I ordered a huge bottle of my fave flavor in the wrong nictotine mg. I've made a few orders before & the good people at Big D noticed my mistake right away & called & emailed. I got the messege too late as their shipping is EXTREMELY fast. The free shipping takes 2 days. I emailed that i had finally realized my error & they are sending me the proper ratio of nicotine to add to my bottle of juice. They also emailed instructions on how to properly add the nicotine to insure my safety. I got notification my package has already shipped, so it will be here the day after tomorrow. All of this occurred same day. Thanks big d

These guys took care of me after I ordered the wrong parts (my fault) and made it as effortless as possible to get the replacement coils I needed quickly. Will definitely keep going back to them.
