I was pleased with the initial purchase and application of the decal on my Toyota Tundra. After a year of use, I needed an accessory piece to add to the package. My first email was responded to by an automatic reply which stated if they do not respond in a reasonable time then contact them. Five days passed with no reply. The ludicrous aspect is there no way to contact them except via email, no phone number is published. Sent a 2nd email with no reply. Making a good product is only half of a good business, Customer service is the other half.

We are actually competitors to this company because we offer many of the same types of products, but feel like we should come to their rescue. We purchased from them recently because they had a vinyl graphic we needed for a customer.

We had zero issues with the company or product, and they delivered a professional product very quickly. We gotta say, we deal with these "negative" reviews for our vinyl graphics as well, so its good to remember one thing ….customers either leave 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews for automotive vinyl graphics, there is no in-between!

The reason is, either a customer does the job right and correctly installs the graphic on their car, or the customer or their installer screws up installation and blames either the vinyl product or the company they bought from.

Look people, this isn't rocket science! This is what you need to do : Clean and prep vehicle, put sticky side down, squeegee correctly, and that's it …. 5 star review time if you follow the instructions or use an experienced install … if you don't have a 5 star installation then please stop blaming others for your own incompetence!

I purchased a decale from their eBay seller, I had an issue with my order once it arrived, when I messaged the seller eBay seller "autographicspro", he seemed genuinely disconcerned with my issue and was not interested in helping me. Once I asked about returning the decal, he stopped replying all together.

There customer service is nonexistent. You will not ever speak to someone, everything is through email, which they will not respond to. I attempted to talk to them about purchasing a partial kit, because I screwed up one of the graphics, which I explained was my fault. Never received a response, after 4 different attempts. I would go elsewhere, because if you need any sort of customer service you're out of luck

They do NOT accept returns or exchanges. They hide that fact somewhere deep within their FAQs. They never even responded to my emails.

I am happy with these vinyl stripes. Ordered these for my 2017 Camaro, the rally stripes fit perfect and it looks real good on my Camaro. I installed it myself(my first), it wasn't that hard, just follow the instructions! Looks great, will be back for more and will recommend you to others!

Had a wonderful experience with AutoGraphicsPro! They had the best prices I could find on graphics, bought some brand new 3M racing stripes, they fit just like OEM stripes and the quality was top-notch. I would recommend them. I used a professional installer, and I would also recommend that as they include info on finding installers. They also have a warning about "doing it yourself", because they won't give away free pieces if you mess up an install, so it would be worth your time and money to find someone if you are not experienced installing vinyl graphics.

I ordered a graphics kit… the passenger side hood rally stripe was ruined because sections of the glue on the backing of the sticker would not come off…
I asked the company what my options were…and they pretty much blew me off saying it was my husband's fault for not knowing what he was doing. (My husband has installed stickers on several occasions and never had this problem, and we did not get the backing wet during installation…)

So…I went ahead and ordered a whole new set.

This time…they came out of the tube wrinkled.
My husband was able to work out all of the wrinkles except for 1 in the passenger side hood sticker. *** Let me add, that this is the SAME sticker we had issues with the first time we ordered.
I e-mailed to see if they would replace that sticker…and all they want to do is refer to a disclaimer and pass it off as my husband is an amateur.
I would think after purchasing the same exact product twice, the company would want a customer to be satisfied…
But instead, their response was cocky and rude….
This was the response I got after I told them that if they chose not to make this situation right I would contact the BBB and write reviews about my experience….
"Vinyl will wrinkle if not installed correctly, that's just a fact. Anyone that installs vinyl knows this, so leave all the reviews you want it actually helps my business and encourages amateur installers to find a professional installer to do it right the first time ….

So please purchase from someone else, and when you have the same problem with installation you can leave the same reviews for them."

How is that for customer service???

Their prices are cheaper than most…but…you get what you pay for.
