Melike was absolutely wonderful. Every morning she changed my bandages and was always in such a great mood. She is nice and professional. I would come back to see her again.

There is a marked difference between before and after. My surgeon Erkan Yuce made an impact on my body, which attracted my friends' attention and kept inquiring about the work. I always recall his name around. I wish him success during his entire life.

After researching a lot of clinics, I felt at ease choosing Avrupamed. Dr Mahmut was a visionary man who advised the best things to do. We talked about each step together and decided on it together. I loved the way he approached the things. Aytul helped me a lot. I enjoy the results in my social life. Greetings and thanks from Sophia. Recommend it.

So i鈥檓 going to explain my avrupamed experience with you all from start to end.
so when I arrived at the airport on 3/8/20 in Istanbul I was picked up and taken to the hotel (got there for 6pm) which was NOT the Ramada like they had told me, it was the 鈥楪olden way hotel鈥?which is a 4 star hotel whereas the Ramada is 5 star. Of course the 5 star hotel is what you are paying for and is included in your surgery price. But they won鈥檛 you tell that because they just want your money. I did not have my consultation on the day that I arrived like they said I would, their excuse was that the surgeons were tired. so I had my consultation the next day, I was picked up at 7:00 in the morning and taken to the hospital.
I had my blood test done around 8:40am in the room that they had put me in for the night. Before my blood test Aytul the coordinator told me that i鈥檇 have my bloods taken from the nurse and then at 10am i鈥檇 go down for my consultation and then at 12pm i鈥檇 have my surgery. Well… that was when the lies started. My consultation wasn鈥檛 until 3pm so 5 hours late AND my consultation literally lasted for around 10 minutes….. And my surgery wasn鈥檛 until 6:30pm so 6 hours and 30 minutes late. You can imagine how angry and worked up I was having to wait all that time for my surgery… luckily my mum was with me. so I went into my surgery with my body under a lot of stress which is really not good for you at all!
When I woke from my surgery there was a male nurse in the room who鈥檚 name was Eray, I could not fault him at all! Compared to the other Turkish nurses he was so affectionate and caring. He changed my nose dressings every few hours because my blood was soaking through (which is another part I will get too) he would try and give me fluids and food to make me feel better. If it wasnt for him coming in and seeing to me then I wouldnt of been seen to at all.
The next day when I had to leave to go back to the hotel two nurses came in to get me ready to leave, one nurse was pulling my arms into a shirt after i鈥檇 just had breast surgery she hurt me so much I was close to tears. She hurried me into the wheelchair to take me downstairs to have my dressings changed before I left but I was violently being sick so I had to stay one more night in the dreaded hospital.
After removing my cannula due to the fact I was supposed to be leaving they had to put it back in again as I was staying one more night. I tell no lies, two nurses tried putting a cannula in me 11 times! And failed. 11 TIMES!!!!! Three times in my left arm, three times i鈥檓 my right arm three times in my right hand and twice in my left hand. They where about to put the cannula into my foot but I told them I didn鈥檛 want the cannula as I was in pain from all the times they had shoved the needle in me. So they left me. And I didn鈥檛 see them all day/night after that. They would also turn off my buzzer if I ever needed something, I hardly every buzzed. Only if I was desperate for something. Anyway, the next day I went back to the hotel and finally saw my mum. I told her about the hospital experience and she was mortified. Little did I realise that the next week of me being in Istanbul was going to be the worst week of my life. So my right nostril would not stop bleeding, was very very heavy and I knew straight away that this was not normal even after the nurses and Aytul and the surgeon saying it was 鈥榥ormal鈥?(they like to say that a lot btw) I have an internal nose bleed in my right nostril, I lost ALOT of blood in that week. I was waking up to my sheets being covered in blood. Another thing, the compression bra they gave me was an XS…. i鈥檓 a size 10 and my boobs were now D鈥檚 they gave me the wrong size and would not admit to it. The compression bra was cutting into my arms and back and front. It left blister like wounds and it hurt severely. I sent them photos of this and they said if I wanted a new one i鈥檇 have to pay 50 euros for one (again all they want you for is your money) It got to Saturday and the surgeon FINALLY tried to do something about my internal nosebleed. He put a adrenaline soaked dressing up my nose to stop the bleeding… 2 days had passed since he done this and the bleeding had not stopped it was dripping into the back of my throat instead. It got to Tuesday the day before I was supposed to fly and I kept saying to myself the bleeding will stop the bleeding will stop I know it will. I kept making myself believe that it would, I tried to keep positive thoughts. Tuesday night the bleeding had calmed down A LOT!!! I was so happy…. so happy that I could finally fly home after this awful experience. Also be prepared for all the waiting you will have to do! Me and my poor mum were waiting around for EVERYTHING. They say 15 minutes they really mean 2 hours. The way they treat people is disgusting. please please please do not believe these good reviews that you are seeing, because that鈥檚 what I did. I trusted the quick reviews and I went with this company and it was the biggest mistake that I鈥檝e ever made in my life.
Also another thing, the Turkish nurses and Dr Mahmut and do not talk a word of English. So be prepared to use Google translate. You think they鈥檇 learn English being as they fly MANY English patients over.

