Hey. I just bought your lamp hanger. F100180-03. I have mounted almost everything and then I have to connect power cord with ceiling suspension. tell me why you did not make the entrance to the power cord. should the lamp run on battery, airflow, or whatever you have in mind. Hmn I do not think you have at all think. Sorry From me I get 1 star.

Changes: I have exchanged mail. The product is not adapted to the Danish conditions in apartments. The manufacturer could not know. the product itself is very good quality and I like it. 5 stars 🙂

The items were delivered quickly the next day. One of the items was damaged and they sent me a replacement immediately which arrived the day after. Very impressed, great customer service

Products are okay, but my order is sent as a two separate package. I received one successfully, but for the other one I didn't receive neither any e-mail nor notification paper. I learned that they tried to deliver it but I was not home. (They didn't drop a paper about it) I had to contacted with both shipping company and Besselink several times. If they had add my e-mail to the package label these issues wouldn't be happen. I will pick it up today (with at least 1 week delay). My experience with DPD was terrible! Edit: One of the items were dirty and had a small damage and they sent a new one quickly. (Unfortunately DPD pickup point was closed during its work hours. This was also another problem with the shipping company.)

We found the service very very helpful! The man who helped us stayed 30 minutes after his work time just to help us. He was very friendly and really helped us chose the right lights for our house. The variety of lights were beautiful and we found just the ones we needed. We will definitely come here again and will definitely recomend this shop to others! An amazing experience.
