I have been purchasing primarily dog outfits from Baxterboo.com since 2016, probably placed 15+ orders by now and never had a negative experience. Usually receive items w/i one week (using free shipping option). They run great promotions and their prices are pretty competitive thanks to the coupons advertised on their site or online. When it comes to dog clothing, ordering the correct size can be tricky; I always refer to the size charts displayed on the product page and they are pretty accurate. Had to exchange only twice due to sizing issues. Covered the return shipping fee myself and exchanged items were sent free of any additional charges. Highly recommended

apparently, when their customer services are rude to you, and you point it out, they sign you up for sex toy emails… pretty sure this is several shades of illegal.

They're unprofessional and clearly (by all these single stars!) they're not reputable at all.

Leave well alone.

I have sent several Emails to BaxterBoo which they have failed to respond to. This type of behavior makes me realize that I do not think that they are a reputable company and I will not do business with them. They should get zero stars.

I ordered 2 collars size 8-10 inches and a pink shirt for my toy poodle. One collar I ordered was suppose to be red and the other lilac. When they arrived late, one was lilac and perfect. The other was 2-3 inches too long. They were the same make collar only different colors. I ordered a shirt and what I got was a tee. Called customer service and was told they couldn't believe that they would send two different size collars. She said I would have to take them both out of the packages and take a picture side by side. I told her I didn't have a phone that would do that. I was told to borrow one and send them the picture. I said I had ordered a shirt and not a tee top. Finally had to file complaint with BBB. They did send label for me to send them back, Got refund. Didn't get tax or shipping back. I was told that I could talk to head of customer service and was even given her name. Didn't bother because I saw from complaints on BBB that people had talked to her and got nowhere. They are extremely rude. They need to rethink their policies. I would have ordered numerous items from them!

I bought a coat for my dog (Shih Tzu) Saturday I got it and the measurements they gave were 4" smaller than the actual measurements so the coat was way to big. I called and Alex had me email pictures with a measuring tape to show the coat was 24" chest and not 20" that they said it was. Alex told me to call Monday when the manager would be in, I did and Alex said to call Tuesday that the manager wasn't in. So I called Tuesday for about an hour and they would not answer the phone. I emailed and asked why they wouldn't answer my calls they emailed back to say they were busy with other customers and they would get back to me which they never did so I emailed again an hour later and they said they would email me a return label..I won't send it back because I don't trust them to refund me. Don't trust this place you will be sorry..look online and you'll find they are overpriced also.

Baxterboo has the worst return policy I have ever seen. You have to send everything back within 15 days of purchase at your own expense and they reduce the refund price (no clue why). I ordered a jacket that didn't fit and tried to return and they offered a fraction of the price I payed as a refund (once they received my return). They do not allow for exchanges and make no allowances for issues with their products. Find another place to order pet gear.

Beware of this company. I ordered 2 winter dog jackets for my dogs and used their size chart for measurements. Jackets arrived and were 4 inches too small in chest. I had to spring $13.00 to return them and to date no refund.

Beware of this company!

I have ordered 3 different items in attempts to get a shirt that fit for a costume. 1 of them I ordered with out assistance. I indeed measured my dog, but, item had to be cut off him with scissors. I contacted customer service, giving them the measurements. He recommended 2 other tops to try in my dogs "size" (ha!!) Not even close.

The return policy is 14 days after order is placed, not when order arrives. It takes 2 weeks to arrive. I guess this is their way of not having to be responsible. Sure, I could have paid return shipping and gotten a store credit, but, clearly the sizes are not even close to being accurate, and I'd have to pay shipping (again) to get new items to me. Lesson learned.

Bottom line, their sizing is not even close to being accurate, their customer service is a scam. Beware of this company. This company is why people order from Amazon.

so so so unacceptable BaxterBoo.
i have no clue where my item is .. the FEDEX tracking number i was emailed is a invalid Tracking number so I guess I m never going to receive my items. I have tried calling their help phone number religiously every day but apparently all reps are always busy on other call, Im assuming coz you're company is messing other customers just like me.
Also it says use live chat facility but LOL there is NO live chat facility.
what a big big disappointment.
i had more items in my basket that i intended to order but lord no way am i doing this again with this crappy company.
i have also emailed to the consumer forum with their details.

We have really enjoyed their selection of pet clothes from my 10 lbs dog to my 50 lbs dog. They provide measurements for accurate fit and have had no problems in what I ordered.

My experience with BaxterBoo has been great. I ordered one size 22 Highline Fleece coats for dogs last year, measured as the site instructs, and the product was a perfect fit for my bulldog/boxer mix. The quality and look was perfect. Much better than anything in the stores both price and quality wise.
This year I ordered the same product, Highline Fleece, for my other three dogs and the fleece were again perfect fits. My dogs love them. This product was just what I was looking for to keep my dogs warm inside the house. They are inside dogs, of course, and this fleece is just right. I can't speak to customer service as I have not had to return anything. The price is perfect and the discounts given make the whole experience great for me.

