Everything was perfect! I placed my order around 8pm and I received my order at home the very next day around noon. I strongly recommend!

We ordered a baby bed and other things for 200 euro on this website. The website claimed that they did not receive the payment because of their intermediary and refuses to ship the goods. However the payment was carried out using the bancontact on their website and regularly charged to my bank account.

In addition, I used a gift card, but they did not deduct the gift card amount from the final payment so I ended up paying the gift card amount double.

230 euro stolen and when you call them they pretend to not speak english and they don't respond.

Dear Babypark,

I cannot express in words how disappointed I am in your lacking customer service. How can this be? Don鈥檛 you promote yourself on being that extra help for us parents? Sure not for us, quite the opposite; Extra work.

In August 2019 I ordered the majority of my baby stuff with you, to be delivered end of September (a month before due date). We ordered the following; Thule Sleek with extras (1.150 鈧?, Sebra bed (850 鈧?, Sebra madras (220 鈧?, Linen x 4 (80 鈧?, Stokke bath (50 鈧?, Baby Breeza (270 鈧?.
Adding up to a total of 2.620 鈧?(quite an investment made with you).

However when taking the Thule sleek into use (when the baby arrived in November), we noticed some defects with the lift. Due to the business of being new parents we do not have the chance to write before January 2020. But this is where the real trouble begins.

3 January 2020; First message to babypark.nl on the defect Thule Sleek.

3 January 2020; Babypark asking for serial number and a video of the issue.

6 January 2020; I provide video and pictures.

11 January 2020; I haven鈥檛 heard anything back from you, so I write again to hear on the status.

11 January 2020; Babypark claims a message from them is missing, where they are asking for serial number. The message isn鈥檛 missing, it was never sent.

16 January 2020; I send the serial number.

16 January 2020; Babypark sends an email saying the information has been shared with their supplier. I need to wait on their response.
In my opinion weird, as I didn鈥檛 buy it with the supplier but Babypark. But fine I鈥檓 waiting.

3 February 2020; Again haven鈥檛 heard anything from Babypark, so I write to them for a status.

3 February 2020; Babypark respond and ask for which store I would like to exchange it in.

7 February 2020; As I ordered everything online and got it delivered to my house, I expect the same when I have a defect product to exchange.

7 February 2020; Babypark claims I didn鈥檛 do that, and say anyway it is not protocol. They expect people to show up in their store for an defect exchange.

8 February 2020; Writing a bit back and forth until Babypark finally says they can pick it up.
They say I will hear from their Planning department shortly.

24 February 2020; For the third time in this process I again haven鈥檛 heard from them, and have to contact them for a status.

2 March 2020: For the fourth time I haven鈥檛 heard anything. So I鈥檓 writing again for a status.

8 March 2020; For the fifth time I haven鈥檛 heard back from them. It鈥檚 now been over a month since their last reply (and this was all before corona, so no excuse)

9 March 2020; Finally I get an email from the planning department. But no one from customer service either to follow up or apologize for their missing reply.

18 March 2020; Finally I get a new lift. 2.5 month after I first contacted them.

It took a lot of emails and a lot of waiting before I finally received the product I paid for and not a defect one. It has by all means been the WORST customer service I ever experienced, and I would not recommend Babypark to anyone.

Let me look at your website on Sundays. It is so ridiculous to not even let me look properly! I'm not forcing you to work on Sundays. Don't push your opinion on me! You don't know my situaition! You DON'T need to have custtotmer service OR process orders, but BLOCKING all products from viewing easily is STUPID!!!!

We visited the Babypark in Veldhoven to purchase a car seat for our 13-month old. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all of our many questions. I give 4 stars though because some of the information he gave us did not completely jive with what the manual said.

I also had to call customer service a few weeks later to get help uninstalling the car seat. They were patient to help walk me through it over the phone. It also had by far the best prices on the particular model of car seat we ended up purchasing.

Babypark Amersfoort basically turned into our second home in the weeks before and after our little one was born, to the extent that upon leaving, the manager would say 鈥渟ee you tomorrow鈥? What kept us going back were the knowledgeable staff – more knowledgeable, helpful and ready to advise than what we found at Prenatal or Babyland – and the product range – again, wider and of higher quality at reasonable prices than what we found elsewhere. Bought our pram, changing unit, cloths, car seat, … here. Would always recommend it!

We visited the Babypark location in Gouda for a stroller. The personnel was very kind and efficient. We got good advice in English language. Also, the customer service was quick and informative in replying to a clarification question per email and determining the delivery date. Very good experience.

My husband and I left Baby Park Gouda very happy of items we've bought for our first baby and feeling we were excellently served. Baby Park has almost every single product from every important baby brand. The service of consultants at the store was flawless. The store has great facilities to test strollers on the spot which was very useful for our decision making. Highly recommended!

I bought a bed for my daughter (Flexa Play), the quality ius awesome, the store and customer service were also great! They even made the same price as I saw in another store, because I prefered to buy with BabyPark (which I knew and was recommended by my friends also), they delivered in our house in the scheduled time, the package was properly stored, so all good recommendations.

Babypark has good and lare variety of products. It is one place where you can buy almost everything that you need for your child. The sales lady gave us in depth information about mattresses, car seat and pram. I was really pleased to get that kind of description in English as my dutch is not so great. The product was delivered on time at a date chosen by me. One product was not delivered and I am still waiting for it. Apart from the last remark, I find babypark an extremely attractive option for kids supply.

I rarely write reviews but there are exceptions when they are deserved. I bought two Stokke tripp trapp chairs from BabyPark whicb are renowned for quality. Babypark was the most competitive online in price and their nearly next day delivery competes with amazon. I had one minor problem with a part and BabyPark reacted faster than Stokke and sent a replacement in two days, replying in English. Will i buy from they again. Yes. Wish there were more companies competing with amazons domination online.Bravo!

Great store and products and high service delivery! We bought a changing table and a baby bed and some other small stuff at baby park and the service and products and store is just great! As soon as you have a question you will get great help. The products are of high quality and not the standard as in other stores. I wish we would have this store close to our home!

We always come from Aachen (Aken) to Babypark. The personnel stuff is extremely polite and the quality of products is by far better than in Germany. We buy all our baby equipment at Babypark.

Babypark always has excellent service. I live abroad and always buy any kids and baby items at Babypark. The service is great on the website, whatsapp, email and in-store. Also the Tax claim after taking my items home (outside EU) is a hassle free and smooth process. Quality of gear is great and after service as well (checking the wheels of my stroller for example). Thank you babypark!

I bought everything for my childs at this store and spend thousands of euros, my last order didn鈥檛 came in time and nobody was able to tell me what happened, called the service they told they will call back and never did, than called again and they put on hold for 20 min and than they broke the connection … so angry!!! Never buying again

It is often very busy and thus hard to get get to see straff immediately but once you do they are mostly very knowledgeable. The products are better than in other places, although also more expensive.

Baby park is a wonderful store where you are going to find always someone to help you out if you have any questions.
I only had one problem when I purchased my bugaboo donkey. They sold me with an adapter for the stokke car seat that does not fit. I went back to the store and they apologized for the mistake and gave my money back. But still I have a car seat that is not suitable for the very expensive stroller. What is a pitty.
