Morons work there!!!! I specifically ordered Front Wheel Bearing Hubs and these morons sent me Rear wheel bearings!!!! Then tried to blame me for their mistake. And on top of all that they made me pay for return shipping…this company is the worst!!!!

To be honest so far my ordering experience and their website are amazing the prices are awesome. I will be honest after reading these reviews I am praying it's the same person leaving them over and over because if it isn't I am extremely worried about my order showing up that I placed today for a 2006 Ford Freestyle rear hub assemblies with rotors and brake pads. I can always come back and edit this review but for now everything was great I will be back 🙂 unless it goes well and then I won't be

Do not use Autoshack autp parts USA for parts if you need them for longer then 6 months!

My upper control arm ball joints have failed 7 days after the warranty was up and they would not do anything. All their customer service representative would do is refer me to the warranty policy. I understand i have 7 days past the maturity of the warranty, but the ball joints didn't just fail randomly today, they would have also been bad 7 days ago.

They would not even work out a deal on a replacement part at discounted rate.

I filed a customer service complain with EBAY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU NEED TO JUST FLIP A CAR AND HAVE NO CARE ABOUT SAFETY. THESE ARE NOT SECOND, BUT THIRD HAND QUALITY PARTS.

I have never been treated and lied to so badly from any company in my life! Here it is : I ordered a CV joint driver side and was told by the mechanic its the wrong part. I called autoshack and they told me I have to take pics of the 2 parts side by side . I did. Then they told me I have to pay for the return of this 20 to 30 pound part! How should the customer have to pay for the return on their mistake. They went as far as to reassure me that they will take care of everything. Zach Campbell is a total liar and all the CSR that work there also lie and manipulate you in the way they reassure you. They then said it was my fault for ordering the wrong part! I just plugged in my info of the make of my vehicle. They said I used the wrong VIN # for my vehicle. Impossible since I never plugged in my VIN # info to purchase a part! LIES! I thought this was a good Canadian company to buy from………was I ever wrong. I should have ordered from Rockauto. This is a scam company . They will send you the wrong part on purpose and its usually a damaged rebuilt crap part. Then they will tell you to pay for shipping . They will then lie to you and say your part is damaged and no refund!!!! Stay away fro AutoSHIT. They are thieves and liars. Horrible people and company . You should be ashamed of yourself. Stealing from Canadians ! How dare you deplorable people. Ottawa should be embarrassed to have you there. So many bad reviews from autoSHIT shack. Go to your local parts store instead.

Ive read many bad reviews after I had already placed my order for a 2008 ram radiator. I was worried to say the least.

The part arrived quickly and fit perfectly.
I am very pleased with my experience. Price is the best and Ive found that many of the bad reviews are from the US. Here in Canada Im happy with my parts. No issues thus far.

I ordered a lower control arm for my mustang, I was told one was in stock and the other should be available in two weeks as they expected a shipment. After two weeks I called and then was told it could be months to receive the other control arm. I complained and told them they had changed there original estimate. They said they would review my voice mails and a week later simply told me they would not pay shipping on a $48 dollar part and that ups would charge me $41 dollars to ship at my cost. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the rude person told me he would not transfer me and then told me he was busy and hung up on me, Steve never again will i buy from these crooks!!

They shipped the wrong part to me and since it was past thirty days theY will not take the part back even for an exchange. Customer service is horrible. I will never buy another thing from them and recommend you not to either.

I had several parts in my cart for a few weeks and all of them went up in price numerous times. This site is crooked. Basically tries to increase profit margins by increasing part price to the customer quite literally before their eyes. And when I called in and asked if they could honor the price, they told me thanks for calling autoshack, have a great day. Poor poor service and poor marketing dept. Been buying from them since prime choice had been a thing and never noticed something like this before. Will not be giving these con artists my money anymore.

Wow! Great product! Light Speed Shipping! Fraction of the cost from other places! Doesn't get any better than this! I purchased a radiator, and was worried about taking a chance from a place I have never ordered. It is top-quality! Works perfect! AutoShack is my new fav! 🙂

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN EVER USE PERIOD!!!… DONT DO IT… THEY WILL SHIPYOU ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY IN HAND THEN HOPE YOU WOINT PURSUE IT TO THE END TO GET A REFUND …(which they make dang near impossible)……..And they charge you out the [email protected]##% to get it shipped back even though it was their mistake!!!

I would have given them no stars but this site wouldn鈥檛 let me do anything less than a 1. I purchased a window regulator from them for my truck to only find out that the part is faulty and the motor was manufactured in reverse. Knowing this will require me to take more of my time to now remove and the reinstall a new part, I contacted their customer service and informed them of this and advised I would like a full refund, a shipped replacement part, and a shipping label to return this faulty one to them. The 鈥渃ustomer service鈥?rep said they could only offer a shipping label and a refund but that I could repurchase the part from them. 馃 Why would I repurchase from this company if 1) they have poor quality control and 2) they have terrible customer service and can鈥檛 right a wrong? Save yourself the headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY because you will either get a faulty part and/or have to deal with their anti-customer service reps. Spend a little extra elsewhere and get a quality product and true customer service

