the product received was not the right one, it has been returned back after numerous e-mails/letters, but I have only be reimbursed of 18.7 euros !!!!

Update – After notifying Audioloop weeks ago that they had sent the wrong goods they are STILL not answering emails. All they do is look at the Trustpilot bad review BUT DONT RESPOND TO THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER and the fact they have sent the wrong goods and taken the money!

After I placed my order I checked the tracking link on my email – but it didn't work…
When I checked the website had disappeared (It has since reappeared some days later but now appears to be full of 404s and almost nothing to buy)
I sent several emails to them – no reply to any of them
The "urgent" phone number is rarely answered and then in Italian only!
While the website was still down the payment was taken out of my account !
Their facebook page has no posts.
And when you message them via facebook it says – please email us on … instead.
I email them and get no reply.
I have had no reply and several weeks have passed…
They delivered late – over a week… (They said it would be with me in 3 days)
When finally they did deliver something – THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM! And it was a MUCH CHEAPER item than the one I had ordered… So even if I try and re-sell it I will be out of pocket…
They haven't answered my SEVERAL emails (even though it says "We aim to respond to requests via e-mail within 48 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded). However, there may be delays, in this case do not worry, we will contact you as soon as possible to respond to your requests") It has been over a month now!
I email every week or so but still no response.
But amazingly they found time to write to Trustpilot to complain about my posting!
I still hold out hope that they are decent people and were just inundated over xmas and that they will give me my money back for delivering the wrong thing…

After 8 days of nothing I sent an email on 15th of December 2019 to cancel my order 鈥?no answer.
On 19th of December 2019 is wrote another mail, because there is no chance to cancel the order on the website 鈥?no answer.
A few hours later I received a shipping confirmation.
I wrote an email and asked why they didn't react and sent the order even if I canceled it already 鈥?again no answer.
The headphones arrived on 3rd of January 鈥?not the ones I ordered, but a cheaper pair.
On 7th of December 2019 they finally answered my call, just to tell me "only speak italian 鈥?email".
Okay back to email. Maybe they have been on vacation til then 鈥?guess what, no answer.
I cannot even return the order, because the "Return"-Button on the website leads nowhere and I'm not sure if I would get my money back 鈥?plus I have to pay for shipping from Germany to Italy.
UPDATE!
audioloop just contacted me on trustpilot to verify myself so they can "proceed through legal channels" 鈥?that's cocky.
I just told the world exactly what happened. If you cannot stand a review like this, just be a good provider.

E-mails do not seem to be answered (I already tried to make contact after payment, unfortunately in vain)
For some days the homepage is now down and it remains to be seen how I should deal with the wrong product. Due to the reviews, I will not blindly return the guitar to wait for my money!

I ordered something 6 days ago and paid extra for delivery in 3 days. Still not received it and am also concerned that the webpage is unavailable. I have emailed them but not holding out much hope of a reply going by others experiences on here. They have had my money though so I am not going to let them get away with it if my item isn't received in the next few days! Can't help but doubt that they're legit though. Will update if/when item is received.
EDIT: Item still not received as of today, 12.12.19. However I have had contact from them by email which reads as follows:

The only crime committed here is taking money for a service which has not been provided so I will be taking appropriate action myself to recover my money.

**UPDATE** I have since received an email to say my order has been sent (after 8 days not 2-3) and today I received my package only to discover they have sent me the wrong item. A cheeper one, not the one I ordered (others have said this too). I have put in a complaint. Also, their website is now up, but there doesn't seem to be anything on it. It is not possible to find any items to buy. Anytime you click on a category it comes up with an error. This is a good thing because you do not want to purchase anything from them.

I ordered a guitar cab, it would be delivered 2 days later. After a week nothing had moved from their side, so I cancelled the order.
About 4 weeks later the order was delivered (?), and it was a real shame : it was used, in bad shape (looked like it had been standing outside in the rain for a year), some things were broken, not in the original packaging etc…
I contacted them to inform about this and that I would obviously send it back (and I had to pay for it myself).
In this whole process I received 1 (1!) mail from them which sounded like an automatic response in one way or another.
Yesterday (again 1 month later without any reaction from their side) the package was delivered at my place again, in exactly the same condition……
Do not spend any money here, go to serious e-com shops, they are worthless.

I asked for an order cancel shortly (within a few hours) after I placed the order. They have not answered me on any platform. They did not cancel the order. Even worse they just removed a few items from the order without even asking me and sent the rest.
This shop is a joke. Avoid them!

After waiting 3 days for Audioloop to ship the item, I then sent an e-mail asking what was going on. They responded to this after 4 further days, saying it would be sent out "Soon", with no apology for the delay. In the end, it was sent 10 days after placing the order.
After all that, I was supplied the wrong item (a much cheaper one, to the surprise of none).
When I contacted Audioloop to tell them this, it took 9 days to get a reply to my e-mail. Essentially, they are saying, "If I am unhappy with the order, or IF they made a mistake, I am welcome to send it back to them." Of course, I want to know whether the costs for their mistake are going to be mine to bear. My followup e-mail querying this is as yet unanswered, 4 days later.
Now I'm stuck with a product I have no use for. If I send it back, given the poor service so far, I'm not confident that I will ever get a refund.
I will be reporting this to the European Consumer Centre and urge others here to do the same.
EDIT: Now Audioloop have reported my review for being "Defamatory". As others have stated, they have time to mislabel these statements of fact as being slanderous, but don't have time to correct their mistakes.
EDIT 2: They got in touch with me informing me I could return the item for a refund and that they would reimburse me for the shipping costs. I sent it, they received it, now they have told me they are refunding me 50% of the item's value because I "damaged it while using it". Interesting considering I never even plugged it in. This defies belief.

