I absolutely do not recommend this company, did two claims pretty much one year ago, each email seems to be completely ignored, and when answered the do it about a month or two after, using Corona as a way to save their back. Unfortunately for us it was a terrible decision to trust this people. By the way if you try by phone they will not take it and if they do they are the are totally arrogant and with super poor customer service.
Be very careful with this scammers. They definitely still your money.

The worst company ever!!!!
They made us an offer and after 3 months we found out that they raided the car insurance price with over 1000鈧?without any notice and when we call they couldn鈥檛 answer and they didn鈥檛 answer to the complaint made months ago!!! And when we found out about the raised was to late cause were already 3 months and we couldn鈥檛 cancel the contract.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service level. No notice about prolongation of contract – OK, I accepted it as my mistake not taking care of it (even though all the proper companies will send you at least an e-mail or some sort of a notification). Then when I sent them an e-mail asking how to quit the insurance, I waited a few days. Then after sending an e-mail in which I said I want to quit the contract, I waited again for them to make it effective. Then I received a bill for that period (ridiculously high for only one month, but OK), which I paid right away. Two months later, I get an additional bill, which I still do not know where came from (I am not in economics field, nor did they ever explain themselves). On top of the ridiculous modus operandi, customer service along the way is very slow and rarely useful.

Definitely would not recommend.

I have to repeatedly correct their poor performance. Seems like they are on purpose reimbursing health insurance costs partially. Over the last 10 years I would have lost thousands of euros if I had settled for their feedback.

This is very time consuming and extremely annoying. I also had to ask for a certificate for my car insurance history for two years. This is not a joke. I had to repeat my question for about 10 times, because they always gave the message the task has been given to their team and I will get the certificate shortly.

The worst example, even though not in monetary terms, was that they had been booking costs for 10 years for an insurance which was not even showing active at the Axa portal. So much for the value of that. The sum drafted yearly from my account was very small, so did not get my attention after 10 years when I had had enough of their nonsense. Not so surprisingly they are not admitting anything.

They don't answer to simple question per E-Mail within 24 hours. Still silence. That means I don't have to buy their insurance, because it's not trustworthy.

Upd: Changing to 3 stars, because it looks like the email was not correct one on their page (informationen[at]axa-assistance.at from axa-assistance.at / kontakt-at), and i've got Delivery Failed notification after 2 days. Now I have another insurance so I don't need to find the correct email anymore.

AXA Haftpflichtversicherung / Liability insurance
I had a very small accident in south of Europe last month until now no answer for something that should be simple! Fortunately was only material damage, I could not imagine if was a person injured!
I do not recommend this company, choose a small one, very bureaucratic company! Big label company but with very bad customer service. A V O I D !!

I now know why AXA does not pay out.

It's because a number of villages have called and asked for their idiots back. So AXA has no more managers that can approve pay outs.

So be really clever – cancel all AXA insurances before you really need insurance. TRUST ME I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY!

Ich habe als Deutscher mit meinem deutschen PKW einen Unfall mit einem bei der AXA France versicherten PKW gehabt. Als Gesch盲digter hatte ich mich zur Schadensregulierung an die AXA K枚ln gewandt, mit der Bitte um rasche Regulierung. – Dort wurde ich so herabw眉rdigend behandelt, dass es mir im Traum niemals einfallen w眉rde, mich bei AXA selbst zu versichern. – Mein Geld hatte ich allerdings letztendlich bekommen, – nach Einschaltung eines deutschen Anwalts f眉r Verkehrsrecht.
