I was told that this company had detected 38 viruses and would not allow me to proceed until I paid. The figure quoted was 拢19.00 but 拢63.21 had been taken when my bank statement came in. Bestsoftsolutions.com is a fraudulent enterrprise and preys on computer users.

This company riped me off to the tune of $82.00. My computer said I had 38 virus,ect. would not let me run my virus portection I had to buy their "virus program". To top it off I not can't find it any where on my computer! I don't have much money right now… watching my pennies because I just lost my husband and I could use the $82.00.

This company scams people by letting them think they have a virus proble. When they take your credit card, they will overcharge your card.

Stopped me from getting into the internet, saying "warning" computer has trojan virus, etc. etc. Could not get in or turn off. All we had to do is pay $60 for 1 year membership and they would take care of the problem. Everything disappeared as we paid. Actual charge on our credit card was $79.00 "At the end of .com leave a space then add baku, or it won't open.
