TERRIBLE – AXS have had my money since March for Genesis Tickets. We sold our tickets through AXS to another person ( at a cost of 拢15 per ticket to AXS for the privilege) and so AXS have both MY money and the money from the person who purchased our tickets.

I have a copy of an email from Nicole at AXS that I would get my refund within 10 working days of the event which would be today Friday 11th December. No refund.

Tried to contact AXS, was told it was in hand and nothing they could do, tried multiple live chats (Thomas is most unhelpful) to no avail. Never got a call back or an email back explaining where my 拢740.00 refund is.

Once AXS have got your money – they do not like to give it back at all. Keep your receipts and copies of any communications, I now have to try and claw this money back from my Bank or start a Small Claims action against AXS.

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!! You have been warned.

This must be one of the worst companies to deal with ever.

I had bought tickets for Lewis Capaldi in October which I then sold well before the lockdown. I knew then I wouldn't get the money until after the event which at the time i thought was strange cos the company is effectively holding both my money and the new buyers money at the same time.
The concert has been moved to October 2021, I asked about when I would get my money and was told by some unhelpful employee Alice that i wouldn't get it until after still. As I fear for this companies survival I would like to get my money back now.

Alice on the live chat then decided to give me her opinion on how she thinks its great you can sell tickets through them. If only I had held onto them I might have got a refund due to postponement. Although reading these reviews that pretty unlikely too.

Hopefully never have to deal with AXS ever again.

Bought tickets for a May show in December. The show was canceled in April. After much effort, finally received my refund in late July. Unacceptable. Don鈥檛 ever, ever, ever, ever deal with this fraudulent company.

The worst. Won't give me a refund since March. I keep getting different stories on my refund status. No one seems to know anything that I call or chat with. I have an online store and a refund takes like two or three clicks. It is not that hard!!!

I cannot even write the words to explain how angry I am with this company, but I will try. I just got off the phone with customer service (waited for 40 minutes), and after speaking with a representative and a manger, I still could not receive a clear answer on when I would be able to get a refund for a concert that was supposed to happen June 2. Is this real life? Honestly, how this company continues to have business is beyond me. We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and people need money, but you are unwilling to give us our money back after having already waited over a month since my event was supposed to take place…. So disappointing. Thinking about making it my mission to market how terrible this company is in order to save people money and happiness. I spent almost $400 on concert tickets (which I will most likely never be doing again) all for these people to tell me they don't know when I will be able to request my money back. I don't know about this company, but I work hard for my money. This is just so unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. Bye AXS Tickets.

Ticket companies on the whole are pretty awful, but these guys are the Wayne Gretzky of terrible ticket providers. It's borderline impossible to get a hold of someone and they will make you jump through every hoop in the world to get a refund. A global pandemic is going on and they are doing their best to hold everyone's money hostage. Garbage business

Paid for tickets to see The killers but the concert has been rescheduled for 2021. Had an email to say my tickets can be used next year. However, I never received any tickets in the first instance. Tried to contact AXS by phone but they have no phone lines open due to Covid 19 !! Why haven't they got staff homeworking to cover in their busy time? Tried live chat…..couldn't get on it. Sent an Email on 14th May and a follow up, No response. So fustrating. Absolute zero customer service.

NEVER AGAIN. Problems started ONE SECOND after I hit submit to purchase the tickets. I clearly stated "NO", I did not want insurance. Then when the confirmation came up, it said "Here's your policy number". Took numerous phone calls and a claim with my CC to get that money back. Then, I opted for the tickets to be mailed. NEVER HAPPENED, multiple calls, multiple calls, multiple calls, then they finally sent them. Now, the even is cancelled and they state to wait 30 business days, well it's been 32 business days. Contacted them today and they said they are doing their best(Bul.Sh..). They now say maybe by the end of the month. Filed a claim with my CC. Do NOT EVER use them to buy tickets. Sc.mBa.s!

