Well the CSR said i must wait for account approval and a email. I was trying to fund my account, I still have not received the email. I don't think it should take almost 10 days.

Bank5 representative was so kind to me in a sticky stressful financial situation, and much more than my mainstream bank that I have been with for years. Just because they鈥檙e online, don鈥檛 think they don鈥檛 add a personal touch.

You made it to hard for me and my wife to open a savings account using money from our checking account. It got to the point I wanted to use a different bank for a savings account.but my wife talked me out of it. She said to give it one more try. As she was having to send in the extra responses I relented and we now have checking and savings account with bank5. It only took a two week period to accomplish that. Not good.

Bank5 is a good bank. They try to treat their customers properly. They work really hard and are very stable. They give you good updates and clearly outline what to expect. Their interest rate is acceptable.
They are like the Amazon of banking companies. They're up&coming, and they have a bright future. Highly recommend.
