The hydration bags appears to perform as it should.
More suited for flat ground, slope is slightly a problem unless one could balance the bag properly. Ideal for single stems trees not multi-stems. A bit difficult to keep the bag up right when it is on a slope.

Good communication with clients to point out the expectation of the delivery, as we are living in an IT and "click" environment.

Really gorgeous quality multi-stem silver birch, even bigger and bushier than I'd expected, it made a lovely wedding anniversary present for my husband. And thanks to the team it was only delivered one day after our anniversary even though I ordered it very late! Thank you!

i placed an order for a tree which was easy to do . The staff were very helpful when I made my first enquiry. The tree was delivered a week after placing the order and on the first day of the official 'lockdown' so I had a project to keep me at home. The tree has been planted and now coming into leaf following the warm weather. If you are looking for a specific tree or trees, Barcham are the people to go to . Mark Hawkins. Milton Keynes

Great people to do business with. Efficient and helpful, as were the delivery drivers with both the trees I've bought. The trees themselves were good specimens and arrived undamaged and looking healthy, and the bags around the roots were excellent for moving them and easy to cut away for planting. I only wish I'd known about them before!

Excellent Tree – very impressed

Just ordered a great white cherry. Ordering process was simple. Tree was delivered within the week without problem. Although it's winter and tree was dormant, I was very impressed with its quality and condition – no broken branches. Also planting kit was complete and as described. Would certainly order from Barchams again.

I'm looking forward to the tree coming to life in the spring 🙂

Ordering on the web was fine with good site and information. Tree arrived a couple of weeks later and looked nice. It was only later that we noticed it had a broken branch which had been partially pulled off the main trunk. It had clearly happened some time ago as the cambium had formed a scab, but decided to re-expose the cambium and bind it back on to the trunk to hopefully allow it to knit together again. Would certainly use Barcham again, but will be more careful taking delivery next time.
