I recently ordered x4 swimsuits & coverup from BFYNE and I was not disappointed!!! They arrived in perfect timing & as for the quality, OUTSTANDING! I can鈥檛 wait to wear them all.
Also their customer service is incredible.

I was excited to order a cover-up and swim top from bfyne because I love the vibrant prints. Sadly, the quality is lacking. Given the high price point, I shopped the sale items. Even at clearance prices, the two items I purchase fall short of expectations.
The swim top has a very strong chemical odor. The fit in the shoulders & neck is ok (I ordered L, but a M top would鈥檝e fit better), but it completely flattens my chest.
The proportions of the cover-up are off because it has super long sleeves & is too narrow in the hip (I鈥檓 an hourglass figure & wear a size 12 pant or a L in bfyne). Plus, the seams are not even finished! At $200+ (regular price) for a cover-up, a serged edge is unacceptable. I鈥檓 going to have to pay a seamstress to properly finish the edge and fit the sleeve if I want to wear it.
This purchase was a complete disappointment. International orders & sale items are final sale, so these items were a waste of $180. This was my first & last bfyne purchase!

Coping people鈥檚 style is a bad look on you guys. Y鈥檃ll supposed to be able to come up with something unique instead imitating people鈥檚 styles. That鈥檚 too bad, y鈥檃ll need to do better.

Sooo… I only gave it a 1 star because I ordered from them in the past and had an ok experience… other than that I would have given them NO stars if I could. So long story long…I purchased a swimsuit on March 27th (debited from my bank account on 3/28/20) and then received an email on April 7th that my shipment was on the way along with a USPS tracking number (see below). When I clicked on the tracking number provided by BFYNE the message below is what populated.

Ok cool… Now 2 weeks go by, but no swimsuit. I contact BFYNE via email because of course there isn't a Customer Service number for CUSTOMERS to utilize (I truly do not understand this practice!!). There should be another form of communication other than an email address for customers.

Anyway… Please see my email below regarding the swimsuit that I ordered, but have yet to receive and at this point the date is 4/22/20. I didn't receive a response to my email until the next day making it a month since purchasing from them. I can understand if this company was international, but they are DOMESTIC… located right here in the good ole USofA!

Hello, I am writing to get an explanation as to why I have yet to receive my swimsuit order (order number listed in subject line), which I purchased on March 28, 2020. I have attached a screenshot of the tracking history per USPS tracking website and per an email that was received from your company regarding my swimsuit being on the way (the exact same email I am responding to). It is almost May and I thought that I would have received my order by now or at least some type of explanation as to what the delay is. The email, which I am responding to and the attached screenshot states that my shipment is on the way (tracking number included), but when I click on the tracking number it only shows a label being created… Nothing more…. So I am a bit frustrated to say the least and confused as to why. Please advise ONLY via my cell number:

So as I mentioned prior…I received a response via email (which I did not want.. I requested a call to my cell) on 4/23/20 basically stating that they are not sure what happened and that they have to start an investigation with the carrier. Then they offered to send me a different color swimsuit because the one that I purchased was SOLD OUT. I don't think so! I did not order what you guys are offering to send me so in my opinion my monies should have been refunded. They also stated that they could only communicate via email due to COVID19. I replied stating that I did NOT want what they were offering and to issue me a full refund. Of course that was not granted even after asking for the owner to contact me. Never heard from the owner and then on today (5/11/20) AFTER I placed a dispute with my Credit Union, I receive an email from BFYNE (Refund Notification) stating that they have refunded my order. Thats it!! NO apologies or anything else (see the bland email below):

So yeah… that was it! I will NEVER patronize with this company again and trust me when I have notified my family and friends regarding this fcukery (yep!)!! Customer Service is really extinct…. Sad, but true! Well.. maybe I should say its very, very rare these days!

received wrong product, refund policy horrible, product had a nasty smell to it. Overall, very disappointed. Additionally, the customer service is the very worse.

Quality of service and swimsuits has gone down drastically! Plus they don鈥檛 guarantee their clothing even when their color is completely off from the website. Too risky to pay $100 for swimwear and the o pant doesn鈥檛 do returns or exchanges for any reason. BAD business practices

Highly disappointed that I have to pay to return the product that doesn鈥檛 fit me and a 15% restocking fee. I wouldn鈥檛 recommend ordering anything from this company. The quality and material is average. Definitely not what I expected

This bfyne swimsuit is cheap quality and poorly made. I have purchased higher quality suits for $10 USD from Walmart. I'm ashamed to say how much I payed for this piece of trash.

Scammers !!!! Ordered swimsuits on Bfyne , didn't receive any goods and did not receive a refund , customer service does not respond any emails !
