Bought mini Kiev's last Thursday cooked as instructed looked good but no filling in most and hardly any in others, sent e.mail but have not had response, reading this review page don't think I will bother with this brand again.

We had a packet of mini turkey Kiev鈥檚 which had no garlic filling,they were just turkey meat balls which put us right off

Bernard Matthews Hamwiches, are now appalling.
I'm not sure who decided to change the recipe but they need to be fired and get a job in McDonald's.
These used to be my favorite, full of cheesy flavor, now just a mangled reformed triangle of goop, barely any cheese and ham flavored mechanically processed triangle of something that could resemble meat. shame on you Bernard Matthews you failed us yet again, choosing profit over quality. The man will be turning in his grave at the systematic destruction of his company from poorly produced food.

I purchase a pack of Sweet chilli turkey breasts in which contained 2 chunks Of turkey which were uncooked, I ended up eating some of this before realising so I鈥檓 now hoping I don鈥檛 get ill. DO NOT BUY THEIR TURKEY CHUNKS!!!

Absolutely terrible, found a bit of a blue plastic bag in there turkey drumsticks, luckily I had cut it up to cool it down for my daughter that is how I noticed it. Tried to get in touch with them on the phone ( dead numbers) also wrote to them. Nothing I would hate this to happen to someone else these need to be recalled but cannot get any response back for this to happen!!!

brought a Bernard Matthews golden turkey from Iceland on sunday been in fridge since then took it out on Christmas eve at 9pm opened it up and it stinks rotten and fowl disgusting its gone off no where to get a replacement Christmas is ruined 10kg bird suppose to feed my family with 8 guest now we got nothing to cook complete stressed out family coming round and no turkey thanks Bernard Matthews and Iceland you will be getting this chucked on your tills at 10am boxing day with one angry customer

10p size bone found in their wafer thin Turkey ham.
Saw my 12 months old suddenly screaming as blood came out of his mouth.
Nightmare. Total loss of trust in this company.
Weeks of emails exchanging. Product and bone posted to the company as requested.
Company gave 拢15 voucher to be spent on their products…

re:788170 I don't know where this comes from about this being resolved because all I am getting from this firm is blaming everything else refusing to accept any responsibility as far as I am concerned their bird are rubbish even if I just happened to get a bad one All they can do is deny responsibility A pathetic firm that has a big name seems to think that nothing be wrong with their produce I cn see nothing wrong with this it only states the name of firm I am complaining about
