I think you have cut and paste this message as I do not remember to have this conversation with you. I recall calling on Saturday 21st Morning conversation requesting the refund and remember you being unable to provide the information because you were not the operator who made the booking for me. You ask me to call back at 2pm to speak with Mary and you were leaving a message for her to call me.
I had to call several times and you put it through these phone calls always to a dead lines for hours, and when you lost your cool you even told that Mary was not working on the day when you stated that she was in duties in the morning. Do you remember that you were ask me always the security questions until you have stopped to ask me for these just to make me more distressed; until you lost your cool and told me that the holiday was not refundable because you have cancel and requesting me to call customer service on Monday and hang up on me. I called on Monday on which once again nobody was answering and again a left a voicemail and you never have get back to me.
I have tried to contact you by emails and you have ignored these for weeks before the trip and after I do not accept your offer and I do not want any form of credit from you and the company as first impression count, and with all human mistakes you have booked wrong flights, forgotten to book the train etc. What a disaster from the start. It with regret to let you know that I have now take different approach to escalate and resolve the matter; as specified on my emails and I have already report your unprofessionalism and uncooperative behaviors as individuals and as a company. I would never want to use your service and either suggesting these to others as you dishonesty has really put the last nail on the coffin.
I cannot believe you even overcharged me 拢15 extra and remove the money from the initial payment. We are all in difficult times and I have booked with different travel agency and experience care and excellent service. In these moments you should have think to the future, when everyone can travel again and when the customers want to come back and you are part of the magical dreams which is travel.

Their offers look amazing however they add more and more costs. They have actually kept our money and we have no holiday I have been on the phone to them and they hung up.

Our trip to Rome was cancelled due to the Coronavirus which was completely understandable.
When speaking on the phone to this company I found they were absolute charlatans. They wanted more money to rebook the trip and were offering a much worse hotel.
They bullied and harassed me.
They need someone to really take them to court and reveal to everyone how poor their customer service is and how intimidating they are to their customers.

In addition, one of the tours I booked through them was cancelled and instead of being reimbursed what I paid for, they had said that they'll refund only a fraction of the cost. When I declined and asked for a copy of the recording of the conversation, I am still waiting for this.
This company is the worse travel agent ever! They shouldn't be continued to trade and rip off people.

AVOID this company like the plague!
You think you are getting a deal with a great hotel and flights (拢489), then comes the first phone call for the flights – which you don't get to choose! Add some more costs, and then some more costs for a direct flight. We booked a trip to Luxor in Egypt, they booked the flights to fly into Hurghada – 4 HOURS away! So add on an additional 拢192 per transfer.
at every stage they confirm the costs. It doesn't get done in one go, so you never know what to expect. You think the extra charges are over and then another call comes.
My initial booking took 5 phone calls and 拢1814 later you are then done!
if i was told in a single phone call, we will book your flights for X, and your transfers for Y and it all comes to Z, I would have nipped it in the bud!
But you cant back out of your initial payment of 拢489 because its non refundable and you will lose the money – They have you by the sort and curlies! I ended up paying an unexpected 拢1325 EXTRA!
After making peace with this almost 2k lesson, I wanted to cancel one of the transfers after repeatedly trying to change the date, for some reason no one understood what I was asking, so I decided to cancel it and book it myself. They said it was non-refundable and then tried to charge me 拢120 to CANCEL it! WTAF!

BLH ring me up to confirm travel details, then ring 20 mins later to say the travel dates are no longer available due to the popularity of the deal.
BUT for an extortionate fee you can still travel on them!
They try to negotiate a midweek stay and ask to pay more for the inconvenience.
Departure times are purposely chosen to lose a day – all so they can try to sell you better times on the phone for 拢99pp.
The rep I spoke to let out an audible groan of disappointment when I point blank refused to change to better times for an extra fee.
In conclusion, this company uses a website like wowcher or groupon or living social to offer an amazing deal on a holiday, then once they have your interest their "travel correspondents" employ sales tactics to get as much money out of you as possible.
DO NOT BOTHER.
Felt more like a sales call than a confirmation of travel details.
I eventually got a full refund from Wowcher.
Also, I had exactly the same experience after this by booking a trip with Weekender Breaks (read my other reviews).

I literally fell into this trap on saturday. Never done a booking before but I saw a good deal on wowcher and did it as a suprise for my mum to germany as she really wants to go for christmas. They rung me and I gave details and even on the first call they asked if I want a change of dates and flights and I said no thanks. They then rung later and said my dates and flights werent available and I said why not etc…then I said Im feeling dodgy about this but they said dont worry weve got you direct flights and a different hotel but leaving the day before. I said I cant afford to pay more and he said you wont have to. He said because of the complications he will give us free breakfast in the hotel. I then agreed to it but the invoice came in and I got charged almost a 100 pounds more! So he outright lied to me on the phone!
Anyway Ive paid them 96 pounds while on the phone for extra baggage as they said we can only take a small handbag with us (which sucks).
BUT….because i paid through paypal via wowcher because it was a saturday evening the money hadnt gone through yet and on the sunday I realised that and it said 'pre-approved' payment on paypal so I quickly reversed it.
So now ive got an on going dispute with the customer consultant but they said they will give me a 50 pound discount but because I agreed to it I have to pay the full amount
But not sure what will happen because they havent got the money for the holiday…
Anyone know how far they could take this????

UPDATE – OK, I've just seen that some negative reviews are pretty recent too. I also booked via Living Social and that part wasn't very well-handled. I also had to pay 拢69 each to move our departure from Manchester to Birmingham, but there were no other upgrades I had to pay for.
One other thing that's been said that I'd agree with, although it is more to do with Living Social than Bargain Late Holidays, is that I found I could have booked pretty much the same holiday at a similar price via Opodo, rather than having to use the clunky Living Social process, so I'd be inclined to do that in future. By all means look at Living Social to see what holidays are available, but then look and book yourself.

Now down 拢298.00 with no goods.. looking like I will need to get Visa to step in after 14 days.
You may as well totally avoid using them and deal with a reputable company.
Total band of thrives.. should be on Watchdog…
Only regret that the minimum stars is 1 because they don't deserve it. Should be a zero star option available..

Our stay in Venice was fine but our hotel in Florence was about an hour out of the city on a very dodgy area . We left after the first night lost our money and got alternative accommodation . After we left my husband told me that he noticed the door had previously been forced open. I was glad to be gone and safe. The hotel was also about on and a half hours by train from the airport where we were getting an 8am flight the next morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND BARGAIN LATE HOLIDAY S
