Edgard and Jacob showed up on time, and they did an A+ job cleaning our air ducts. When I asked them to install bird guards to exhaust vents, they did it without any hesitation. I will keep using their service as long as I live in their service area.

Quick response for a quote. Justin was communicative and called to see if they could come before their scheduled time, which was fine with me. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. They were also very considerate of my indoor cat and my infant daughter when she was sleeping. I appreciate that they technicians wore masks the entire time and tried to maintain space between me and themselves. They did a good job and would recommend and will use them in the future

We decided to have our ducts cleaned after buying a new 30-year old home about a year ago. I saw all of the positive Yelp recommendations and decided to give Better Air a try, never having had duct cleaning done before. Neal, Damon and Jason were exceptionally professional, friendly and tidy. It's probably one of the most positive experiences we've had with a home services company. In addition, their scheduling is prompt and convenient. We'll definitely have them back in a couple of years to ensure our dryer vent is clear (a bit scary what a fire hazard it was!)

Above and beyond! I am super pleased with their service, scheduling, communication, professionalism and work quality. Simply the best.
After a large amount of construction the dust and debris in our sects were really awful, they were on time great at explaining the process and super thorough. Will use them again. And highly recommend.

I had my vents cleaned today by two gentlemen, Anthony and Josh. They were very professional, and explained the process. I can already feel a difference in our ventilation. The air feels cleaner, and our system vents seem quieter. Likely due to the fact Anthony explained how a damper works. I recommend this process done regularly for health reasons. If we are spending more time in our homes, it is worth the investment. Thank you!

During this covid-19 pandemic many people are truly scared to be around other people. Our family was unfortunate to have a dryer vent fall into our crawlspace. So I set out on yelp calling around for quotes, feeling very unsure about having somebody come to my house as myself has underlying medical issues and my elderly mother lives here. I reached out to Better air Northwest and was welcomed by a young lady with a very sweet manner and very respectful about our wishes. Matt the owner came out to our house and fixed our problem with ease and very fast. Now Unaware Of certain things that need to be done through a house on a regular basis we were not aware that our ducts needed to be clean. We had arrow seal put into them and was not aware they needed to be cleaned after. Matt told us that when we were ready to have our ductwork clean and if we agree to call their company he would gladly not charge us for the work he had just completed as it was very minor. We set it up immediately. Two fellows named Anthony and Jordan came out to our house and did the work for us. They showed up at proper attire of a face mask and gloves, we are very pleasant and respectful of our space. I personally want to thank this company for making a very stressful time feel very at ease. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Excellent service!!! I can't say enough about this company! Our little one was having a recurring cough and after running all sorts of tests, the doctor told us we should get our HVAC unit properly cleaned, as that might be what was causing her nightly cough. We noticed the great Yelp reviews for Better Air Northwest, so we called and scheduled a cleaning. Two very knowledgable and polite professionals named Nathan and Jordan came over, on time (actually called to see if we wanted them to come over 30min before schedule), and they thoroughly cleaned our HVAC unit! Before they began they explained the process, asked if we had any questions and got to work. This is a really great company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Glad to report, Lulu's cough disappeared shortly after the cleaning! Thank you so very much!!

Darwin and Brandon are the best!!!

We bought our home a year ago and wanted our vents cleaned. I looked in Yelp for some help and found Better Air.
They called me 20 minutes before they arrived letting me know of their arrival. Told me exactly what will take place, answered all my questions. They even found an issue we didn't know about. They took pictures and showed them to my husband when he got home. Extremely thorough.
Showed me the filters before and after. Wow!

If you are looking for someone to clean your air ducts, look no further. Can't say enough great things about this company!!!

Update:

We needed dryer vent cleaned . We had Neal W and Damon B come to clean it out. They were wonderful. They addressed the social distancing and kept to that. Very informative during the whole cleaning.
I highly recommend this company again! They have the best customer service.

We do lots of laundry at our house with our large family. I called Better Air Northwest to come out and clean our dryer vent. They were prompt and very polite when they arrived. Edgar and Jesse got right to work and when they went outside to check the vent, Edgar noticed there wasn't a lot of pressure. He asked if it would be ok to access the crawl space to check. I said sure, he put on his protective suit and crawled under the house. It's a good thing he did, as he found a big hole in our dryer vent tubing. He was able to fix it up and clean up a little down there too! So glad we had them over to clean the vent. They did a great job and we will have them back out again for sure!!

