I am totally disappointed in their return policy. I am a regular customer so I totally like the product and spend money every year refreshing my swimsuit wardrobe. Based on THEIR sizing chart I ordered 3 bottoms that were $60 each and I received for a total of $120 because of their sale spend $150+ and get $60 off. The very next day they had a 50% flash sale- I called and was told they would honor it and credit me $30 (which BTW never happened). Bottoms arrived-too big-so I called to inquire about returns and was told I would need to return and repurchase at full price as they no longer do exchanges and the sale is no longer in effect. That is a horrible policy and the rep on the phone was rude. So in the end I wanted the bottoms and have now ordered the right size and only 2 which are costing me what 3 did before. This may be my last year as a loyal customer and I will find another swimsuit company with better policies in place. In an environment where service levels dictate success they are heading down a bad path….

Your suits are of better quality than most upscale department stores. I have looked everywhere for new swimsuits and was frustrated and disappointed. I bought one of your suits on vacation on Sanibel Island and love it so much that I bought four more online at your .com store. And guess what? They all fit perfectly and look great!
The sizes are consistant, the fabrics are durable and the suits are well made. Well now,,I have no need to ever look anywhere else for a swinsuit. I'm a convert!

I was notified something was unavailable and when I did not respond they followed up with me. When I did respond they replied right away and adjusted my order immediately.

I ordered a tankini bathing suit. I got email stating I was getting refunded for the bottoms because it was no longer in stock. Well I would have never ordered the bathing suit if I knew I just was going to get the top. Now I'm stuck with a top and have to find bottoms that match.

Love the way this suit fit – love the colors – true to size – would like a better bra – very flimsy – would like more color choices -cannot imagine why so many bathing suit are black!! Black absorbs heat!

Love the way it fits. Could've gone up maybe one size in the shorts (that would be my fault) but it's all good.

I ordered a suit for my cruise only to receive an email two days later that it was out of stock, so I ordered a different size that showed available. Two days later I received an email that it was also out of stock. Now too late to order any suit in time for my trip.

I bought a tankini from this company at a local store and loved or so much I ordered two more 6 months later when they went on sale. Great quality.

First, I was with a friend at the pool, and commented on her bathing suit. She said she has had it for five plus years. Its just darling and not out of style. So I thought if it has lasted that long and looks that good, I want one. I normally do not purchase bathing suits on line, but I thought, what the heck. So I did, and I'm glad I did, because it is hard to find a good quality suit out there for a large breasted person sometimes. The quality is outstanding as well. This suit worked, and I thank you for designing for specific needs as well.

I called to ask if I could upgrade my mailing option so that I could have the item by 7/4. I was immediately assisted to do that and got my suit in just 2 days! Thanks for making the adjustment and for sending the correct item and size just in time for the holidays!