My complaint is the same as several others I have read. Basically I sold my tickets (which I have never had) via AXS on the 9/2/20 as unfortunately I could not attend the event. I was expecting a refund 10 days after the event At this point I had no concerns as AXS had never issued tickets; I presume that the person who had purchased my tickets had purchased them outright at that point, so it was just a matter of waiting. Unfortunately the COVID19 outbreak was declared a Pandemic shortly after this point in time so I contacted AXS customer service, only to be told that the event had been rescheduled until May 2021 and that I would not receive a refund until 10 days after that. How on Earth can this judged to be 鈥渞escheduled鈥? It is beyond me. One our two months I could accept, however, in my mind choosing a date that is approximately 12 months later than the proposed original date stretches the definition of rescheduled way beyond the acceptable meaning of the word. The reality is that the tour has been cancelled and a new tour has been scheduled for next year. Personally I am going to wait until 10 days after 28/5/20 and then I am going to initiate County Court proceedings. How on Earth a company can justify holding on to the money that was used to purchase one set of tickets that have effectively been purchased by two sets of people is beyond me. Also to add insult to injury I am actually paying a percentage of my resale fee to AXS in order to allow them to not pay me my money back.

Unlike Tripp Jones I do not have the money, goodwill or the patience to wait for over twelve months for a resolution. However, had AXS been a little bit more humble and also kept in touch with not only myself but other people too, I would presume that perhaps people may have been a little more forgiving (I know I would). I am also extremely disappointed with the Pet Shop Boys too. Surely they must realise that not everyone is as financially secure as they are and although it may be a financial blow to them it鈥檚 impact will not affect as much as a lot of their fans.

Finally, I would encourage anyone who is struggling to obtain a refund to initially use request it in writing. I have done this myself by using Resolver. Although unsuccessful I now have a series of authenticated and communications from both AXS and myself which I will use to support my upcoming claim via the small claims court.

Bought tickets for a Diana Ross concert in June ( Leeds ) cancelled and when I requested our money back we have been informed that it wont be refunded until a re-scheduled date has been arranged. At 76 Diana Ross is not a young lady and her chances of even doing another tour are slim, especially with coronovirus. Does this mean we will never get our money back. !!!!!
Be warned do not use AXS for buying tickets.

They won't give me a refund for any of my tickets! One of my events was postponed and one was canceled. I have over $300 worth of tickets and this company won't do anything for their customers even during this pandemic. This is ridiculous. Never going to purchase from this company again and I'll tell all my friends not to either.

Be careful people!! AXS just stole $126.60 from me! They deleted tickets from my app and cleared my order history. Will not refund me for a cancelled concert due to Coronavirus. They are now acting like they have no record of it. The only record of those tickets are the app. I purchased the tickets on pay pal back in December of 2019. The concert was not until May 8. They knew that pay pal only does disputes up to 180 days so they wiped out my account history on the app and just made my tickets disappear and never even informed me. Now I have to go to attorney general if I want my money. Who does this to people during a worldwide crisis!! Ban these people and don鈥檛 support them. Fraud!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Booked tickets for Justin Bieber at the RoseBowl stadium for next month, the events been postponed and dates still haven鈥檛 been released. I am from the UK and was planning on travelling for the concert so I won鈥檛 be able to attend the new dates and just want a refund. You would think with the current circumstances they would be offering refunds as some people really need the money! Customer service teams are useless and just keep saying we don鈥檛 offer refunds without any help! Disgusting to think they have $400 dollars of my money which I really need right now! Would never use this company again and won鈥檛 be recommending them EVER! Do not use!!!!

I requested my money from FlashSeats/AXS on March 12, according to their site, it takes 7-10 business days in order to get my funds, today is April 16, I still have not received my funds. Their customer service is blaming it on the situation, it should be an easy ACH transfer. This sounds like PONZI scheme, I'm wondering if the company has the money to refund everyone their money. This company really needs to be investigated, thinking class action here.