Dear Team at Avrupamed, just want to thank you all for the great care and the support I got from you during this big adventure I had.
Bellow is my feedback for what I have experienced.
Dr Erkan is a very good doctor who know his responsibility and he really cares. He really took the time to speak to me and explain every detail and respond to every single question I had.
I am very pleased with the work he did on me and I am looking forward to see the results in the next period of time.
Aytul is a very good coordinator and she is doing her job the best, even the times when is very busy and when everyone demand something from her she is trying so much( I would say she need a helper there as sometimes to work with people under pressure is very hard).
The after care is not so good ( I had to remove myself a dripper which ended and no one came, I rang the bell so many times when I needed water but no one came, the nurses don't care. And I would improve that as it damage your image. I am a person who look and consider different when it comes to decide on something like this( I look at the whole picture and look for doctors results and feedback not so much the aftercare) but I heard so many people complaining about the nurses and so many people wanting to write a bad review just because the aftercare.
I hope this helps, should you want to consider my opinion you will assess what/if changes needed.
All the best to all of you there, and I can assure you that I will recommend Avrupamed to all my friends and clients I have.
All the best to all team.

I felt confidence when they got pre-operation tests to ensure I was Ok for the surgery. I believed that they didn't do it rashly just for money. They value human health and perform it according to this norm. They deserve respect and kindness by patients as well. As to me, I got a liposuction surgery. I loved the way they worked there in a disciplined order. Because the organisation is already so busy. As soon as you enter the gate, you get it. To be able to go on problem-free, they must have really planned working scheme. I observed that they had it. Nothing was in a mess and chaos. Everything went on smoothly and peacefully. I liked Dr Erkan鈥檚 kindness and honesty. I appreciate their effort in aftercare and follow-up service. I've just come out of healing and now feeling so relaxed, slim, lively. I'd like to thank.

that saved me. For the first time I could remember I can breathe out of both sides of my nose. My nose required a professional touch for my health besides for beautiful appearance. It took twenty days to heal. I feel free now. I would't have known how important a nose for human being. The result is as successful as it can be.

Its been a month since I did Lipo and BBl with Dr. Erkan Yuce. I know that I need to wait couple more weeks / months for the results, but I am very happy with what i see now. Aytul was extremely helpful and she will be online for you 24 h, no weekends no time off, so be nice to her 🙂 Person that I can not forget is Melike. the nurse that is always smiling and willing to help you. consultation before surgery were very helpful, I had so many questions, all of them were answered. if not before then after the surgery. in case u forget to ask something, just text them.from whatsapp conversation to arriving in Istanbul and leaving 9 days later, everything was so organised that you won't wait a minute longer that you suppose to. They will pick you from airport take u to hotel, then next morning to hospital for covid test and other blood tests, have once again consultation before the surgery and post ops couple days later. 2 of my friends are already planing to go after seeing my results 🙂 and If I decide to do something else on my body, my choice for sure will be same hospital with same surgeon and his team. thank you guys

I'm 17 years old and professional swimmer. Because it runs in the family, I had large breasts. What a shame around the pools with a professional body but large boobs. It was a need to undergo a surgery for my career. I heard Avrupamed by a friend of mine. Thanks to my mom's backing, I overcame it. The team were smiling and caring. The surgeon showed a technical approach. We felt ourselves at home. I returned home as a happy person.

It was the best option in my list. Aytul made me feel welcome. I was looked after well with consideration. Absolute credit to the Mahmut's profession. Fully written instructions pre/post surgery.

I look refreshed with the job the surgeon did for me. I started saving money as soon as I got 18 years old. Every penny is worth to this nose job. My family didn't agree with me on it because they loved the way I was. However my nose was big based on my appearance. As you understand, I was obsessed with it. I was lucky enough to have a certified surgeon and qualified staff. I got great support post-op and they'll probably follow-up until I wholly recover.

Before my kids, I'd had perky boobs but after them they looked deflated in time. I racked my brain on this breasw1t lift. I had consultations with at least 5 clinics. No-one but Avrupamed sounded plausible to me. I feel great, beyond happy.

I was stressful before going to Turkey. It would be a different journey cuz the hospital wasn't in my country and I didn't know they could speak English and that made me scared. Different country and culture, a surgery that I had never experienced before in my life… Thanks to the coordinator and the doctor, they made feel at home. Whenever I needed something , they were ready around to help. The surgery really worked. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be.

I don't have any hesitation to recommend everyone.