I wish all businesses were run like this one. My inquiry was answered within 15 minutes by Kayla, scheduling was easy, and, they fit me in a week early due to a cancellation. Plus the fee was reasonable and a bit lower than what I paid 3 years ago from one of those companies who offered "free dryer duct cleaning" and who turned out to be a bit shady.

Eric and Damon were super polite and fun to chat with as they meticulously cleaned each vent in my small house. Plus they did a few extra things like cleaning off my bathroom exhaust, vacuumed off the back of my couch where the vent was blowing dust on it, and gave me advice on my crawlspace.

Kayla was super responsive and I appreciated her humor when I sent her a late-night semi-coherent email question.

Plus I liked that they sanitized the vents with a botanical thyme based product that kills molds and is safe.

No need to go anywhere else, these guys are the best!

From the moment I spoke with them over the phone after already reading content on yelp and their website they clearly explained the process of service. They were on time, professional, and went the extra mile answering all questions.

Efficient, professional and courteous service from Emerson and Justin – they explained the process and were very nice and considerate throughout the process of cleaning our furnace/ducts/vents. Extra perk: they are really good with pets 🙂
The benefits of clean hvac are evident right away and we can immediately notice the house is getting warmer faster after this service.
Definitely recommend!

From the get go, everyone that I worked with at Better Air Northwest was helpful, informative, courteous and professional. Scheduling an appointment was easy, when I called several days prior to my appointment, I got all of my questions answered, and when Justin and Emerson came out to do the work, they were both thorough, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend this company, and am looking forward to working with them again in the future for regular duct cleaning services!

these guys cleaned my air ducts after another company did it three months before. I was worried that they weren't cleaned properly by the other company since ducts were blowing black stuff out after cleaning. The difference was incredible, other company spent one hour… Better air spent 4 hours, turns out half of the intakes and also the air vents weren't cleaned at all (one was completely block which they didn't notice at all..)…. these guys snaked long hoses into the ducts and really got them clean, other guys did not at all. Couldn't believe the same guy was still working there four years since I had him clean before at my last house… Hard to find people with this kind of good work ethic anymore.

Great service and very professional. Contacted them through their website and was almost immediately called back. Appointment set up was easy and the service techs showed up right on time. They were very friendly, respectful, and informative going over every step they were taking. We had our air ducts as well as our dryer ducts cleaned. We are very happy with their service and how clean our air ducts are!

The two person team who came today to clean our air duct system were professional, courteous, friendly and on time. The team was headed by Blake and he and his co-worker initially asked to be shown all the vents and returns in the house. We ended up in the basement at the furnace when all three of us noticed a small pool of water just in front of the furnace. Blake quickly popped the front panel off and within a second, pointed out that a condensation drainage tube had become dislodged from its place. He hooked it up, replaced the panel and then, in the course of the rest of the work, cleaned up the water. I was so grateful to have a problem immediately recognized and dealt with.
The rest of the job went without a hitch and I would highly recommend these folks!

I haven't written a review in years, but the way that Matt and his team went above and beyond shouldn't go unrecognized. Matt came out to give us a vent cleaning quote, and he helped us to troubleshoot an HVAC issue with our handyman while on site. Of course we called them back when we needed venting help, and again, they were the best. They still haven't done our vent cleaning (sorry we keep pushing you back as other contractors push us back), but we're looking forward to seeing the sparkling ducts we see in all of these other reviews. Through our home renovation, we've worked with 20+ teams, and Better Air NW is at the top of the list of companies that I would go out of my way to recommend.

Right from the start the communication was timely and the estimate was done based on a formula that these experts have been perfecting over time. From their final email, they state "We recognize that it is a precious place to you and your family and that it takes courage to trust strangers in your home." I definitely agree with that, and even though I did my due diligence and put sensitive items away, it isn't possible, nor desired on either part to have someone over you watching you perform the work. The 2 man crew that arrived were professional, kind, well spoken, and did an excellent job. I appreciate their professionalism, and the job performed. Highly recommend.

Standout service here: the guys regularly shot iPhone video of the work they were doing down in the basement, then played it for me. This was necessary, because the ducts in my 90 year old home may not have been cleaned in at least 30-40 years – there were heaps of debris that they showed were being cleaned out. All in all, totally friendly, professional and went above and beyond to communicate really well. I can't really imagine better service than what these guys did for us.
