Barol is not customer friendly and has a very bad service regarding sending the right products. In addition they never answer critical questions. If you return the goods their first reaction is they do not accept returns. However according to their own rules you may return the goods within 14 days. Moreover, 10 days after goods have been returned there is still no refund.
