This is a scam. When the patio heater failed to arrive when stated, I began to investigate and soon contacted the credit card company to not make the payment. I was able to communicated with Best Heater via email (the phone number didn't work and the us address was a house for sale in New York) and finally received an UPS tracking number that was bogus. I seemed to come from an Chinese company based in the US. The initial offer was too good to be true and I should have started with an investigation.

If I could give them less than a zero I would. I ordered, paid, have not received the product, and have made multiple attempts to get them to refund my money. Never ever again would I order anything from these people!
