to their office. Wasted an entire day trying to pick up hearing aids that were paid for already. Looking somewhere else now;

Within a couple of weeks one of my new hearing aids was not working properly. It would turn on and off. I returned it for repair on January 30 and I have yet to have it returned.

staff is wonderful…make learning about the hearing aids easy. prefer that you have an appointment, but as a walk-in you are welcome.

The hearing aides are great. The Thrive app that pairs with it, not so much. Like the features of pairing to phone for calls, movies, and music. Would like to have more volume control when it comes to the music. Working with the Dr. on adjusting the tones, the highs and lows has been great to get the best use if the aides.

My hearing impaired husband had a hearing test today, performed by Teresa in the Ft Myers office. She was knowledgeable, professional and took her time in explaining the importance of wearing hearing instruments.
During the testing process, Teresa was unaware I fit hearing instruments before I retired. She was thorough in her testing, evaluation and explanation. Thank you Teresa. Audible has a treasure in Ft Myers!

I wear Via Ai hearing aids from Audibel and I absolutely love them. Having them stream my phone calls to my hearing aids makes talking on the phone very clear. I can adjust my settings on my phone. The sound quality is terrific. Highly recommend!

I鈥檝e been in the business for 29 years! I have used most of the larger high end hearing aid manufacturers in the business yet Starkey/ Audibel was my top choice.
In 2002 I signed with Audibel full time and for very important reasons.
First, the technology is by far the best in the business! Clarity, speech in noise and comfort when wearing
Second, customer service, audiology is by far the very best in the business 10 fold.
Third, the support and family type atmosphere with Audibel partnerships is the only thing like it in the country which is so important for the patient experience as well as ours ! I can go on and on!

I have been in the Audibel network since the beginning in Oct 2000!! I can look back at the last, almost 20 years and have never regretted my decision to join this network! If you are part of the Audibel family, you will have a multitude of support and knowledge to grow your practice!