I had lipo in abdomen back and flanks and tt in February .My sister came with me to care for me.iarrived about 6 ish in the evening and was taken straight to the hotel then picked up at 6.30 in the morning. My first thought was that the hospital looked nothing like in the photos we were always taken through a side door and not main entrance. There was a group of us and on arrival met Aytul. This women had no niceness about her at all she immediately came across as rude and had no consideration that we might be nervous as we have come from a different country. She is very unprofessional and unapproachable. The only good thing about her is that she is multi lingual. I had s quick consultation then passed in to another room to pay.my sister and I was then put in a room to wait .it was about an hour.I was taken down to theatre and it looked more like a mortuary no one spoke to me disbt even tell me when they were going to put me to sleep.I came around from the op in a different room.there were no pillows or anything on my bed.my sister took me to the toilet.i couldn't reach the buzzer so thank god I wasn't on my own.we had to ask 4 times before they gave us any bedding for my sister .I pressed the buzzer several times and they didn't come then I screamed as I was furious.I called Aytul and said this wasn't good enough. My results however are brilliant and have had no problems and I'm very happy and my surgeon was very nice.Thank god the hotel was good I couldn't wait to get there.I came back to England and asked for my notes as they didn't have them ready before I left.two weeks went by and after asking four times I threatened Aytul with legal action then the next day I received them.everytime I went to have dressings changed I asked for a cover to be put on the dirty white chair and told them it was very unclean. The only nice person i had contact with throughout all this was Fatima she was very helpful. Although I am pleased with my result and surgeon I will not be recommending Avrupamed.

WORST experience of my life!!!!

I don't usually post a negative review, but after my frightening experience i felt i needed to warn anyone whos thinking to book to please DONT you will go through a nightmare and be treated like your a piece of meat! people need to listen and know this is the worst place, i have had the most frightening experience of my life at this hospital. Aytul is unprofessional, she very rude i have never met someone in that profession to be so rude, shes not friendly at all dont understand why people are praising her their fake reviews!聽 It's a generic hospital where Avrupamed rent floors/rooms. its like your in a horror movie the hospital is nothing like the photos, most the nurses are friendly but unfortunately couldnt speak english was very difficult to communicate, a lot of times had to go looking for staff for assistance even that, they would say their coming but would not always come to your room, a few of them would get annoyed if we rang the bell for assistance because we need help as was bed bound. had to have 4 bottles of blood transfusion and another patient who also had a very bad experiences passed out 3 times because of amount of blood loss, could have died!!! Aytul would say doctor coming at this time to see you after few days of op but never did only came a day before discharge and even that quick chat said hes busy, when raised concerns about op and blood loss he said its fine its normal in fact Aytul likes using that word its "normal" when its not, when i saw gp was concerned with blood loss and the damage, i still after 4 months have swelling in my stomach and all over back, i have no feeling in areas and its numb, skin is hard and ribs/flanks are sore and tender, ive had more than 30 lymphatic drainage massage and specialist is concerned with the swelling and tender areas its not improving.
On the day of operation i had to wait hours in a room, no one communicated with me Aytul sticks you in a room and tells you to wait in there and tells you to not leave the room, she treats you like an animal in a cage, when i wasnt getting anyone after such a long time to update me or tell me something… nothing! i walked out of the room to find out and got "told off" by Aytul for opening the door, its appalling how you get treated,聽 when finally after hours get seen for consultation with surgeon its rushed!! Their money greedy they just want your money they dont care about warning you or advising you to not get your whole body liposuction, 5 areas liposuction is invasive and i should have been told by the surgeon in their profession to not get that much areas all done at once, im still recovering 4 months later ive been in excruciating pain, my body is battered like i been in a accident! in theatre u get wheeled in a bed past lots of naked people laid in rooms having surgery. It was like something from a horror movie. no one speaks English and nothing was explained. People were walking in and out, walking past looking in as I was laid there, no privacy whatsoever. The hygiene was none existent. The staff were all using their phones then seeing to me.聽 It was really scary and I thought that I wasn't going to wake up. I never saw the surgeon so I don't know who operated on me.聽 No one woke me up back in room i was shivering freezing literally shaking, crying for help and crying for blankets, i had to ask for painkillers the pain was unbearable.聽 There was no water, help, anyone to call, no explanations to how things went….. just left. No one comes to check on you, gives you painkillers…. nothing! You have to ring ring ring bell until finally someone comes, the painkillers they give are so crap not good enough not strong enough last for half hour, your in constant agony.
My whole experience has been awful, frightening and I would warn not to use this clinic. Every patient i spoke to had the same experience and felt the same towards Aytul shocked how she is a coordinator, Fatma says Aytul is friendly thats a lie shes not nice or caring at all, there is no care at all.

I had rhinoplasty beginning of March. The whole consultation process with Kaan before we went was so reassuring – not a question too silly and everything answered and clarified. The process when we got there was akin to conveyor belt but that being said everything was explained and the hospital was exceptionally clean and modern. Please don鈥檛 go thinking of English 5 star standards because this is a whole different country we are dealing with but it was absolutely fine. Everything was explained and we were properly looked after. Yes, everyone is on their phones but they are dealing with multiple nationalities and use their phones primarily for translation as far as I could see. Would definitely go back again for my next tweak. .

Last year my mom underwent a rhinoplasty in Avrupamed. I waited for the results to make up my mind. DR KERIM is experienced and his communication is really warm. I shared my worries and he got me calm and cheered me up. I'm on the 9th day post-op and happy with it.