Ordered two tickets of this website couple months ago for the upcoming millennium 2020 tour in may. To this day I still have not received a confirmation email or tickets. But luckily something told me to screen shot order numbers and the money being taken off my card. I鈥檝e tried to access the website but shock it鈥檚 blocked it鈥檚 access. I鈥檝e fully been scammed out of 拢100 quid. I would not use this website in a millions years and I will be taking this further. Also forgot to mention no email to say anything has been cancel or moved due to pandemic

You鈥檝e replied but no way to reply back?? Can you send an email and I鈥檒l send over order number no way am I posting my purchase online for the world to see. What sort of business is this?

As so many others have said, this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I also purchased tickets for a show on April 10th that has been "postponed" but not cancelled, meaning they will hold onto the money until another date is scheduled.

I called customer service to inquire about a refund and "Brenda" was extremely nasty, and started yelling at me because I had the audacity to call and ask about MY money for a show I paid for that I won't be able to attend. She claimed that she "didn't have a supervisor," refused to provide an email contact, then hung up on me.

AXS is terrible and I hope it is one of the companies that gets shut down during this economic downturn.

My husband surprised me with NTA Awards premium vip tickets at a cost of 拢700plus at the O2. App tickets sent etc and told to go door H, as I am recovering from 2 broken ankles booked hotel next door so could just walk via the tunnel linked right by door H. All good.
Day of event rocked up just after 4pm to door H to look forward to the pre show vip experience that we paid for … all closed up ! Asked the employee who said this door don鈥檛 open till 6pm but checked tickets and said right place but couldn鈥檛 help. After waiting 15 mins as that was actual entry time. My husband went to investigate and walked around the outside of the arena, bearing in mind all glammed up and I had to wear proper shoes which I only can do for a limited period stood up, so I stayed by door. After 15/20 minutes my husband phoned and said it鈥檚 door A red carpet here etc but said will struggle as quite a walk around, I eventually did but was in agony and by time I got to to the door the next level of vip experience was entering who paid 拢100pp less so we had to join them.
The lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic and said definitely incorrect info on tickets so we will get compensated however she worked for the vip experience not AXS but took a picture of the screen.
2 weeks later no feedback from AXS. Called, emailed etc same response we are liaising with the O2 but no response from them. Open a dispute case still same will get back in 72hrs or 5 days or when O2 respond.
Over 2 months later still same generic response. I really don鈥檛 understand why they have to contact O2 as they provided the tickets with wrong detail and our contract is with them. Must have now sent 10 plus emails. Worse service ever.
I am now having to wait for the right amount of time to lapse (another 10 days) so I can escalate to the ombudsman/ STARS.

Unable to cancel tickets for cancelled show this coming April 2020. AXS terms does state that no refunds are allowed for any reason which is really shocking in this day and age. Moneysavingexpert site says that Ticketmaster are allowing refunds due to Coronavirus so why not AXS?
Because they are an unethical company.
Shame on the O2 for using AXS as a partner and shame on AXS for being such a money grabbing company.
I would rather use a ticket tout to see my favourite bands than use AXS and I would rather go to another venue than the O2 after this disappointment.

Bought tickets for concert, ended up having to sell them on and axs won't give me my money. They are crooks holding other peoples money. I've contacted BBC Watchdog and suggest you do the same.

Very easy to book my concert tickets, however I do notice the other bad reviews; so I'll see whether I get any app delivery issues or not.
#Update#, downloaded the app on my phone and I have a QR image with my tickets ready below already. So no issues so far.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Do not sell any tickets through AXS. I sold my Lewis Capaldi tickets back in November 19 as I am unable to now go. Somebody bought my tickets and has them but AXS are holding my money until 10 days after the event which is not until March. At no point was I made aware this would happen. Awful company to deal with and customer services take weeks to get back to you. Will never use again! Awful!

I never leave bad reviews, but i've used AXS a few times and every time it has been a really horrible experience. I'm not sure what the issue is with their company. The website is constantly crashing, errors, my card was charged 3 times but I didn't receive my tickets then I contacted customer service and they said my account is flagged but they're unable to explain why. It's a bummer that some shows are only available through here!

Is AXS Tickets legit or scam? Can I trust AXS Tickets?
