AVOID! SCAM ARTISTS.
Ordered a product on Monday, for next day delivery, with a value of 拢250.
Never turned up, emailed the 鈥榗ompany鈥?4 times in 5 days and they鈥檝e not replied once. Please avoid. They aren鈥檛 a company, just scammers.

The customer support needs improvement.
Some of the prices are cheaper and competitive than Amazon, but the customer service is not the best.
the item was delivered on time..

Consider this when purchasing an item from them.

Looks like this 'company' hasn't changed since a post that's already written here – I can write identical shambles to another reviewer.

Faulty kettle – try asking for a refund! All you get is dozens of emails and seller unreasonable but then tries to turn it around to being accommodating. Made it impossible for me to comply as I cannot agree with an All Day appointment to collect the kettle. The person suggests that I – I) I don't buy same model again as its the 2nd with same fault! Really? I hadn't thought of that! So patronizing. 2 when I said I have hospital appointments wants to know why I can't get to drop off point. Why should I have to explain anything. I've turned to Amazon who raised an A-Z guarantee. One conversation with this company, Amazon who suggested this route, state seller is communicating and close it down.

I have never never had, so many emails with one company! Sticking to AO.com or John Lewis in future – avoid BestBuyUK.

Terrible customer service after they sent me the wrong item – rude, short and didn't want to help at all.

Wrote emails as if there was a guy at a laptop at the back of a warehouse. I would seriously avoid!!!

Everytime I try to buy a product from bestbuy, I always gets a better deal from somewhere else. Sometimes back I bought a watch from best buy and after a week I saw the same watch at Amazon at lower rates

Ordered my new xbox on Weds, cost 拢165 compared to 拢190+ elsewhere, asking for delivery on Sat which cost 拢3. Online purchase when smoothly. Item was delivered on Sat at a reasonable time. I also got text updates throughout the week keeping me informed of the progress of my order.

I was extremely happy with the whole process and honestly a little surprised after some of the negative feedbacks below. Maybe Best Buy are acting on the feedback??

Similar experience to others with online payment system not working, sales staff also unable to process my order online and then making me wait 24 hours, before then saying they couldn't deliver for ages (contrary to what the site says). They may look cheap, but they cannot deliver. Had to order elsewhere in the end, after wasting loads of time. Tossers.

I ordered a Sony Digital SLR camera at 1.30pm. The price was the best by far after an exhaustive internet search. This for a very new model too. I chose guaranteed next day delivery for just 拢1.99. I could have had free delivery if I was prepared to wait another day. I was most impressed that I could specify the exact day of the week I wanted free delivery to take place on. After placing the order I received immediate email confirmation with the reassurance that I wouldn't be charged until the item was actually despatched.

Later that day I received a despatch confirmation and a one-click tracking link so that I could see exactly where my camera was in the delivery network. I also received confirmation that my card had now been charged and was sent an invoice receipt. We live well out in the wilds, some 50 miles from the courier depot that was handing the delivery. Still, it duly arrived just after 1pm the next day.

It was extremely well packaged and, most impressively my delivery note / copy invoice was in its own 'Your Documents' wallet – great little touch meaning somewhere to file that guarantee as well, should it ever be needed.

I buy a lot online and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had for a long time from start to finish.

Been trying to order a laptop including a time-limited discount for 4 days, looking to go to 5 or 6.

The security system online is too brittle. First payment failed for somewhat overly strict reason which is fine, but then have to wait 24 hours to try again (by which time discount elapses).

Spoke to customer service for half an hour next day, got discount put back on, payment failed again because despite 24 hour wait system still hadn't unlocked me. Reason: unknown. Ability to do something about it: None.

Got a new card (and a new address). Tried again, and through no fault of best buy's the transaction was incorrectly denied. Phoned credit card company who apologised and unlocked card, but now of course have to wait 24 hours yet again.

I understand the need for security, but this 24 hour rule overriding all potential human intervention is painful.

Additionally ordering online allows specifying an alternative delivery address (e.g. work address). Ordering on the phone does not, again for security reasons. Again – security good, customer experience – bad. I realise there's a tradeoff here and some of these problems haven't originated with best buy, but this "computer says no – call us again in 24/48 hours" approach is just going to lose custom.

I ordered my washing machine on 16/01/11. It was due to be delivered on 24/1/11, I received a phone call on 23/1 confirming delivery between 8am-6pm. At 1715 I called Bestbuy as I still hadn't received my washing machine, they stated that my order had been cancelled and didn't know why. I was promised a call back the following morning. The next day I called them at 1030 having not heard anything. Danny the Cust Service rep stated he needed to place a new order and it would be delivered on Thursday between 8am-6pm, I did this as I thought it was a 1 off. No such luck, Thursday came and my order was cancelled again, eventually at 3pm I was called back by a Manager and she informed me that they had experienced problems with their stock control. NEVER AGAIN will I shop with Best Buy. I cancelled all orders and shopped elsewhere.

bought a wmachine and recieved a del slot online rang the company on the del day 4/01/11 to confirm an cust serv said defo del for that day even though i had NOT! recieved a prior call from del company or email confirmation. rang again 5.30 same day told same but they cudn get through to del company to confirm ws told cust rep wud tel me back they did but to tell me they cudn get through to del comapany and they wud ring me 1st thing in morn, I waited til 12noon no call had to constantly chase the del up myself needless to say del never came next day either, had alot of promises to ring me back they didn,, very poor customer service, finally got through to manager who eventually did ring me back to say del company said that the del wud b out that nite b4 7.30 only to get an automated call to say it wudn be del until the next day after 7.30. this comapany really doesn no wots going on an the communication between cust service an customers is very poor,, if you tell a cust ur going to ring them back then ring them back 3 days off work later and the product was actually delivered! dont recommend buying off this comapany unless uv got lots of patience and are willing to do most of the work urself. its hard to get through the phone lines are tempremental an cut off after waiting an listening to messages "beyond their control" why u have to wait longer than normal, no 1 returns calls unless u constantly ring them back an complain and u constantly have to sort out ur own delivery NOT GOOD !!!! Best Buy SORT IT OUT!!!! 🙁

The delivery of the washing machine was on time and prompt (within the time window purchased from the website). The problems came when I tried to return the product as I wanted to purchase a different version. Called the call centre and arranged collection for Wed (No email confirmation ) as they delivery but don't collect on a Sat. I waited in all day and called the call centre 3 times during the day to which the (helpful but apparently useless) agents said driver is on route. 5.30pm called call centre. they confirmed that delivery company didn't know anything about collection. I stated they would have to collect on the Saturday morning (agent agreed) (No email confirmation). Day before at 9pm received a voicemail stating collection on Monday. Furious rang the next morning (as not open at the time of the call) to which the Best Buy agent stated it will be picked up on Saturday. Again no pickup. I waited on Monday and again no pickup!! Still Waiting to return product! 3 x fail!!!!
