Fairly easy to use. Would be great to have more helpful pop-up instructions on how to work with the different layers when you want to place a layer on top of another. I'm used to other programs that have "back" and "forward" prompts. Took me a bit to figure out I had to use the opacity knob to have the lower layer move to the top.

Amazing print quality. Fast shipping. I ordered a piece that required two halves to be joined together in the middle… the only fault I found was the joints didn鈥檛 100% match as I placed them on my retail store front window. Other than that. They are great.

It will be a long time now for me to get what I thought I ordered the first time, and it took calling (that's an at least 30 min commitment) and your customer service person wasn't able to do the order either, and me trying many times. I am a psychologist and see people face to face and need this equipment for safety. It's now very delayed. Not happy.