Items look so cute but the quality when it arrives is not there. I buy so many dog clothes from Amazon, Chuey, Petco and Petsmart as well as Etsy boutiques. I know how to measure a dog and these items listed measurements that are not accurate.
Worst customer service ever. There is one guy that answers the phone each time and has the worst phone personality. I had a problem ordering as their website kept rejecting my order and giving me error codes. I had to do my order over and over and Mr. no customer service would just say sorry our system says the security code is wrong. I actually got my bank on the phone and they verified it was his company rejecting the sale and my card was perfect. They offered to speak to him and he had no interest. I should have walked away then, but silly me used another card and did the order again with no help from him.
Then the order arrives and items did not fit and not even close to stated measurements. I get the same guy and this time he said they would measure the dresses when I sent them back and decide if they didn't fit. How shady. He then mumbled stuff about the sizing doesn't really have to fit to be accurate. Seriously. If you have a 23" waist and the pant says 23" waist it needs to fit. There isn't excuses. I would never buy from them again. There are so many options out there I would advise that you stick with a customer friendly company.

BUYER BEWARE

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolute worst experience I've ever had for an online purchase. I will NEVER Order from this site again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The "owner" Vickie basically accused me of fraud when I accidentally entered my shipping address 1 digit from my actual address and the item had to be returned. If i was going to commit fraud why would i give the proper billing and change 1 digit on my shipping address ensurinf i wouldnt actually receive the order???? That was after waiting almost 45 days for a delivery before it ws discovered there was an error albeit was my error but then I has told I would get refunded to my original credit card and after an out almost 100 days and many unanswered emails and calls I was given a gift certificate. I will never order from this place again and they give me a gift certificate. They tell me to donate or give it away… . why would I risk that with any charity or person???

Please keep in mind Vickie never once told me she ws the owner. She left that to an agent who after asking me to hold she would check with a manager told me SHE was the manager!!

Thier policy says they would refund to original cc if the return was requested in 15 days hiw is that possible when it took 20 days just to ship from their facilities!!!

Very unhappy please do not support this company. Keep in mind their items ship FROM JAPAN

Since I cannot reply to their response I will update this review. If you see the response below from the company you can see what type of service they provide. Calling me a child and enyitled. They are not mentioning that it took longer than the policy days to start the shipment so no possible way it could ve returned within 15 days. You'll also notice that in my original review I did say that the shipping error was my own. It took 4 months for the return AND I was told I would get my money back NOT a in store credit.

A reputable business would not say these type of things about any customer good or bad. Lol. Thank you Baxterboo for proving my point

Needed to return an item for another size (aka an exchange)
Had free shipping on original order. Asked if I'd the reorder would be free shipping as well and was told they would refund it after I placed my new order. I paid $9.75 to ship that back. I was not given free shipping after two emails promised I would.
email: "Yes, I did say I would remove the shipping costs from your order! However, your order shipped out before I was able to remove it. Because of this, you got priority shipping. " AKA: $1.60
So now I have paid for all but a buck in shipping plus return shipping.
I have yet to be refunded on my original order either. The exclamation points in the emails while they are admitting to not doing their job correctly are beyond unprofessional.
Save yourself the hassle and go to a site that emails return shipping labels. This site is a joke and the quality of items are not high enough to deal with the garbage return policies.

placed an order with the assistance of customer service representative. I received exactly what I said I didnt want. Tried to return. I paid almost 20 for original shipping and another 14.95 to return. That's 35 dollars for nothing! I called and all they offered was a 10 coupon for next purchase.. No thanks!! Never again. Customers beware….

I ordered 2 extra large shirts for my dog based on their convenient sizing chart. One was clearly the correct size as described the other was considerably smaller. I called cust serv. and said I ordered xtra lg and rec'd a sm. I was told to take a pic of size on shirt and sent to supervisor. thought unusual but took pic which had no size on it but put measuring tape across shirt showing the much smaller measurement of approx sm. to med fit. Never heard back from this company. I feel I was being patronized as they new their products had no sizes on them and this was their way to tell me… prove it was a size small. I ordered based on size chart. i am livid with the lack of respect or care given to customers.
Great products, speedy shipping and disgusting customer service. I will donate the size small shirt to an animal shelter and never order from Baxter Boo again. Order #886213

I ordered a snowsuit for my small dog, size small, They sent an extra small.
When I called them, they told me that was what I had ordered, and refused to pay return shipping. I returned the wrong sized suit and again, ordered a size small. They sent an extra large! And again, blamed the mistake on me. I am now out $15 for return shipping and will not order from them again. Their customer service people are unreasonable, and if I could give them a lower rating, I would.

I will NEVER buy another thing from this place. Terrible return policy. It states on the phone recording that u can return up to a year. What they DO NOT tell u is that u must have the tags. All I did was try two sweaters on my dog, & because I threw out the tags, they won't even give me a store credit. These items were NEVER WORN, only tried on. I learned my lesson.

Everything was great except one item too small but my fault for not looking at the size chart on how it fit.. Prices very reasonable and product of good quality. Very satisfied and would recommend.

I've been ordered doggie things from them for about 3 years. Great return policy. Awesome products. Things delivered on time or early. If you're looking for cute stuff for s pretty reasonable price, I highly recommend them.

I really like shopping on this website. It's easy to navigate and the prices are fantastic! Much better than the local pet stores. I am still waiting on the dog bed and toy that I ordered for my new puppy who will arrive in July. I'm so excited about both, can't wait!
