I ordered a pudsey bear for my Grandaughter on the 5th of November. On the confirmation email it said i would be notified when it was dispatched. I payed 拢3 for postage. Never heard another word from them. I have sent 2 emails and phoned and left my details. This is disgusting they just want your money and don't care about you. It has passed now and don't really want Pudsey anymore. SHOP055069. I know its for charity but that is not the point!!
