BEV energy desires no stars at all, what an bad and unprofessional company!
They increased prices significantly starting 01 Feb 2019, (grund gebuhr from 125 euro to 600 euro per year) even within the price guarantee period. We let them know that we disagreed. Than they send a letter and apologised, but ask to show solidarity with other customers who have to pay the increases, and they would like us to pay the increased prices voluntarily. In case we would disagree they would continue with the fixed and agreed prices till end of the fixed price period. OK, obvious all set. We answered and informed that we will not agree with the price increases and that we cancel the contract after one year due to the price increase. All set鈥︹€?we hoped鈥?eh No, No No, wrong assumption, now BEV is cancelling the contract and already within 10 days, by Feb 01… OK let鈥檚 call, after 4 tries, each 10 min waiting time with line disconnections, finally鈥?friendly explaining, but no we BEV have cancelled and in case you want to continue with us you need to sign up again and accept the new prices鈥︹€?What ??????
OK, if this is what they want, our lawyer has been informed and this will become a court case, for sure鈥?. BAV energy is a bad, poor, unprofessional and non-reliable energy provider (both for electricity and gaz). Aufpassen

BEV has contacted us via Trustpilot asking for more details….. with 2070 negative reactions on Trustpilot, the message has obviously not come across
