I will never order for Avas again. I get substations, especially in this economy. Their website says the flower will be of similar color of of higher quality. My $75 arrangement was half the size of what was advertised and was missing 3 of the the flowers, way under the quality I paid for.

I also bought it fo the "pop" of color. Why advertise an arrangement you cannot make?! Do not order the "She's got style, she's got grace." I am happy to show you a side by side of what was on the website and what we got. SUPER disappointing.

Beware… I ordered from them on 12/2020 for 3 indivduals $97 each and my order is a grocery store product. And we all know grocery store is not the same quality as a florist. I paid price for a florist and received a grocery store product. It was unprofessional and unethical. It appeared local. It wasn't what was advertised and I've seen the actual flowers and look nothing like"Tis the Season

I ordered from Avas Flowers because their advertising suggested that they were a local flower shop in Tempe, Arizona. In fact I now know they are brokers, just like FTD or Teleflora. I ordered a very expensive bouquet for delivery by December 24th, for a Christmas present. The phony confirmation they sent for the order stated they would probably deliver on the 23rd of December. Christmas had now come and gone, and they are telling me the delivery is scheduled for the 28th of December. In reviewing their complaint policy, they state in the small print that orders placed with 4 days of a holdiday are not guaranteed, but nowhere in the ordering process is that disclosed. They have ruined a Christmas celebration for my family, and for that, I will recommend that prospective customers look elsewhere for for an honest and professional florist. One star is too generous for these scammers.

I called in person and ordered a fall bouquet concentrating on sunflowers, they said fine. They called later and said they couldn't get any sunflowers so they would send a fuller bouquet with roses and a 15% discount. A dozen roses were delivered today with NO other flowers or fillers, definitely not fuller and not even fall colors. It's what a husband would send a wife, not a friend sending a birthday gift to another friend. I called and they credited me $20 but my friend still got a skimpy gift. I also had to ask for the discount, they hadn't given it yet. Seems like they will send what they have on hand and not what you want. Wouldn't recommend. Also the roses seem dry on the edges. I only gave 2 stars because of the small refund. Just got the email back and they only gave a refund of $15. I sent an email back. More time I have to spend contacting them. Will keep this review up to date! Changed to one star

I'm FURIOUS! Not only did I not get what I ordered, not even CLOSE, but these flowers were brown and dying. I paid $100 for this crap. I never got confirmation that my order was placed, I couldn't get in touch with anyone, then I get an email saying its not going to make the delivery on time and that they'll give me $10 for future credit?! Give me a break! NOBODY IS GOING HERE TWICE! They lie about literally everything. I am so upset this is what my mother received on mothers day, this is horrible! Judging by the reviews, which I wish I saw beforehand, this place is a scam. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?!?! There's reports all over better business bureau and no ones doing anything? This is insane.

They take your order over the phone, promise delivery, and then don't deliver, tell you the order was placed on "flex" delivery due to COVID-19 and they want to keep your $30 service fee when you cancel. Their website has all the legal "contract" stuff you would normally find on a fraudulent website, trying to scare you from taking action. The company pretends to be a local flower shop but is located in New Jersey. Their only goal is to get your $30 service fee. Their customer service number is an automated attendant that hangs up on you and email is unmonitored. This is a SCAM. This is a fraud. Had to call the bank to stop payment. If they want to go to court to get their $30, all for it. Can't wait to see them there. Hope they don't get a call to send flowers for anyone in the mob. They may not see the inside of a courtroom if they do. They use COVID-19 and your own Mother (Mother's Day) to commit fraud. Is there anything lower?