my eBay return experience
My experience on ebay. Here it goes I ordered a part for my vehicle and I ordered the wrong year yes big mistake on my part. So I tried to cancel within 5mins sent multiple emails to the seller at the same time I was trying to call the seller but after they knew who was calling they would hang up. So I started a return to send the part back. 2 days later I received an email from the seller. In the email they excepted the return. I told them to stop and not sent it. What I was told it was shipped already but it wasn't 3 days later it was shipped out.
Ok what do I do now I cant call ebay cant find a number chat maybe ok but doesn't work very well maybe busy. Finally I found a call back awesome now this is the good part which doesn't make sense. What I was told is because I want to return back the seller doesn't have to pay for shipping back. In a email to the seller I asked how long do I have to cancel my order I was told 1hour and I said ok I emailed 5mins after why was it not stopped I was told it was shipped already and it wasn't. So what I was told by Ebay lady is that next time because I have a few options is what she told me is to make it as not as described or damaged and the seller has no options but to expect it back. I said if I'm telling you the truth and ask for help nothing can be done to help. But if I lie and say its damaged or not as described instead to tell the truth I would have been ok. Really I'm not ok with that and I also asked where does it say that in your returns or in the options. Ok now I asked for a manager he he said the same or kinda the samething. what the manager told me later is that if she did say that she will be reported I was going to do it but I decided not to I don't want anybody to get in trouble I just wanted some help to return this item. I asked the manager a question and what he thought I said is it okay to order the same part chest a friend year receive it mark it as damaged and return it back so I don't have to pay for shipping that's what I ended up getting reported and also the girl that was helping me the first time really is this what it comes down to why couldn't eBay have a cancel order button like Amazon it's not hard anyhow that's my story
And PS I'm not going to return anything I'm never ordering off eBay anymore and I'm not going to be dishonest!

Auto Shack have some great prices on parts but i am cautious what i buy as its all made in China but non mechanical parts like rotors, brakes, headlights, are all decent i got 4 new drilled-slotted racing rotors and ceramic pads to fit my Nissan Rogue for 220 bucks, they seem to be good quality and work great so far, the cheapest old solid aftermarket rotors and organic pads here locally were $375+ tax and come from China too. Shipping is excellent usually only takes 2-3 days to the east coast from their facillity , so all in all I've had good luck with my purchases from Auto Shack(Prime Choice) but like i said certain parts like bearings for example ( I like a good quality wheel bearing because of moving parts inside them, safety first) and if you can afford stick with OEM but if you cant they usually have them for under half the price or 2 for the same price as an 1 OEM part.
So far I've had all good experiences with Auto Shack but if that changes I will let yas know….

Very very dirty people will send the wrong parts and not come good for them. I know a girl that was looking on there site for a part and it billed her for two.They ignored her calls and emails and mailed the product out anyway. Very very very dirty people lost a lot of business from me. Best to stay a way people they will sell you a part even if its not what you wanted!!

I was referred to autoshack.com for a complete strut set for my car. I shopped for rear wheel drive, specific for my vehicle and purchased them for 145$ good price right??? UNTIL, they sent me all wheel drive struts. When I called them, their horrid customer service dept told me to ship them back at my expense and then they would issue my refund.. Ok, no problem, but wait they WILL NOT reimburse shipping!!! Shipping is 104$$$ my refund is 145$$$ and I still have to buy the CORRECT parts… I do my own car repairs for a reason!!! I can not afford to pay for falsely advertised parts and then be informed it's my fault for not reading the fine print… This company has ripped me off and totally ignored me and will not call me back at all!!!!

Please be aware as a customer you will have a hard time returning your parts or getting your money back. The cost of return shipping and the restocking fee usually cost as much or more as the parts.

If you buy from their website read the entire warranty and return policies. It changes quite often

Customer service will fight tooth and nail to find ways not give you a refund.

They are getting better @ eCommerce but have a long way to go.

Please take time to google reviews from other customers. They will share the same type of experiences. I worked for the company and left because the conditions were horrible and i did not agree with the way customers were treated.

I've ordered from them for over 5 times now as they are the only place I trust who has genuine parts for my motorcycle. They always sell them for a very reasonable price which I'm so thankful for! The parts are authentic and I trust them a lot.

Terrible company to order parts from. My wife's van was needing a bunch of front end work done. I ordered a 4 piece kit from them which included the two front struts and two stabalizer bar links. I got them in the mail but still needed a few more parts so needed to wait a couple for a couple of paychecks as I am the only one working and my wife is on maternity leave. After getting all the parts we installed them and took it for an alignment and found the struts were making noise. Upon calling auto shack them looked up our parts and told us they were not for our vehicle but one a few years older. They said I must have ordered the wrong parts and that they would not do anything about it because it was my mistake. I looked at my order and it says that I was looking at my vehicle which is a 2013 dodge grand caravan. They had the wrong parts on their website saying it will fit our vehicle and sold me the wrong parts and then blamed me for buying the wrong parts. Then when my wife called them the supervisor refused to talk to her so the customer service agent had to mediate between them and in the end they said we waited to long to call as they have a two week return policy.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I returned their crappy parts and they kept the parts and my money. Called multiple times about my refund, they ignore phone calls e-mails etc, refuse to refund
