Horrible quality. Even if you buy the "premium" or high end one. They are all the same. And they are yuck. And customer service is non existent. Tried email, phone and live chat. Never a response and never talked to anyone.

I paid extra for express shipping and it took much longer than expected due to a "processing time" that they don't tell you about. I would go somewhere else to buy these products, customer service is extremely unhelpful and not empathetic.

I will NEVER purchase anything from BandMerch again. CS auto reply message says
Due to an increased volume of support tickets, you will receive initial feedback and help within 24-48 Hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
But then they never resolved my issue and I've tried 5 times.
Maybe if they resolved issues the first time they wouldn't have an increase volume of support tickets.

I waited forever for my order to ship and finally received it. They took my payment immediately but took their old, sweet time in shipping my order.
The shirt I received looks nothing like what is pictured on the website. And now I can't get a hold of the company to return their bait and switch product.
Between their lack of customer service, delayed shipping practices and misrepresentation of merchandise, it's way too aggravating of a shopping experience.
Oh and the time before this, I also waited forever for them to ship. And when I finally received it? It was someone else's order!

I have been trying to contact these guys over a month after my order – WHICH I PAID FOR – , and they keep saying that a tracking info will follow. Never did. Seriously, someone bring this company down, they are a joke.

Have emailed and called since ordering an Anderson Paak t-shirt in early April. They never answer calls or return calls. Email is always vague, " the item you ordered is a pre-order,you will be notified when your order is processed." I PAID FOR IT, that is not a damn pre-order. One month later still haven't received. Contacting Feds on mail fraud and wire fraud!

Ordered an Item on December 7th with the promise of delivery on December 17th, and they delayed the shipping date to January 7th, ok whatever. Fast forward to January 15th, and I still haven't heard anything from the company and their customer service is constantly "unavailable" and haven't heard anything since.
Update:
I have received the product I ordered, but I had to call and email them multiple times in order to get my item shipped. They told me they had to talk to their warehouse manager to get it sorted out. A bit frustrating that I have to investigate this instead of the company informing me or looking into this without me having to ask them.

I ordered a shirt as a christmas gift hoping it'd be delivered by chr eve. I kept calling their number 5 days in a row to make sure I would receive the item before Christmas, they never picked up; I left a voicemail with my number and reason for calling, they never got back to me. However, one week after I had made the order, they started processing it. It said that I would receive the item in 5-10 business days, but it has been 14 days, and the item is still in US apparently. Never seen such careless CS before

I ordered something for my son's birthday with a 2 week window. Paid to have it ship 3rd day, and a month later — nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Will be filing a bank claim.

I bought a shirt from this company through weezer as a christmas present. It said it should get to me in 3 days. A week later, I didn't have the shirt so I started emailing and calling. This went on for weeks with little response. No one ever answered the phone or email. When the finally called me back, they were very vague in where my shipment was and didn't give much info. I kept waiting hoping it would show up, but it never did. Still haven't figured this out three months later

So they sent the wrong shirt. I attempted several times to call and or email with no response. Eventually after about 5 calls with voice mails and 20 emails they answered, only to send a return label and then ignore more calls and emails. Eventually after even more calls they called back (I was floored) the shirt I originally ordered was sent out. I finally received it after a month. This company is absolutely awful. I will never deal with them again. Un$#*!ingreal.

I ordered a shirt from this store. To my surprise, it was delivered in just a few days of placing my order. I ordered a shirt for a male and the quality was great. The shirt is nice and thick and soft. I haven't washed it as it's a Christmas gift but the design looks solid so I'm certain it won't be an issue. Also, I ordered a large and it actually looks like a large is suppose to be, meaning it's a bit on the bigger side. Overall happy customer!

This website is horrible. They claim the be partnered with SONY for selling legitimate band merch. They have a poor selection, and the shirts do not even look legitimate. I ordered a few shirts from these guys and they were poor in quality. I am big on band merch and this was a complete disappointment. I will not buy anything from these guys ever again.
