BEWARE! The tee shirts are not quality. Do not trust anything Masen tells you. I was in communication with Masen via phone and email. I asked specific questions about the softness of the shirts and sizing. She gave me inaccurate information. I picked up the tee shirts to learn not only do the shirts run large when she said it runs small but the shirts feel like sandpaper. I called to speak with Masen, a manager or someone in charge. Masen was out to lunch. The lady who came on the phone did not introduce herself so I do not have her name. At one point during the call, I specifically told her that she wasn't help. Her response "I'm not sure what we can do for you." How can someone be placed in a position of authority when they don't know how to address a customer's dissatisfaction with the product? I did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for a discount. I wanted to let them know that what happened was not appropriate. Instead of accountability, I was made to feel like it was my fault that Masen gave me inaccurate information. The shirts I ordered were a surprise for a good friend. The quality is so bad I cannot give it to the friend. I just wasted my hard earned money. I do not typically write reviews but felt compelled to given the experience. I am a firm believer in supporting local business, this experience Big Frog Custom T-Shirts won't change that for other local businesses, only this one. I will NEVER do business with this company and will make a point to make sure none of my friends or associates do either. I wouldn't want to chance them having the same experience I had.

I ordered custom t-shirts for Christmas presents and was quoted a delivery date which worked for my holiday travel plans. Unfortunately, the shirt style they ordered didn't arrive in time. I was leaving town for the holidays and told them where I was staying, they split the order give me the one they had in stock and the shipped the other shirts to me at no extra cost.
They'll definitely get more of my business in the future.

After years of loyalty, i am disappointed to report that i highly discourage anyone from using this company. They still owe me a promised refund of $150 for poor quality shirts, not honoring their quote, and not completing order by agreed- upon time. VERY poor communication, had to go to store 4 times (last time at 9 PM on the night before our team's competition) for transaction that should have required one visit to pick up order. Owners make promises, then leave young employees to complete tasks while they (the owners) are MIA. The employees try very hard and seem to genuinely care about product quality and integrity but are given no authority to correct issues. Previous owners ran an excellent small business with pride. Newest owners don't seem to care at all about customers. I tell everyone i know in school- related activities and competitions (PTA's, OoTM, Mathletes, etc) to go to a different vendor.
