I have called aunt Betty a few times to get a refund for my air ticket. The feedbacks were from the staff are very inconsistent.
I made the last phone call and talked to the staff, Cheen, he was very patient and clear in explaining to me the process of the refund. He patiently stayed on the line to write a confirmation email as per our conversation. He was very sincere to assist me with the refund of the ticket. Thank you so much for your help, Cheen.

WORST COMPANY – NEVER BOOK WITH THEM
I bought flight tickets with this company and paid for CANCELATION INSURANCE.
The customer service is the worst, they hang up on you. I've been calling repeatedly because they hang up on you on purpose more than 4 times.
They are not respecting the cancelation insurance we paid for, and gave us credit that we can not use since it can only be used for the same airline and the same rout (THIS AIRLINE IS NOT FLIGHING THIS ROUT ANYMORE). We want the money back and they don't want to respect that we paid for the cancelation insurance fee.

I booked through these guys a few times and they are terrible always changing my flights and now telling me you should call your airline for your money. When I booked through them and telling me to f off on the phone, and telling me that its fault for booking the ticket with them. Due to Covid19 is hard for everybody but these guys are absolutely a joke. Will never book again and will never recommend to no one. And Il make sure there will be 1000 of reviews for this crap service and attitude that they give.

Charging myself and my girlfriend 1000AUD for no reason airlines fully refunded our money now they steal it. Honestly hand on heart these at the worst company I have ever had a dealing with. DO NOT BOOK with them scum on earth for robbing from people during a time of a global crisis.

STAY AWAY FROM AUNT BETTY. MARS WAS VERY RUDE
i'd like everyone to be informed that this hideous travel agency is asking each passenger to pay $250 for 'processing fee' of refunds. Airlines are actually giving out options for travel credits or money refunds FOR FREE. ive gone through aunte betty's terms and conditions and have only read that passenger needs to pay $250 if he/she is cancelling the flights. in regards to airlines cancelling the flight, it was only indicated in their website that refunds are possible basing on the airlines policies. now, as i have been trying to claim my refund, apparently theres a new policy from aunt betty to pay $250aud to process your refund of the flight that has been cancelled by the airline. ridiculous. on top of that, you have to suffer from incompetent, sarcastic, uneducated, impolite, and rude customer service agents, particularly someone who's name is Mars or soemthing like that. really disgusted. I urge everyone to file a complaint to accc.gov.au as this is an absolute disgraceful business.

Appalling customer service!
Our flight back to Sydney has been cancelled without any replacement and Aunt Betty hang up on me after having been on hold for 4 hours! My wife and 10 month old daughter cannot get back home to Sydney now. What a wonderful company to buy flights from!

Booking is easy and fast. But the cost is not clear and is hidden to make confused compared to other website that I used to use. It seems bit cheaper but when I book for the seats I was required to pay for every single trip . Too complicated.

We are stuck in South Korea at the moment trying to get home due to COVID19 outbreak and aunt Betty are trying to charge us $1100AUD per person to change flights, essentially leaving us stranded in a country with a medical emergency.

Easy booking process for a 3 leg flight to japan through Cathay and Japan airlines.
We easily made all connecting flights and had no problem with the app at all.