Long story short : After one month with no mail answered, I finally received my guitar. One little problem : this is not the good guitar (cheapest of course)…
They first did as if I wasn't covered by the legal garantee of conformity. They first only told me to return the guitar without talking about shipping cost or refund. After I complained they talked about the refund but only 15 euros to send back the guitar to Italy. After I insisted they accepted to pay the shipping.
I have shipped the guitar to Italy. I precise they didn't send me any printable return voucher, I had to look for a transporter myself.
They sent back the guitar, they just didn't accept it. I have lost my money and the price of the shipping.
How can they still be allowed to exist ???
I have sent a complete file to the European Consumer Center. The ECC transmitted it to their italian counterparts.

Finally got respons from Audioloop. They claim it's not their fault but the curier's. The curier says it's not their fault but Audioloop's. Today is October 18th. No parcell so far.

Ok, that's it! Over three months of waiting and NOTHING. Today I received the information from Audioloop that my parcel with the pickup got lost. They don't feel responsible for the lost item neither does the courier. Word of warning! Before you buy anything ALWAYS check the opinions! Audioloop has very bad reputation (now I know why).Keep away!

I ordered an in-stock guitar which showed as 'available immediately' with an estimated shipping time of 2-3 days. After more than a week and no updates, I tried to make contact with Audioloop through email, the web contact form and Facebook. All my comms were ignored until 11 days after the order where I was told the guitar was shipped. No tracking information was provided. I then spent another two days trying to get tracking and wrote my first review on Trustpilot. Despite my emails being blatantly ignored again, Audioloop were very responsive in their complaint about my review, having it taken down within a couple of days. (Maybe customers could use Trustpilot as a sudo 'contact form' for Audioloop. Just a thought…)
Anyway, back to the fun. I eventually got some tracking information and two weeks after the order the guitar was delivered… just not to me. It was handed over to another delivery company but I had no means of knowing who, or crucially no new tracking details. So, this meant it was back to emailing Audioloop and yup, back to being ignored for a few days. I finally got new tracking information and three weeks after the order, a guitar box finally arrived.
Alas, the pi猫ce de r茅sistance… I excitedly open the box, eager to finally try my new guitar. Strangely, through the protective bag I can see it's not the colour I ordered. I open the bag to explore further. It's worse than I thought, it's not even a standard guitar. It's a *baritone* guitar.
Since then I've been trying to get a resolution from Audioloop, but as you may have guessed, they've gone back to blatantly ignoring me again.
So, I guess this means I'm a baritone guitarist now. Would I order from Audioloop again? Not if my life depended on it.

Makes you question how on-line sales ever got started with this bunch.
I cancelled the order after they messed me about for over a week after the website said (2-3 days) they'd send it , they only sent it after I cancelled the order.
Since then they have stopped responding to any messages on their facebook page, when I rang up the fella just clicked off or by emailing them direct etc.
I have asked my credit card company to look into this outfit.
AUDIOLOOP – when you read this please tell me you have reimbursed me and that you will stop treating people like a bunch of mugs.
I gave AUDIOLOOP one star because if I gave them zero stars the review might not go up.
Can you give minus stars?
Tell me if you can and I'll change my rating on AUDIOLOOP.

Ordered product available and delivery 2/3 days on 9th July. Paid by credit card. No response for days when they did, still couldn't confirm. Gave a deadline. Nothing. Deadline passed so cancelled the order by email. 4 days later on 22nd July, they registered the order as 'despatched' & when I objected, forwarding them a copy of my cancellation email and their system's confirmation of receipt of this, they stated that it was not relevant because THEIR Customer Service (!) had not approved it. It is now the 31st July and still no sign of a product we should have had within a week but they have our money since 9th July. What a completely appalling service. First time of use to test them – Never will use them again – we buy lots of products like this and more. FAIL!
FINALLY – 30th August – only after being told to have 'patience', involving the credit card company and a simple order taking 52 days, did we get the keyboard – packaging very bashed up (but it appears to be working, for now). So, be warned.

One day later, on Saturday, the payment was received and booked on my bank account and since the I have heard absolutley NOTHING!
Guitar is "Available immediately" and "shipped within 1-2 days". Chosen shipping method was courier which was supposed to take 2-4 working days.
On Sunday 15.06 I read all the negative reviews on here and wanted to cancel my order.
I tried calling them on Monday 16.06 multiple times within their "working hours". No one answered the phone. So I wrote a mail with a request to confirm the cancellation. Nothing!
Tried calling a day later, no one answered (again!) so I wrote the same mail again. Nothing!
Now 12 day after ordering I still haven't heard anything, contacted them via their contact from and tried calling numerous times…
I even contacted the Amazon Pay support which sent a refund request to the shop. Seems the ignore that too!
Will pull my money back via Amazon ASAP!!!

I've waited over 7 days for even a confirmation of postage, I've emailed everyday asking for an update, and I've not had one reply. Nobody answers their number, or replies on the facebook chat.
I'm now having to look into legal proceedings, as they've taken my money and not provided by order, within the 2-3 days postage that they advertise on the 'express' postage options.
Do yourself a favour and NEVER use them.
