After ordering a specific T-shirt as a gift, I got sent the wrong T-shirt. After a dozen attempts to reach the company they finally responded and tried to get me to keep a T-shirt that I don鈥檛 want and offered only a 15% refund. I offered to return the item requesting a full refund less postage which I was willing to forego. Next and final refund offer was 20% with no explanation why I can鈥檛 return or why they think a 20% is acceptable. Even to get to this stage took weeks of emails, very frustrating.
This is nothing short of I feel a scam company and not a legitimate business in the way they do their business. They hide behind a co.uk website but do not abide by trading rules.

I ordered a playsuit that cost $90 then took forever to ship as it was most likely from China. I get the item and it was nothing like the picture. I emailed them continuously and got no response then finally did after so many emails and it was all broken English and they wouldn鈥檛 refund me or send me the correct item. I wish I never bought form here so I hope no one else ever does. I wasted my money and so much time trying to get my money back but after months of emailing I gave up. Please don鈥檛 waste your time!
